Re: “A majority minority nation-but so what?” Chavez/Denver Post /8/17/08

Linda Chavez noted in Sunday’s DP column that by 2042, the United States transforms from a majority nation to a minority dominated nation. She said, “Hispanics, Asians and blacks will outnumber whites by 32 million…but so what?”

That new minority-majority arrives from merciless, relentless and massive immigration from poor, destitute, third world countries. Chavez asks, “But so what?” We must answer that question with sobering realities we face as a civilization.

The March PEW Report noted the USA will add 138 million people by 2050. Source: “Immigration to Play Lead Role in U.S Population Growth from 2005 to 2050, Pew Research Study Finds”

If current trends continue, the population of the United States will rise to 438 million in 2050, from 296 million in 2005, and 82% of the increase will be due to immigrants arriving from 2005 to 2050 and their U.S.-born descendants, according to new projections developed by the Pew Research Center.

Colorado’s own Dr. Albert Bartlett adds his wisdom to the debate over overpopulation our own “Can you think of any problem in any area of human endeavor on any scale, from the microscopic to global, whose long-term solution is in any demonstrable way aided, assisted, or advanced by further increases in population, locally, nationally, or globally?”

As I’ve noted many times, no one at the highest levels of leadership or journalism understands our accelerating overpopulation dilemma. They ignore it at all costs. Yet, it will cost us our civilization’s ability to function. Mark my words as I’ve seen what’s coming in my world travels.

That new minority-majority represents a new and profoundly poorer America where education falters today only to be exacerbated by millions in the coming years. It means our middle class cannot survive against cheap labor, falling wages and loss of standard of living. We see it today with 28 million Americans on food stamps. Source: “As Jobs Vanish and Prices Rise, Food Stamp Use Nears Record Levels” “But recent rises in many states appear to be resulting mainly from the economic slowdown, officials and experts say, as well as inflation in prices of basic goods that leave more families feeling pinched. Citing expected growth in unemployment, the Congressional Budget Office this month projected a continued increase in the monthly number of recipients in the next fiscal year, starting Oct. 1 — to 28 million, up from 27.8 million in 2008, and 26.5 million in 2007.”

We see it with millions of immigrant children utilizing free education their parents can’t pay for, free breakfast and lunch programs paid for by American citizens. We see it in 76 percent high school failure rates by immigrants in high schools in Detroit, Michigan as reported by NBC’s Brian Williams. Many other large American cities cities feature similar failure rates.

roit-high-schools-only-graduate-2.html

“But so what?” Chavez said.

The National Coalition for the Homeless, www.nationalhomeless.org reported 3.5 million homeless people struggled for survival in the streets of America in 2006. Of that number, 1.35 million consist of homeless children. Reports show 13 million American children suffer daily from malnutrition and hunger in America. A shocking 37 million Americans live below the poverty line, which is 12.7 percent of our population.

Twelve to as many as 20 million illegal aliens residing in America make up the largest high school drop out population in the history of the nation.

Illegitimate birth rates skyrocket in hospitals across the country causing horrific costs to American taxpayers.

“But so what?” Chavez said.

Can we deal with a massive and growing illiterate population? How will we contend countless Americans featuring scant educational skills? How will we deal with millions of babies from their ranks? If we can’t educate half of our own minorities, how will we educate this massive overload of humanity?

To give you a harsh view of our future, I’ve traveled throughout Mexico. On the outskirts of Mexico City with 22 million people, in excess of two million people live in cardboard shacks. They squat for their morning constitutional with their chickens. They live in abject misery, filth, disease and hopelessness.

Guess what? They’re moving to America. Millions of them!

Third world slums began appearing along our borders from Brownsville, Texas to San Diego, California in the 80s. They’re called “Colonias,” which in Spanish means “new neighborhoods.” They feature shacks, no sewers, no streets, no running water, no electricity, toilet facilities or waste pickup.

The New York Times, March 3, 1988, “Along the US Border, a Third World is Reborn,” reported, “Colonias are rusted trailers and shacks nailed together from tar paper and packing pallets without indoor toilets…with mounds of uncollected trash that attract rats…the lack of sanitation has polluted the ground water to the point where many residents drink their own waste…the colonias feature Third World levels of hepatitis, dysentery, diarrhea, skin rashes, cholera and tuberculosis…they are contaminated, explosive, fecal, filthy, illegal, miserable, polluted, powder kegs, putrid, shocking, sick, stench filled, suffering and wrenching.”

Since their appearance in the early 80s, according to the Times: “The 1988 population totaled 185,000; the 1995 population exceeded 500,000; the 2005 population exceeded 1.5 million. At the current rate of growth, these human misery settlements shall reach 20 million by 2021.”

I spent two weeks filming colonias in Texas. I haven’t been as sickened to my stomach since my travels in Asia. It’s worse than any description the New York Times or I could give you. Colonias represent human misery at its disturbing worst levels.

These slums represent a health hazard of unprecedented dimensions. Given enough time, large areas of southern California will resemble the outskirts of Mexico City. Two decades of denial continues the expansion of American “colonias.”

“But so what?” Chavez said.

We cannot import millions of desperately poor, illiterate and hard working people from Third World countries and think they will become functioning, positive aspects in a First World country. Holland, France and Great Britain’s immigration policies fail on every level. Ours does, too!

What about our working poor? What about degraded educational opportunities for our children?

As we choke on millions of people from other countries, they displace our working poor as immigrants depress wages. What are we creating? A permanent poor class! In reality, a growing and dangerous slave class!

As it stands today, millions of Americans can’t pay for heating and electricity bills. They rely on donations by other Americans to cover those bills. At some point, as this new poor class expands into millions upon millions—something will fail. What is that? Our ability to deal with it or solve it!

The American Dream degrades into the American Nightmare

Former Colorado Governor Lamm said, “We are the only country in history to change its ethnic makeup, and history has few examples of ‘diversity’ creating a stable society.”

As we import millions of poor into our country to become the new majority-minority—we cheat our children and our civilization out of any chance for a viable, stable or sustainable future—for all races, creeds and colors.

One lady I interviewed said, “We’ll be no different than the misery, suffering and human nightmare that now makes up India. We are becoming another India. I feel sorry for my grandchildren.”

“But so what?” said Chevez.

Over 20 million Americans listened to my George Noory interview on August 11, 2008 at www.coasttocoastam.com. Over 1,500 emails arrived into my computer from that exchange. Many showed anger, others sounded frustrated, some expressed pain, many showed exasperation and a few showed great introspection!

