Not on purpose of course, just another bit of fallout from the mortgage meltdown:

June 25 (Bloomberg) -- More than a century and a half after Mexico lost Texas to the U.S., Virgilio Garza wants a piece of it back.

A ``Texas for Sale'' sign and cowgirls in boots and white hats greeted Garza at the Convex center in Monterrey, Mexico, earlier this month. A Monterrey developer and investor, Garza was in search of foreclosed U.S. property to buy.

A rising peso and an economy growing faster than the U.S. have given some Mexicans the buying power to take advantage of the housing slump in Texas, which the U.S. annexed in 1845 after Texans gained independence from Mexico nine years earlier. A three-year war followed and ended with Mexico ceding about half its territory, including Arizona, Nevada and California, to the U.S. under an 1848 treaty.

If the US would actually do something about the illegals we would have a great economy and Mexico (the second highest income comes from illegals in the US sending money to Mexico) then we would not have a problem. All the border states and the tier above them suffer from illegas and a huge amount of our tax dollars go to support them. In Arizona they are forced to close down clinics to legals and open for illegals only on Sunday.

How true, We would be much better off without the illegals. I how ever would welcome the one who does it the right way. They all should all be rounnded up and sent home to mexico or wherever they came from.

This illegal problem is part of a plan to crush the middle class of America and develop the one North America country. The American middle class is the largest group or population demographic that needs to be smoothed over to completely separate the world into a truly two class system, the extremely poor and the super rich. Anytime you increase the total number of anything, workers, cars, barrels of oil, bushels of corn, anything, the per unit value decreases. Even being a measly millionaire now, may not save you from being considered as some one who should be groveling for mere substance from the rich powerful.

Agreed linecrosser. the answer is simple hold the elected officials on perjury and treason charges, round up the illegals and send them home and close the border. It is that simple

And what do we do with the greedy Wall Street traders whose shady dealings left our country in this mortgage mess and wide open to be sold out from under us? Should we try them for treason?

Something tells me those guys are a bigger danger to us than any illegal immigrant.

Since we're stuck cleaning up the Mexican governments garbage, let's give a little back. We should dump all of our nuclear waste on the land in question, and then sell it to Mexico! :)

Is it racist to have a 'GO BACK TO MEXICO' bumper sticker?

We could put the politicians, bankers, media moguls, wall street brokers, CEOs of oil corp. ect. ect. In the nuclear dump sites first, then sell it to Mexico. Cool.

Can we ship all of Colorado's illegals down there too? Mexico can have it all for just a few pesos more.

Incredible! How the State's are divided and how it can benefit one. It is beyond the power of the American's to change ownership the way I see it Mexico is taking over. I see the government allowing this to happen.

Career politicians are the scum of the earth.

Overpaid, over-rated, self indulgent blatherskites.

One of today's headlines read "Congress to cut flights" As if that's supposed to mean something. What is that? Some landmark event? How about they cut their salaries? Or better yet get real jobs and work for a living?

I'd love to see Salazar or Allard dig a ditch or clean a sewer. They'd probably have a stroke in 10 minutes or less.

America, the land of the free for the government to steal from the working class citizen.
