That's right, friends.

My hometown. Flint, Michigan. Is cracking down on exposed butt cracks!

Flint Police Chief David Dicks has ordered his officers to arrest anyone wearing britches that hang too low.

The penatly? Up to a year in the pokey, and fines up to $500!

I'm from Flint, so believe me when I say cops in that hell hole have bigger issues. Gangs, drugs and crime in this once-proud General Motors town is off the hook.

Listen to me. I don't like to see kids running around town with their damn pants hanging around their knees. It's silly, distasteful and sends out a vibe that they're punks.

But for Flint's Finest to make droopy drawers a priority is a crime.

Actually Tom, It will probably get a lot of the dopers who sell off the streets. Chicago has passed a similar ordinance, I think 3 inches is the limit. But what do we do about people on the beach in Speedo's. Isn't that just as much if not more revealing. Wait, Flint doesn't have any beaches.

BTW, I am ending my run with this blog. More important things to do.

Well the speedo on the beach does not have the background that the loose and low riding pants do from their message in our prisons....

LOL ok first of all, speedos are like banana hammocks....nobody wants to see that.
the kids that wear their pants hanging off their butts look like complete tools. It is not a cool look and it makes me want to smack them upside the head. However, I'm sure the cops there and anywhere, for that matter, have better things to go after.

Good for flint. You see, these dudes are setting butt funk fumes loose in our atmosphere which is adding to our air polution and possible global warming. Unlike farts that are typically harmless unless of course you light them on fire, butt funk without a doubt could be deadly. LOL
Seriously, every town should have such an ordinance.

Wow, Tom, I actually agree with you on something.

If they want to advertise that they are a moron who has no knowledge of how to operate a belt, it should not be for law enforcement to decide. It makes it that much easier for police to catch these people when they do something wrong. It must be really hard to run with your pants around your knees.

Well think about it this way Tom. They are arresting the thugs who cause most of these crimes and giving them a rap sheet that they can add too everytime they pick them up for such a stupid law.
I think they should also bring that law here to Florida and enforce it too.
99% of all the idiots who committ these stupid crimes seem to always have their pants hanging off their butts, So its killing 2 brids with 1 stone here.

Think about it this way too, They are arrested for droopy pants, they submit a fingerprint, photo, DNA, and history with the police which puts them into a data bank. Any crimes which show proof of any of these and they have a criminal already on file to solve the case even quicker??????

Personally, I think the police should be allowed to shoot their asses. Just like wearing a baseball cap sideways, I think wearing their pants around the knees is plain stupid. Stupid is as stupid does. If these idiots are so damned smart, how are they supposed to run from the cops with their pants falling around their ankles. DUH!!

It only makes sense.
The cops tell you to put your hands on your head, No wait, Hold up your pants, I said get your hands up (Bang Bang),
Judge, he was breaking the LAW and refused the cops orders......
I'm all for kids pulling their pants up, But I do NOT want to be called the "Pants Police"
Tom, Makes you want to go back, and run for mayor??