“Continued open border policies along with violation of the rule of law will destroy all of America and all republics around the world. How do we object to this takeover? To whom do we cry out? Why isn't each state's sheriff or Attorney General calling forth the militia of the several states to close our borders, deport all illegals, stop the drug trade and coyotes bringing in more vermin? To whom do we go to protect us? My guess is keep your best friend ready, oiled and loaded. Thanks.”

“For what it's worth, our society is already so unsustainable that even if the population did not increase by one single person ever, it will still crash----it is so refreshing to hear common sense from a person who is thoroughly familiar with principles of ecology that I would jump for joy were it not for the fact that our society sure seems doomed---as near as I can tell (and based on the numbers given by the various ecologists which I have read) something on the order of at least 80% of our current population is ecologically redundant. The impression is also formed that what they refer to as overshoot occurred in about the year 1890, so this to me seems like an indication of how far out on an unsustainable limb we are, having been living on borrowed or stolen resources for over 100 years now----when the freight train collides with the stone wall it's not gonna be pretty.” Jeff in Bemidgi, MN

“I hate to say it but it’s true. I live in Chicago, and I can go a whole day to 20 different stores and parks and entertainment places and not meet one native born person. All day long I deal with Eastern Europeans, Iranians, East Indians, Pakistanis, you name it, as Chicago is as ever a melting pot. I get tired of not being able to communicate with the people. It pisses me off hugely when I go to the unemployment office and everyone there is an eastern European – not a soul is a straight American. Oh yeah, there’s one Haitian guy there, too.

“You guys seem to get down primarily on Mexicans and other Latinos – how come I never see you complaining about the various Europeans that come here? Believe me, they can be animals too – I listen to my downstairs neighbor (a Ukrainian dude) rough up his girlfriend every Saturday night, when he has a snoot full of booze in him. Those eastern Europeans can be sob’s. I would like to see you address this one day. I think there is a lot of racist feeling in folks getting down on Latinos, but it’s pretty apparent that in these times especially, when it is so hard to find a job and the country has been bankrupted by Bush and his friends, that it’s time to clean house. But I’d like to see ‘ya spread the blame to the “white” races too.” Desi in Chicago.

Mike from Reno, NV said, “I heard you on Coast the other night and you were excellent.

“Just to add my own two-cents I'd like to say that I don't see much hope of stopping what is going on regarding the illegal alien situation. And that's because too many politicians and liberals in the media simply don't care enough to risk being called a racist. And the other thing is that in order to *really* get at solving the problem it would require armed citizens to confront the illegals ... literally herding them back to where they came from. But who has the stomach for that? It's all too problematic.

“Also, one can't overlook the fact that Europeans stole the land ... and therefore it's tough to get onboard with any notion of problem-solving that doesn't take into account guilt for past evil deeds as well as Christian values that command us to view all of these millions of foreign-born souls as being our brothers and sisters lest we be subjected to God's harsh judgment ourselves for being so cold and selfish.

“My own personal solution is to NOT have any kids ... and to remember that Jesus said "heaven is within."

“I wish you well in your battle but within 10-years the wave of thought will likely go in the other direction with so-called rap artists, along with the offspring of millions of illegals, will be leading the way ... in making it clear that "whites" need to pack their bags or face unspeakable daily unkindness in the streets, as is already happening to some degree.

“The future looks horrible for sure.”

That proves certain if citizens of this nation remain as ARISTOTLE SAID, “TOLERANCE AND APATHY ARE THE LAST VIRTUES OF A DYING SOCIETY.”

This three minute interview with Adam Schrager on “Your Show” May 4, 2008, NBC Channel 9 News, addresses the ramifications of adding 120 million people to USA in 35 years and six million people to Colorado as to water shortages, air pollution, loss of farmland, energy costs and degradation of quality of life. In the interview, Frosty Wooldridge explains the ramifications of adding 120 million people to the USA in 35 years. He advances new concepts such as a “Colorado Carrying Capacity Policy”; “Colorado Environmental Impact Policy”; “Colorado Water Usage Policy”; “Colorado Sustainable Population Policy”. Nationally, the USA needs a "National Sustainable Population Policy" to determine the carrying capacity of this nation for the short and long term. Wooldridge is available for interviews on radio and TV having interviewed on ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN and FOX.

THE NEXT ADDED 100 MILLION AMERICANS : NATION ON THE BRINK

According to television anchors Katie Couric, Brian Williams and Charles Gibson, the United States reached 300 million people last October, 2006. Demographers expect America to add 100 million by 2040, which is 33 years from now.

This 37 chapter book investigates every aspect and ramifications facing the United States as it immigrates millions of people from an endless line from around the world into 48 states. That line grows by 77 million annually around the world.

This book covers exceeding ‘carrying capacity’, crowding, poverty, lack of water, losing farm land, destroying our oceans, climate change, species extinction, crowding and many other aspects of this massive population overload.

Once the next added 100 million people settle into America, all Americans of every race, creed and color become victims of this “Human Katrina.” Once they manifest, America won’t be able to resolve an irreversible crisis with unsolvable problems. Additionally, no American will be exempt from this massive population load. This book exposes little known realities we face as a nation and species. Finally, it presents solutions and offers sources for action. You may access the book in series form: www.americanchronicle.com ; www.newswithviews.com ; www.rense.com

“Democracy cannot survive overpopulation. Human dignity cannot survive it. Convenience and decency cannot survive it. As you put more and more people into the world, the value of life not only declines, it disappears. It doesn't matter if someone dies. The more people there are, the less one individual matters.”

Isaac Asimov

Thomas Jefferson proposed that every American enjoy, "Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." Back in 1776, that meant food, shelter, a rich and rewarding family-life, spiritual awakening, employment and creative expression.

High-speed, high-stress life— is that what YOU want?

In the 21st century, another phrase becomes more important in our high speed— high stress lives. "Quality of life" surfaced in the American lexicon in the last twenty years. Why? Because we grew too much, moved too fast and suffered accelerating consequences.

For those of you who remember the 1950s and 60s, no one ever heard about gridlock traffic, air pollution, species extinction, global warming, zip codes, overpopulation, cell phones, computers or drugs. Most guys knew every make, model and year of our cars. Choices included Chevy, Plymouth, Ford, Chrysler and some strange little Japanese import called a Datsun. California featured 16 million people in 1965.

