A 21 year old Jamaican sprinter name Usain Bolt broke the 100m WORLD RECORD on Saturday. I'm a track fan and maybe the rest of the world just isn't. I missed the race live and it's only replay to my knowledge on American Shows. Thank God for Youtube or else I'd never of saw the race. I think that it's appalling as to where American sports show's priorities are. We're completly obsessed with ourselves, we barely cover sports that are internationally important and just focus on the NBA, MLB, NFL (American TV's Big Three). The new World Record is irrelevant to the US. It happened to be broken in New York and the winner happen to beat America's top sprinter. But I guess no one else is watching actual Olympic sports. This is why foreign countries think we're self absorbed. Ra-Ra America.
