Fox 31's Josina Anderson spoke with Broncos Wide Receiver Javon Walker off camera in the locker room Friday afternoon. Walker told Anderson that he will attempt to make a return to the game field next Sunday against the Bears. 

Specifically, Walker told Anderson that if he has three good practices next week Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday-- at increased intensity and with negliglble residual pain--he will be more vocal about his desire to play that Sunday.  Walker told Anderson that he went at about 50 percent intensity this week in practice, and (as of Friday) was not hopeful to play Monday Night against the Titans. (But this reporter always knows a players status remains fluid).  At any rate,  Walker told Anderson he will give her a heads up on his playing status regardless. 

Note:  It is not a guarentee Walker will play next Sunday against the Bears, this is just what Walker verbalized to Anderson as his best case scenario goal based on his current health.