That was then; this is now!

Forty years later, California sports 37.5 million high stressed, high speed, road raging, cell phone talking, grid locked traffic victims, 1.5 hour commutes, air polluted, gang infested towns and cities. That's for starters! California adds 40 million people by 2050.

Would anyone say that the quality of life in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta, New York City, Detroit, Miami, Houston, and our nation's capital— or any other multiple million populated city— measures up to something envisioned by our founders as reasonable and appropriate?

In truth, DC took my breath away.

I am astounded at how people hit the expressways at 4:30 A.M., daily, to beat the rush hour. I jumped on the Metro Subway at Shady Grove 30 miles out of Washington, DC. By the time I reached Union Station, I felt like a sardine crammed into a tin.

Unpleasant, unhealthy, obnoxious and insufferable! As I stepped off the subway, little old ladies tried to run me over on their rush to the escalator. I felt like a cork being swept away in a human ocean of people. Every metropolitan arena features maddening crowds and endless congestion.

The traffic within and around our cities grows to crisis gridlock levels. What's the latest plan to alleviate the beltways around our cities? Engineers plan to build second beltways around the first beltways— some are already done!

The future will bring more overcrowding, unless—

Where does it all lead as we add 100 million more people? What about quality of life? What about 'peace of mind?' First, a reminder— with thanks to Wikipedia;

Overpopulation is the condition of any organism's numbers exceeding the carrying capacity of its ecological niche. In common parlance, the term usually refers to the relationship between the human population and its environment, the Earth.

Overpopulation is not simply a function of the size or density of the population, but rather the number of individuals compared to the resources (for example, food production or water resources) and "personal space" needed for healthy survival or well-being.

Are these simple examples "good things?"

Please, stop for a moment and close your eyes as you consider our current dilemma. Have you noticed the little advantages we lose as we overpopulate?

  • You must dial all 10 digits for local phone calls today because of our massive population overload in our cities— some areas have five area codes.
  • Commuters added 20 minutes to commute time in the past 15 years. They can expect to add another 20 minutes in the coming 10 years. It's not uncommon in many states for 1.5 hour commute times.
  • In some regions you are already expected to make reservations by lottery for our national parks— within 20 years, we will all be doing that because too many people want to visit a limited space.
  • For those who want to ride a raft down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon— that lottery takes 10-12 years to gain a permit.
  • As highways overload with another 100 million people, your chances of making it to and from your destination erode dramatically— with more risk. Currently, 44,000 people die from traffic accidents every year, and half a million are maimed to one degree or another in "accidents." Those numbers grow exponentially as we add 100 million people.
  • The "quality-time" that nourishes each of us diminishes; we suffer that loss.

I'm certain you can enumerate another 50 examples of the loss of quality of life from your neck of the woods.

Change can be planned-managed, and strategies chosen sensibly.

Wikipedia continues to help us as we allow the magnitude and depth of the personal impacts to sink in here:

In the context of human societies, overpopulation occurs when the population density is so great as to actually cause an impaired quality of life, serious environmental degradation, and/or long-term shortages of essential goods and services. This is the definition used by popular dictionaries such Merriam-Webster.

Overpopulation is not merely an imbalance between the number of individuals compared to the resources needed for survival, or a ratio of population over resources, or a function of the number or density of individuals, compared to the resources (i.e. food production) they need to survive.

It is rather a situation of shortage of resources and elbow-room that must be caused by population, and not by other factors. This is because such an imbalance may be caused by any number of other factors such as bad governance, war, corruption or endemic poverty.

People feel each human-crowding factor as an agitation, a gnawing and bothersome affect that is difficult to describe— until you venture to a pristine natural area, and begin to breathe deeply. Then, you remember what you really want, and don't.

Please ask yourself; why choose to drift aimlessly into this overcrowding?

Are we squeezing together to make room for the unfortunates of the world who have overpopulated themselves into a squeeze-play of their own choosing?

Strategic Action and Planning work!

It may startle you to learn a basic truth; those nations already manifest what we move toward. They planned no strategy for gentle population balancing, and neither do we.

Anyone may look across the world landscape over the last 1,000 years to witness that racial conflict injects itself into every aspect of human life.

Such and such a group hates some other collection of people. Religious groups bomb other religious groups such as the Protestants and the Catholics in Ireland. Muslims hate the Jews in the Middle East with thousands of killings.

You never hear about racism in mono-ethnic societies like China or Japan. Why? Everyone enjoys a similar background of values and cultural cohesion.

In America, with hundreds of different ethnic groups, especially black, white, brown, red and yellow, we exist in a tenuous but tolerant dance guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.

It’s not been easy with Jim Crow Laws, the KKK, Watts Riots, separate but equal, anger of Malcolm X, white flight to the suburbs, smoldering and seething ghettoes and Pastor Jeremiah Wright in Chicago with “God D*** America….”

In 1965, Senator Teddy Kennedy created an even more tense society by immigrating millions from incompatible cultures that now call America home: Muslims, Hmongs, Koreans, Somalians, Ethiopians, etc. Additionally, he created even greater racial tension from competing and growing cultures that fail to assimilate into America as Americans.

We now designate Muslim-Americans, African-Americans, Russian-Americans, Mexican-Americans, while our national identity drains into confusion and tension.

This week, in D Magazine, Texas journalist Trey Garrison wrote a piece titled: “Why I don't want diversity in my neighborhood.”

“When I made the hard decision to forgo buying a house in Dallas, I knew I was gonna’ get it,” Garrison wrote. “The thing is, I really wanted to live in Dallas, but we just couldn't do it. So we chose Plano.

“Once we pulled the trigger, the judgments came a-flyin'. Mainly it was from friends who are, well, urban yokels. You know the kind – hipper-than-thou provincialists, for whom where you reside in relation to a municipal taxing boundary defines you. But then I started getting comments from readers at one of my other publications about "diversity," whatever that means. Apparently, in choosing a house in one of the top school districts in the country, in a suburb where the poverty rate is low and the median income is high, I was guilty of the high crime of ‘white flight.’

“My humbled, guilty reaction consisted of two words: "So what?"

“I mean, what the heck does diversity mean? And when a school is 85 percent white, it's not diverse, but when it's 85 percent Hispanic, it is?

“I was scolded that my daughter, by being in a Plano school, would be sheltered from – nay, ill-equipped for – life in the real world.

