Coulter fights back!

Gee - IMAGINE.....The MEDIA twisting words to suit their needs and not blinking an eye about it. That's what they did, and even this blog site did with today's QOD. Maybe it wasn't thier fault. Afterall, we know that most of the media doesn't do any homework, they just report what they are told is the TRUTH right?
-------------------
An obviously angry Ann Coulter this morning ripped into critics who deliberately distorted her comments about former senator and presidential hopeful John Edwards.
After a relentless 24-hour firestorm during which much of the mainstream media used selective quotes to mangle the meaning of several of Ann’s comments about Edwards, Coulter set the record straight while talking with Joe Scarborough host of MSNBC’s "Morning Joe” program.
Coulter told Scarborough: "I’ve never seen people avoid ideas so much in such an obvious way and try to alert Americans not to read anything, not to listen to something someone said — not because of what someone is saying, but to try to portray her as a Nazi. This happens every time I put a book out and I’m getting a little bored with it . . .”

Tancredo sends head of lettuce to Chertoff
Tancredo has found an interesting way to show his disagreement with Chertoff.
WASHINGTON (CNN) — It’s not every day a presidential hopeful sends Homeland Security Chief Michael Chertoff a head of lettuce, but that’s what Rep. Tom Tancredo, R-Colorado, did Wednesday to show his disagreement with Chertoff’s recent comments on how failure of passing immigration reform might affect the agricultural industry.

WOULD ANY OF YOU BE THIS BRAVE??? DO YOU HAVE THE GUTS TO DO THIS AND THINK ABOUT BEING CALLED GUTLESS BACK AT HOME??
By Alexandra Zavis
BAQOUBA, Iraq — Under a starlit sky, soldiers poured out of Stryker armored vehicles and crept silently along a weed-choked canal. Attack helicopters circled overhead as tanks stood by.
At the first house, the troops startled a barefooted man in a traditional white robe out of his sleep. The man warned them the road ahead was riddled with bombs. At the next house, gunshots smacked against a wall the soldiers were using to take cover.

This just cracked me UP!
CNSNews.com) - A videotape shows New York Sen. Hillary Clinton committing felonies and should be admitted as new evidence in a California civil case, a forthcoming legal brief to be filed by Friday argues.
IN THE COURT OF APPEAL, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
SECOND APPELLATE DISTRICT, DIVISION 7 IN THE COURT OF APPEAL, STATE OF CALIFORNIA SECOND APPELLATE DISTRICT, DIVISION 7
PETER F. PAUL,
Plaintiff and Appellant,
vs.
WILLIAM JEFFERSON CLINTON,
Defendant, HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON, HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON FOR U.S. SENATE COMMITTEE, INC.,
Defendants and Respondents.
The tape shows Clinton -- currently the leading Democratic presidential contender -- speaking in 2000 with Peter Paul, a Hollywood mogul, and comic book icon Stan Lee about a massive fundraising event for her 2000 Senate race. Paul spent about $2 million of his own money to produce the event. The legal contribution limit to a candidate then was $2,000.

Breast Cancer Hospitalization Bill

I know that some of you will tell me how UN newsworthy this is to you, but for myself, and my family it is a very important bill. Please take the time to read this. Thanks, Talia.
Insurance companies are trying to make mastectomies an outpatient procedure. Despite all the pain and discomfort the patient feels afterward. Let's give women the chance to recover properly in the hospital for 2 days after surgery.
Mastectomy Bill in Congress : It takes 2 seconds to do this and is very important .. please take the time and do it really quick!
Breast Cancer Hospitalization Bill - Important legislation for all women.
There's a bill called the Breast Cancer Patient Protection Act which will require insurance companies to cover a minimum 48-hour hospital
stay for patients undergoing a mastectomy. It's about eliminating the 'drive-through mastectomy' where women are forced to go home just a
few hours after surgery, against the wishes of their doctor, still groggy from anesthesia and sometimes with drainage tubes still attached.
Lifetime Television has put this bill on their Web page with a petition drive to show your support. Last year over half the House signed on.
PLEASE!! Sign the petition by clicking on the Web site below. You need not give more than your name and zip code number.
