WAR INVOICE

To: Iraqi Government

From: United States of America

Enclosed is a bill for $79 billion dollars for services rendered in helping your country overthrow dictators, blood-thirsty terrorists and instill democracy.

Please send check soon as possible. If you haven't heard, we're having a little financial crisis of our own right now and could use the cash.

Sincerely,

USA

If our leaders had any guts, we'd send Iraq a bill. Why? Because they have more expendable cash than we do. Did you know the Iraqi's are expected bank about $79 billion in oil surplus profits by year's end. $79 billion! Just sitting in the bank.

And did you know that we, the taxpayers, have given Iraq about $48 billion to rebuild their country?

Folks, something's wrong with this equation. Iraq is rolling in oil money but we're funding the war! All while our own fellow Americans are losing their jobs and houses!

This, my friends, is just wrong.

Your turn.

Yea... why 79 Billion might cover just part of the annual bill of Obama's Global Poverty Bill that he wants to spend .7% of OUR GDP on handing out money mostly to African nations that are starving their own people and playing warlord! Hundreds of Billions of our tax dollars through 2015!

Do ya think we can ask for our money back on that one too?

YEP...they are the ones that has helped in what is going on with our economy...Do they know or realize, I think so! Was it on purpose, I think so! But they aren't the only ones who is guilty because there are others who also have dirty hands in on it! The US should place a lien on their country's oil! It may help to get things back in prospective and still save face with the government!

Yeah and I noticed no mention that the Iraq was is a success. Took longer because of some bonehead mistakes but at least no Surrender Flag from the Liberals who have been fighting the troops more than the Terrorists on capital hill.

I say bill them for every penney plus interest.

Then make them pay ten million to each and every soldier who died over there and give that money to their families. I know their lives are worth more then that, but it should help a little.

Nah. You have the right to think what you want Hippy.

I oppose the way we went into Iraq but I support our troops. I'm certainly glad that this war is almost over.

I hope next time we consider invading another country like macho cowboys, that we will consider the cost in (b)American lives(/b), money, and time first.

BTW, I read your blog and it doesn't surprise me that you think pumping up your tires to save gas is a bad thing.

I find that selfish people generally like to whine and moan rather than giving anything up.

Seems to me you just don't like Obama, even when he does have the right idea. I guess for you the country is divided between your group and all of us idiots. I don't care for that. I won't let the political parties turn me against my fellow Americans.

Here is a thought... I say Iraq should take that money, and file charges against American and the UN for neglecting their sworn obligation to protect them from Sadaam should he fail to follow the UN Resolutions!

Charges: Failing to render rescue and aid to Kurds as Sadaam began to fill mass graves with them and we sat and did NOTHING!

Failed to maintain control of any weapons program, or inspection program resulting in WMDs being scattered all over the country and region!

Because of over 8 years of neglect by the US and UN, the problem became so large that it destroyed our country!

American and UN should learn that there is punishment for not keeping your promises!

Oh now Norty…Don’t be getting your panties in an uproar..One can FULLY understand that YOU feel the need to cover for your boy after such an incredably Stupid Statement as was uttered by him..

WE know,, as do YOU,, that properly inflated tires CAN improve one’s Gas Mileage somewhat depending on the vehicle type and the driving habits..

By the SAME token,, YOU heve to understand that to claim that we can SAVE as much gas by doing this as we can get through offshore drilling and production is the epitomy of STUPIDITY..Personally,,the FACT that the MSM is falling ALL over themselves to COVER this Monumental Gaffe by CHANGING what he actually said merely validates my opinion here..THEY thought it was Stupid too…LMAO..

Instead of UNDERESTIMATING and INSULTING the Intelligence of the American people by MAKING such IDIOTIC Statements and THEN to further INSULT them by LYING about what he said,,Perhaps the Democrats should SIMPLY stick to the Truth when opening their mouths instead of venturing into that Never-Never Land that you people live in….

AB..In OTHER words,,we TRUSTED the U.N.

BEFORE WE GET TO THE OIL/79BILLION IN IRAQ, I WOULD LIKE TO NO WHAT HAPPENED TO ALL THOSE TRACTOR TRAILERS AND BLDGS. THAT WERE FOUND FULL OF AMERICAN MONEY, WHERE IS IT???????????
WHY DON'T WE SEND A BILL TO ALL THE COUNTRIES THAT OWE US MONEY THATS TRILLIONS BACK TO WORLD WAR ONE. WE WOULD NOT HAVE DEBT THE US WOULD VERY RICH.
BUT NOT FOR LONG IF OBAMA GETS ELECTED WITH HIS TAX PROGRAM AND HEALTH CARE.

"American and UN should learn that there is punishment for not keeping your promises!"

Yes, if they feel the need, they should take their grievances to the UN. Of course, if they fine us, we can just say screw you like we did into Iraq.

And since when was Iraq ever at the top of the list of genocide or weapons of mass destruction? That's a lame argument. There are several countries with nukes, mass murder and bad attitudes, that were and are more dangerous than Iraq.

And who the hell says we lost? We won and it's soon time to leave or make a deal.

Hawk, so the man made an error. I doubt he would have said it if he didn't think it was true because it's too easy to check the facts.

Now I want to know how much energy would be saved in the US by inflating tires properly! It's something, and it's easy, and there are plenty more things we can do to save. We are already having an impact on gas prices by driving less. America is actually doing something besides shopping!

There was an interesting timeline of McCain saying drilling would help us in ten years, then in a couple of years, and now months? That's fishy. Any comments?

Why don't we just make it an even trade on oil? They can just give us their oil for the rest of eternity, and that should ALMOST, just about ante things up. Of course, because the lives of OUR precious soldiers are priceless, (as are those from other countries who jumped in there with both boots and helped us) they'll never REALLY make it up to us, now will they? But in the meantime, I see nothing wrong with sucking them dry of their oil as a "paltry payment"!

This was the original plan, and the Dems hammered Bush gang busters on it - and of course, he caved, in his usual 'Go along to get along' method.

He thought that this would divert the 'blood for oil' argument, if we didn't confiscate oil or oil revenues as part of the effort.

Personally, Tom, I'm with you on this. There is NO reason why we can't take oil equivalent to the amount of money we put in to that place.