“The majority of the real world is dirty, violent, poor and absent indoor plumbing and two-ply toilet paper. More than half the world's people live on something like $1 a day.

“I was also told, most oddly, that by subjecting my kid to suburban life and suburban schools, she'd get no exposure to people from other cultures. So I'd harrumph in my best Ted Baxter voice that's crazy – why, the lady who does her nails is Vietnamese, and our lawn guy is a Mexican from Costa Rica or Panama.

“We've made "diversity" into some kind of totem, an end to itself, and we haven't even defined what it is. I'm not entirely sold that diversity is automatically good.

“Look, diversity is great when it comes to nightclubs, workplaces, cultural experiences, restaurants and all that. But I don't want diversity in my neighborhood.

“Now, put down the pitchfork. I don't mean the superficial diversity of skin color. I mean diversity of values. That's what I don't want in my neighborhood, or my neighborhood school.

“I want uniformly boring neighbors with uniformly boring, middle-class values who spend Saturdays working on their lawns and whose kids know to stay off mine. I want neighbors with Home Depot on speed dial. That's how I choose to live. And isn't that diversity, too?”

Hyphenated-Americans cannot pretend to be Americans because of their former countries take a position in front of this country. Iraqi-American? What’s that? Indonesian-American? Who’s that?

Do any of them know who George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin, Babe Ruth, Marilyn Monroe, Jane Russell, Joe DiMaggio, Susan B. Anthony and Mickey Mantle are? Doubtful most of them can even speak and read English.

Most do not share American values because their former cultures indented them with other loyalties counter to American society. We Americans, and soon, must stop unrelenting, massive and unending legal and illegal immigration before we fracture our culture into a seething, tenuous and incompatible ‘diverse’ mustard/strawberry/squash soup. Sounds terrible? Tastes worse!

We inject ourselves with more and unworkable ‘diversity’ and ‘multiculturalism’, which doesn’t work, won’t work, and given enough time and population overload, degrades into civil confrontation. You can see it in race riots in Los Angeles schools today. You can see it with Americans moving out of Mexican strongholds in major cities. You can see it in daily rapes of 12 year old girls by Mexican immigrants (it’s normal in their culture), honor killings by Muslims here in America (two in the last week) and a dozen other examples. It proved unfair and unworkable to the Native Americans whom we invaded, it proves unfair and unworkable to the French who now stand in the crosshairs of cultural/linguistic destruction, and most other first world countries that allow unending incompatible immigration.

Finally, the world grows by 77 million annually. Most of those third world humans arrive into horribly miserable circumstances. Endless millions line up to immigrate into America. We cannot sustain unending millions of people added our country—environmentally, culturally, as well as provide food and water! If we do continue--out of the next added 100 million people in America in three decades—over 70 million arrive from third world countries.

At some point, those people, those cultures and those nations must be responsible to their citizens, their populations and their futures. They must value their lives, their families, their countries and their personal responsibilities—more than accelerating birth rates.

We cannot save the world, but we’re on a path that most assuredly will destroy the United States of America. Cultural suicide leads to national suicide. We’re well on our way!

A book review

By Frosty Wooldridge

Few Americans notice how easily media molds, shapes and creates public opinion. Fewer still understand the power of a president to create a lie that changes history. Franklin D. Roosevelt, Lyndon Baines Johnson and George W. Bush stand in the pantheon of presidents that lied to the American public. All of them sent uncounted tens of thousands to their deaths.

Back in high school, rumors ‘planted’ by an individual or group caught fire with horrendous consequences to the victim. Once the rumor started, the targeted person could never recover his/her honor.

Historians understand that FDR knew about the imminent attack on Pearl Harbor, but made sure no one raised a finger to prepare for or repel it. Much like the ‘rumor’ of the “Gulf of Tonkin Resolution” that drew the United States into the Vietnam War, it proved to be a fraud, or an excuse to send 58,000 young men to their deaths and 350,000 into lives of horror from their wounds. As reported in a previous column, more than 150,000 U.S. veterans committed suicide—thus the Vietnam War killed well beyond its ending. Additionally, thousands upon thousands of veterans died from cancers created by exposure to Agent Orange and other toxic chemicals. When you think of the several million Vietnamese who died in that 10 year horror, it’s a wonder how George Bush created another ‘rumor’ 30 years later that kills so many for nothing.

Today, while few defend Bush’s outright lie of “Weapons of Mass Destruction” in Iraq, his ‘rumor’ killed 4,000 young men, women, kids, fathers, mothers and wounded 32,000 thus far.

Yet, some defend him. “We better get them over there before they come over here,” spout Bush supporters.

Douglas Feith, Denver, Colorado, sees the only problem with Bush’s Iraq saga as a failure of the administration to, “do as good a job as it should have done in explaining to the public what it was doing and why.”

To that ridiculous comment, Sam Domenico, Golden, Colorado, said, “In other words, Bush’s only problem was an error in advertising. The problem wasn’t the sales job. The problem was the war. The problem is killing 4,000 U.S. troops and 60,000 or more Iraqi civilians, and displacing millions more, while totally discrediting the United States and its principles.”

At this point, after the toothpaste squeezed out of the tube, and after all those deaths for a ‘rumor’, or for what historians already proved, a ‘lie’, a new book surfaced this month that spells it out about the fraud of the Iraq War.

Jane Mayer wrote, “The Dark Side: The Inside Story of How the War on Terror Turned into a War on American Ideals.”

She addresses Bush’s brain, Vice President Dick Cheney, the ultimate slinking coward who engineered the Iraq War.

“Dick Cheney made no secret of his disdain for international law following 9/11,” The Week editors said, 9/1/08. “Five days after the attacks, Cheney appeared on “Meet the Press” and announced that U.S. intelligence officials would ‘have to work sort of on the dark side.’”

Last year, the Red Cross issued a report declaring some of the highest officials in the Bush administration might be in jeopardy for prosecution for war crimes. Under the guise of being Americans, they authorized torture, “What amounts to an American gulag.”

Cheney proves a uniquely malevolent man. The New York Observer said, “A smart, ruthless, driven man, he can be seen erecting something new in American history: an imperial vice presidency.”

When a few White House staffers tried to counter Cheney, the VP drove them out according to Mayer.

When Bush escapes from the presidency in five months, his ‘rumor’ saturates Iraq with death and destruction. Over 2.5 million refugees languish in misery.

Bush’s rumor assures that thousands of U.S. families no longer enjoy a father or mother, or thousands of fathers and mothers no longer stand proud for their dead child soldiers.

America staggers forward with this horrendous legacy of unending death, senseless lies and fraud as well as incompetence at the highest level. Americans suffer a loss of honor for the United States of America that transcends reason. We pay an accelerating price in the world community for decades to come.

Like all rumors, somebody started it--created the damage—caused the heart ache and pain—messed up somebody’s life—while creating anguish in a small setting. But in the case of the Iraq War, Bush carried it to the ultimate: he destroyed a functioning society while forcing humanity to regress into the senseless slaughter of war.

“If you intend to vote in November and read only one book between now and then, this should be it,” said Geoffrey Wheatcroft in the New York Observer.

Like David Halberstam’s “The Best and the Brightest” that exposed the fraud of the Vietnam War, I second that.

“Unlike plagues of the dark ages or contemporary diseases (which) we do not yet understand, the modern plague of overpopulation is solvable by means we have discovered and with resources we possess. What is lacking is not sufficient knowledge of the solution, but universal consciousness of the gravity of the problem and the education of the billions who are its victims.”

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Most Americans can’t or refuse to grasp our dilemma. By checking our growth rates, not only will we add 100 million in three decades, we’ll add another 100 million on top of that, and do it again until we become one billion people by the start of the next century.

No one wants to discuss it. Everyone hush-hushes about the preacher’s daughter being pregnant. No one wants to talk about sexual or domestic abuse now epidemic in America. No one talks about 18 teenagers committing suicide every day in this country. Better not talk about the 17,000 deaths by drunken drivers annually! Let’s pretend it’s not happening.

China’s and India’s leaders did the same thing 50 years ago. They didn’t talk about their exploding populations. Guess what? They got what they didn’t talk about. Can you imagine what it means to the billions of Chinese and Indians now living within the clutches of overpopulation?

What do you think the newspapers will feature in 2035? Better news than today?

Perhaps you’ll read flowery reports on human progress. How about glowing editorials on our expanding “American Dream?” On the contrary, you’ll read, “Water wars pit farmers against city folks for diminishing supplies.” “Gas prices hit $12 a gallon.” “Rolling blackouts can’t save homes from freezing in New York City.” “Food costs soaring due to transportation and production costs.” “In Los Angeles today, a 100 vehicle pileup caused the deaths of 40, dozens of injuries and created a 50 mile long gridlock on I-10.” “Riots in area high school caused by students’ inability to communicate with one another because of language differences.” “Tuberculosis continues its climb as the worst disease outbreak in decades in the United States.” “Millions of Americans moving to Montana, Idaho, North and South Dakota to escape overcrowding in Los Angeles, New York and Houston.”

It won’t do them much good because the west is running out of water. Yet, California expects an added 20 million by 2035. Arizona expects an added five million. Texas will add 12 million by 2025. A sobering report in the New York Times, September 30, 2006, said, “India with 1.1 billion people, is running through its ground water so fast that scarcity could threaten whole regions. India has 19 million wells, some of them tapping deposits formed at the time of the dinosaurs.” Some 3.3 billion people live in countries that are over-pumping aquifers, which includes our own.

Mike Davis wrote in “Planet of Slums” that urbanization of world poverty boils down to this, “Instead of cities of light soaring toward heaven, much of the 21st century urban world squats in squalor, surrounded by pollution, excrement and decay.”

Michael Specter, “The Last Drop,” The New Yorker, October 23, 2006, said, “Nearly half the people in the world don’t have the kind of clean water and sanitation services that were available two thousands years ago to the citizens of ancient Rome. More than a billion people lack access to drinking water, and at least that many have never seen a toilet. In the past decade, more people have died from diarrhea than people have been killed in all the armed conflicts since World War II.”

China, at 1.3 billion people, numbs my mind’s ability to comprehend their problems. The Wall Street Journal headlined “A Poison Spreads amid China’s Boom” September 30, 2006, “Toxic sludge sinks villages and people die without recourse. The lack of pollution controls has contaminated China’s soil, water and air with lead, mercury and other pollutants and left millions of children with dangerously high levels of toxic metals in their blood.”

Every consequence experienced by India, China and Bangladesh stems from hyper-overpopulation. Every aspect of their human suffering stems from too many people. Every condition heaped upon their citizens stems from disregard of a rational and sustainable population policy. All the while, the elites live above it while the people sink deeper into its clutches.

As William B. Dickinson said, “Our cavalier attitude toward big population increases never ceases to amaze. When the U.S. hit 300 million in October, the New York Times concluded in an editorial, October 11, 2006, that, ‘In America, growth and vitality are the same thing…our population issues have mysterious ways of working themselves out.”

If the New York Times expresses that kind of stupidity with their statement on “mysterious ways of working themselves out,” we might as well return to the Dark Ages where reason and critical thinking suffered under religious dogma.

E.O. Wilson wrote “The Creation: An Appeal to Save Life on Earth.” He describes humanity as “the giant meteorite of our time…a species blinded by ignorance and self-absorption.”

Which brings me to the question: Are Americans as dumb and docile as the Chinese and Indians, or citizens of Bangladesh fifty years ago? How far down the population gopher hole will we allow our nation to dive? At what point on the misery scale will we begin to say, “Enough population is enough!” How far into the negative headlines do we want our children to suffer for our folly?

Our water crisis shall be horribly multiplied by 100 million people. Our gridlocked traffic the same. Our crowding multiplied by 100 million. What is it that few understand about this vast, accelerating ‘American dilemma’ that already plays out in much of the world?

As 100 million more people add to America, you or your offspring will be slogging through the consequential muck created by that added human deluge.

If you think America suffers an energy crisis, you haven't seen anything yet. Shall we drill offshore? In Alaska? Should we continue with as John Denver sang, "More scars upon the land"? When will we pull our heads out of our proverbial armpits? Sooner rather later! As T. Boone Pickens said, “It's time to jump to solar and wind power!”

In last week’s dueling op-ed in U.S. News and World Report, Joseph Romm and Robinson West battled via words to catch readers' ears. Their theme: energy and our oil price crisis! Romm demanded an end to our oil addiction. West countered with a reality check: it ain't gonna' happen!

They're both encouraged to remember Einstein's prophetic words, "The problems in the world today are so enormous they cannot be solved with the level of thinking that created them."

What constitutes the most enormous problem of our energy crisis that no national leader addresses? What creates massive demand without benefit to Americans?

Dr. Albert Bartlett, physics professor at Colorado University offers a clue, “We can demonstrate that the U.S. is overpopulated by noting that we now (2008) import 60 percent of the petroleum that we consume, 15 percent of the natural gas and about 20 percent of the food we eat. Because the U.S. population increases by over 3 million per year, all of these fractions are increasing. Natural gas production in North America has peaked in spite of the drilling of hundreds of new gas wells annually. In a nutshell, the U.S. in 2008 is unsustainable.” (Source: Vol. 27, No. 2, Spring 2008, Pg. 21--WHY HAVE SCIENTISTS SUCCUMBED TO POLITICAL CORRECTNESS)

Both Romm and West failed to address the most ignored culprit in this energy equation! Today, with 1.3 billion people, China expects a car in every garage and a chicken in every pot! Chinese citizens add 25,000 cars to their highways per week according to Brian Williams at NBC Nightly News. India follows them into the motoring age like a hailstorm after a tornado! Both countries burn millions of barrels daily while they compete for oil with the United States.

As Forrest Gump said, "Stupid is as stupid does." The United States imports two hundred thousand legal and illegal immigrants (about 2.2 to 2.4 million annually), or two Pasadena Rose Bowls filled with people--and tips the contents into this country every 30 days, month in and month out, year in and year out--without any plans to stop. Results? California leads the charge by adding 1,600 people every single day of the year! (Source: www.capsweb.org) They, in turn, add 400 new vehicles to California's roads 24/7.

Bio-fuel, according Cornell's David Pimentel, cannot and will not fulfill our need for an alternative to oil. Sunlight cannot generate enough electricity nor can wind power to run the engines of commerce at the levels needed today. It will take one or two technology breakthroughs the size of the Manhattan Project to bring viable energy alternatives to this civilization. See Picken’s web site.

“As we go from this happy hydrocarbon bubble we have reached now to a renewable energy resource economy, which we do this century, will the “civil” part of civilization survive? As we both know there is no way that alternative energy sources can supply the amount of per capita energy we enjoy now, much less for the 9 billion expected by 2050. And energy is what keeps this game going. We are involved in a Faustian bargain—selling our economic souls for the luxurious life of the moment, but sooner or later the price has to be paid.” Walter Youngquist

To put it bluntly, we cannot drill and grow our way out of this energy crisis!

T. Boone Pickens, a powerful oil man, presents on TV the fact that we spend $700 billion annually on foreign oil. “It’s the greatest transfer of wealth in the history of the world,” Pickens said. “I have a plan.” While our president and Congress sit on their hands, it takes a private citizen to take action. Go to www.pickensplan.com.”

Additionally, visit www.willyoujoinus.com to show you first hand what we confront. How much trouble do we face?

Dan B., a man intimate with Mexico, said, “We have less time than we think. The biggest money maker in Mexico is the petroleum industry. The second biggest is tourism. Most Mexican oil comes from the Cantarell oil field. It's expected to be depleted in three years. Mexico will be an oil importer in eight years. Because of the huge increases in crime, tourism is falling off. The recession here is closing out many jobs here. The remittance to Mexico is falling off. Oil provides about 45% of the income for Mexico. Tourism is about 30%. Imagine what will happen when the net income of Mexico is diminished by 60%.

“I spent 10 years driving around Mexico as a mechanic for the motor home caravans. I've been to every corner and I speak and write the language. Mexico has very little water. The Alta Plano has generally poor soil, same for the northern deserts. The same is true for the entire Yucatan peninsula. It's pure limestone, no nutrients. There are no rivers in the Yucatan because of the porosity of the limestone.

“No food and no money to buy food. The Latinos in the USA are starting to see that the competition from immigrants is depressing the job market. There should be an effort made to educate the Latinos here NOT to vote for pro-immigration policies or candidates.”

Reality check: let’s imagine for a moment that if we do keep drilling and growing successfully, and if we DO keep importing 2.2 million immigrants annually, our exploding energy crisis most certainly morphs into a water crisis beyond solving.

Symptoms now facing America include parched Lake Lanier, Georgia--drought affecting 37.5 million human overload in

California--$4.00 a gallon gas--grinding gridlock in our cities--suffocating air pollution--water crisis in Colorado--Lake Mead and Powell drying up along with dozens of your own experiences.

Will any of these problems vanish by drilling and growing? The fact remains, all those problems accelerate beyond solving with growth. It’s time to change our civilization toward sustainability.

Citizenship constitutes the foundation of the United States of America. Thomas Jefferson wrote, “We the people.…”

Today, after 20 years with the last three presidents, Americans watch their most precious value erode into meaninglessness. Does U.S. citizenship mean anything to this president, our Congress, our governors and our mayors of major cities.

After 9/11 decimated our national security blanket, our borders needed closing. Our immigration laws and visas needed immediate tightening as most of the bombers hailed from Saudi Arabia. All of them lied on their applications without fear of inspection. Yet, current policy allows endless immigration by Saudi nationals as well as many others from the Middle East.

Additionally, this president justifies his stance, “They do the jobs that Americans won’t do.” In other words, illegal aliens may cross our borders without inspection because they work jobs illegally against the interests of legal American citizens. Result: our working poor and middle class citizens must stand in unemployment lines.

Our northern and southern borders remain as wide open and vulnerable in July of 2008 as they did on September 10, 2001. Result: no value of individual American citizenship! Any number of American citizens may be the next victims of a 9/11 attack.

Our government, after 232 years of English as our national language, enacted E.O. 13166 (Bill Clinton) and supported by Bush, which gives any immigrant the right to have any government document translated into his/her language. This translation costs billions of your dollars. Result: immigrants continue speaking their foreign languages in our country which creates havoc in our schools, hospitals and courts.

Individual U.S. congressmen like Senator Teddy Kennedy fraudulently promoted the 1986 Immigration Amnesty for 4.3 million illegal aliens. He promised to enforce our borders so that such an amnesty would never occur again. Result: he enforced nothing, but allowed over 20 million illegal aliens into our country, which places all of us at greater risk as to rapes, drunk driving deaths, degraded wages, lost jobs, paying for anchor babies, medical and prison expenses. Not to mention the incredible amount of diseases invading our country through the bodies of unscreened migrants!

Officials in Mexico City last week announced the Aguila Azteca award to Kennedy, the highest honor the government can bestow on foreign dignitaries. Mexico hopes you don’t recognize that Kennedy’s honor addresses the fact that his enormous work for illegal alien migrants helped Mexico develop a subversive foreign force estimated at 12 to 15 million Mexican nationals within America that robs U.S. taxpayers of $346 billion annually per economist Edwin Rubenstein’s report in www.thesocialcontract.com. Result: no mention that Kennedy’s actions help illegal migrants transfer cash remittances totaling $80 billion out of our country annually. An estimated $24 billion reaches Mexico making it the second largest cash inflow besides oil.

U.S. Senator Barack Obama last week called our own federal immigration enforcement teams a bunch of ‘terrorists’. He said our immigration system doesn’t work. He failed to mention that he makes sure it doesn’t work because he won’t stand up to make it work. That’s like saying a 2008 Corvette won’t work because Obama refuses to start the engine. Obama said, “Immigration laws aren’t working when companies hire immigrants (illegals) instead of legal citizens to avoid paying overtime or to avoid a union; when communities are terrorized by immigration raids—when nursing mothers are torn from their babies, when children come home from school to find their parents missing…”

Perhaps Obama supports another 9/11 thrust upon our nation by ordering “Immigration, Customs and Enforcement” to stand down to watch illegals continue their ‘reconquista’ of American jobs, language and our culture. Obama trashed the same people that keep our nation safe from terrorists! He said nothing when U.S. Border Patrol agents Campeon and Ramos shot a drug runner in the butt, but then suffered when U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton tossed both agents into jail for a dozen years each. Result: U.S. citizens become victims of millions of lawbreakers that enjoy immunity from the law.

Mayors from Los Angeles to New York, promote and support sanctuary cities whereby illegal aliens enjoy immunity from prosecution and deportation. LA Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa supports numbers approaching four million illegal aliens with his sanctuary policy. While trash and garbage pile up in LA’s streets, gangs run roughshod over police, schools collide with race riots as well as complete academic failure, hospitals give free service and prisons explode with illegals—Mayor Villaraigosa supports anarchy as his city sinks into third world chaos. Result: American citizens flee their communities as the value of their citizenship falls to level of a cockroach.

Not to be out done, Mayor Daley in Chicago allows over two million illegals to parade through his streets with total immunity. Recent reports show 80,000 Chicago illegals registered to vote, but won’t show up at jury summons. Source: By Mark Burkhalter, For the Atlanta Journal-Constitution newspaper
Published on: 07/15/08

http://www.heritage.org/Research/LegalIssues/lm28.cfm<
/a>

Result: the most prized and responsible honor for a U.S. citizen, to vote in elections, must contend with illegal aliens usurping our voting booths and making fraudulent elections a normal aspect of our once thriving republic.

Finally, both men running for president of the United States attended a La Raza conference last week. Why would two U.S. Senators address a conference organized by La Raza, the most racist organization in the United States? Its main theme, “For the Spanish race, everything, anyone outside the race, nothing!” Additionally, it’s main purpose remains to “reconquest” our four border states back into Mexico. Luis Gutierrez, one of the main organizers of La Raza, once said, “If need be, we must kill the white man.” Gutierrez enjoys tenure at the University of Texas, Arlington.

Why would McCain and Obama address an overtly racist organization? Answer: they do not value U.S. citizenship nor do they support anything Dr. Martin Luther King died for in the 1960s.

Finally, half of American citizens fail to vote in national elections and less than 20 percent vote in local elections. A powerful and entrenched ‘good ole’ boys’ network controls this nation. While Congress does not value our citizenship, fewer and fewer Americans exhibit much interest in their own responsibilities as citizens, either. Then you wonder why our boys die in a war based on fraud, $700 billion annual trade deficit, millions of jobs outsourced, manufacturing base destroyed, $9.4 trillion federal debt, illegals overrun our communities, you must push one for English and your kids suffer exposure to drugs while our schools turn into academic chaos!

Voting for McCain or Obama makes about as much sense as a chicken voting for Colonel Sanders!

Multiculturalism proves a deadly mix of racism, social incongruity, irreconcilable ethnic groups and the fabricated presumption that everybody loves everybody else.

One glance into any cafeteria in the United States for a look at self-segregation illustrates the failure of ‘multiculturalism’. A single glance at the racial violence accelerating in our inner cities demonstrates our expanding quandary. In the most liberal city in America, Boulder, Colorado—rich, SUV-driving parents, sporting bumper stickers that read, “Celebrate Diversity”, whisk their kids to all-white schools and away from growing minority schools drowning in third world migrant children. Boulder City Council supports a sanctuary policy. Their crime rates, school failures, hospital costs and prison costs rose as their illegal migrant population grew. (Source:”White flight” Rocky Mountain News) Schools in Detroit, Michigan suffer 76 percent drop out/flunk out rates with a growing legal Middle Eastern immigrant population. (Source: Brian Williams, NBC Nightly News)

Yet, with our nation seething in unrest, anger and growing frustration, minority groups grow in power based on the lack of enforcement of U.S. immigration laws.

This is a public relations battle. Those who control the dialog define the issue to their own advantage. Accusations of racism are like the default button for those who really don't have a logical case for their position and want to change the basis of the discussion.”

My friend, legal immigrant and compelling Californian, Haydee Pavia said, “People are calling a ham sandwich racist these days.”

Another Californian, for reasons of fear that her current Latino neighbors will retaliate against her, this 43-year-old woman who I will call Jane, insisted on telling her story to readers but only by remaining anonymous (statement on file). She said, “I grew up and lived in the central coast area of California most of my life. It was a blissful place back 40 years ago or so, a bucolic dream of nice weather and open crop land, right up until having Mexican friends and neighbors turned from a novelty into an onslaught.

“Of course things deteriorated from there. The violent Mexican gang girls made my daily trek to and from school a nightmare. When it started all those years ago gang members carried switch blades, now they have guns. They inexorably turned from minority into majority and with their racist culture; we whites and blacks were all in danger. In case others may not realize it, Mexican culture prefers light skin, but not white skin. The darker a Mexican is the more his own people ostracize him.

“Another wonderful cultural shock is the phrase "old enough to bleed, old enough to breed." A Mexican fully grown man said this to me as an excuse for trying to sexually assault me as a very young teenager. He couldn't understand why I would be so resistant to this idea. In our American culture this is called “pedophilia.” Not so in Mexican culture. This is all perfectly normal and acceptable. Your children are not safe when young Mexican males are around.

“One Mexican girl I knew couldn't wait to get pregnant. She proudly bragged to me that she wanted a large family, and that every time she got pregnant her welfare check went up. She liked those raises so she had 7 children by the time she was 24. I never could make her understand that *I* was paying for those babies from something called payroll deductions. She never cared, and as the Mexican invasion continued I began to understand that, our friendship not withstanding, I was the enemy and that I deserved to pay for her upkeep, and she, as the superior race, was ENTITLED to it!

“The "cervesa" and tequila drinking is all part of Mexican machismo. Having lots of children by many different women is machismo.

“The final straw came for me when the vehicle abatement officer came to all of the (few) white and black people in my rural neighborhood and cited us for having things such as new horse trailers designed to transport the horses in our backyard fields. All around us were a majority of Mexican extended families with camp trailers with many families living in them, outhouses, the obligatory fighting cocks and pit bulls, goats, pigs and sheep, which they slaughtered on site in barbaric ways, loud mariachi music at all hours of the day and night, etc., all in violation of our ordinances. My Mexican neighbors were not cited for any of this and when I screamed racism I got another visitor.

“A woman came out from "planning and zoning" and told me that if I was any color other than white, or if I was gay, we would not be having the discussion. In other words, it isn't discrimination if you are just an ordinary white person. White hetero people are the only ones expected to follow the fullest extent of the law according to the planning department of my former town in California.

“The ugly truth is that I WAS run out of my hometown and my home state by Mexicans and the complicity of California government taking the side of intruders over Americans. I live in another state now which brags of a fast growing Mexican population which stands at 6.2 percent right now. Where will I go next? I'm not sure, but I will not live under the capricious rule of Mexico, so maybe I'll move to Canada. Our government has created this nightmare for whatever reasons, and I'm not sure when the balance of power will shift for the entire US, but in California I fear it’s already to late, the reconquista has already happened.”

This woman’s story mirrors thousands of other letters I receive monthly. While California reached critical mass in excess of four million illegal aliens as well as another 10 million legal immigrants that now create separate societies, i.e., Koreans, Vietnamese, Salvadorans, Guatemalans, Columbians, Mexicans and worse —it’s a matter of time before another state falls into what may be referred to as “The Divided States of America.”

In a New York Times June 29th op-ed, "Anxious in America," Thomas Friedman mulled over America's dilemmas in Iraq, where the war has taken a positive turn for the USA… American national economy and debt… and who might become the next president.

Either choice scares the daylights out of Americans on both sides. Neither candidate understands average citizens' dilemmas in their jobs, communities or schools. Neither addresses what happens in the trenches of America.

Neither gives a hoot about the recent rapid increase in the U S population, or the unlawful presence of more than 30 million fully employed foreign nationals and their more than ten million kids and grand-kids. The aliens have displaced lower- middle-class Americans in the job market, decimating those American families. Gentle-reader, doncha wonder why those stories are not headlines in the liberal media?

Negativism rules the psyche of America.

Thus, most Americans vote against the other guy instead of 'for' a presidential candidate. In the case of McCain, he represents past paradigms, unending support for an endless Iraq War, old thinking and non-action or in-action.

Obama scares most folks as to his lack of experience, his association with the "God D*** America" spewing Pastor Wright, shady-hoodlum Rezko in Chicago and his wife's racial bias writings at Harvard against white America.

Both Obama and McCain voted to give amnesty to more than 30 million illegal aliens in 2007—without any understanding of the $1 trillion price tag or demographic impact. Both men did nothing and do nothing to stop illegal alien migration at over many millions annually, to include visa overstay illegals. In fact, McCain signed the 1986 amnesty giving 4.3 million illegal aliens a free pass, but never followed up on his promise to secure our borders.

Both men voted to double current annual immigration from 1.2 million people to 2.4 million in the amnesty bill in June of 2007— which would have caused a catastrophic population overload within the USA. Based on mathematics alone, this kind of short sightedness bodes poorly for a national leader, unless you are a progressive who loves open borders, multiculturalism and unlimited legal and illegal immigration.

Neither man supports any kind of a plan to secure our nation's borders.

While they talk the good talk… both men continued voting for insourcing, outsourcing and offshoring of American manufacturing jobs. Both have crippled Americans with their votes in the U.S. Senate as to our national debt, $700 billion annual trade deficit, and no action on 400,000 (could be as high as 1,200,000) annual anchor babies gaining immediate citizenship and welfare. Both men continued the taxpayer burden of educating millions of illegal alien children along with billions for health care. Neither man spoke up for American citizens as to jobs being stolen or wages degraded.

Whether Obama or McCain, both need to choose a financial-wizard Veep

"Come August, I predict both men will be looking for a financial wizard as their running mates to help them steer America out of what could become a serious economic tailspin," Friedman said. "I do not believe nation-building in Iraq is going to be the issue come November — whether things get better there or worse. If they get better, we'll ignore Iraq more; if they get worse, the next president will be under pressure to get out quicker."

Nation-Building is mandatory

Friedman added, "I think nation-building in America is going to be THE issue."

If you look around you, most Americans feel a sinister anxiety heretofore unheard of in this country. Gas prices hogtie, hamstring and paralyze the engines of commerce. Truckers fail by the thousands. Car manufacturing jobs vanish overnight!

"Up to now, the economic crisis we've been in has been largely a credit crisis in the capital markets, while consumer spending has kept reasonably steady, as have manufacturing and exports," Friedman said. "But with banks still reluctant to lend even to healthy businesses, fuel and food prices soaring and home prices declining, this is starting to affect consumers, shrinking their wallets and crimping spending."

For Americans holding the bag with an SUV or other large vehicle, financial bloodletting awaits at every fill-up at the gas station. That funeral dirge continues at the grocery store where everything costs more money – mainly from $5.00 a gallon diesel transportation costs.

Recession causes are obvious, and ridiculous

Mortgage felony crimes are extensive and numerous: fully half of the problem because our banks and other lenders gave away fraudulent loans to millions of illegal aliens, who are NOT eligible for federally insured loans. American taxpayers make up the losses. Remember the S & L scandals? Who paid? You paid!

"Two weeks ago, Goldman Sachs analysts said that U.S. banks may need another $65 billion to cover more write-downs of bad mortgage-related instruments and potential new losses if consumer loans start to buckle," Friedman said.
