I'm sure you're heard grumblings that the state wants to talk with Casey Anthony. Maybe even offer her a deal.

To me it sounds like prosecutors don't have enough evidence to charge her with murder, and now they're playing poker and hoping for some sort of confession.

If cops had the goods that Casey did indeed kill her daughter, she'd still be in jail charged with murder. Not at her parents' home.

All that set aside, should Casey be offered any sort of deal or immunity?

Bring it.

I think they have enough evidence to charge her, but they're afraid she'll stay clammed up about what happened unless they offer her a deal of some sort. It's probably to try to draw out the location of Caylee's body so there can be closure. She's holding out because she knows everybody wants to know where the child is, and it's her only bargaining tool. I feel Casey lost her temper with Caylee and threw her in the trunk where she eventually suffocated.

If they had the goods, this kid would be charged. Having said that, it's extremely tough to prosecute somebody on murder charges without a body. Let alone get a conviction.

Yes they should offer her a deal. They offer everyone else deals so why not her. You are right Tom, most of the time the prosecutors dont have enough evidance to enev go to trial and take the chance on loosing so they offer plea deals to save face.

They need to stop trying to trump up charges before there is 100% proof or we will have another OJ running free on the streets thanks to insanity or bogus plea bargins.

I, too, fear the prosecution might be a bit over zealous and pulling the trigger too fast.

what jury, with hearing all of this we have heard could not know she is guilty. and also i have asked this question on several blogs and have not got a answer, what happens too all the monies they the anthonys have raised to find caylee, they have really pushed to recieve money ,i know this story has touched the worlds heard for caylee, theres no telling how much people have sent, it should go to the state for all the tax payers were out looking for a child that wasn't there,or to a children group, after all this monies was sent for a child not the anthonys,i would be sick to know my money was spent on casey defense, who is in charge of this money if caylee;s body is ever found, thanks God Bless everyone

See where the bail bondsman is not going to revoke her bond afterall? This, just 24 hours, after he was telling the world he made a mistake by taking on this case. What a tool.

Tom this girl like the drama the news is giving her, she has her mother fooled like crazy and we all see that, she knows who and where that child is, Tom I'm not racist, but if that was a black woman doing all of this, the prosecution would have her under the jail and we all know this, she belongs in prison until that child is find, just like I've seen judge's sentence people to life until the person show up in his/her courtroom, thats what need to be done, not jail, prison.

This 'Hollywood' bail bondsman thought he was going to get her to admit where Caylee is.... Make him disappear back on the plane and put her back in jail and quit playing mind games with her... she'll win dip-wit! Let a jury decide her fate. I hope they get enough evidence (body) to put her to death!

HEY TOM. Drmonty here.

YOU KNOW ME MAN.
NO WAY !!!!!!!!!11

What this little S N I T has done to her own parents. Think about that. Yeah, I know Caylee is the innocent little girl who is most likely DEAD through SOME fault of the mother,
but the point i'm making is that CASEY ANTHONY only cares about HERSELF. She has now destroyed her own parents' lives. Her poor father is ready for a heart attack. This guy worked his A.S.S. off all his life, and was looking forward to a nice retirement, and have
fun with his Granddaughter LIKE MOST OF US.

And this little CREATON of a daughter has literally RIPPED the family apart, BECAUSE SHE LIKES TO PARTY, and her daughter was getting in the way.

I'M SICK of the State Attorney's office, and the prosecutors selling off the rights of the victims in our society to MAKE DEALS, and yet we have no recourse because LAWYERS have arranged for PROSECUTORIAL DISCRETION to be ABUSED in what our loser Attoeny Generals, and State Attorneys consider THEIR VIEW of the law, and RIGHT, and WRONG.

NO DEALS, NO FOREGIVENESS, NO BABY CAKING.

Either she comes clean, or you lock her ass up, and let her ROT.

If I was her father, she'd WISH she was in jail, cause MY OWN KID OR NOT, i'd slam her right through the wall. NO PARENT should have to be subject to their offspring doing what this little Paris Hilton wanna be has done

DRMONTY OUT.

NO, she should absolutely not be offered a deal. The entire country knows she killed that precious child, she'll crack eventually. Personally, I think that if the media were to stop giving her so much press time, she'd crack sooner because that woman is loving being in the limelight every day!! Her entire family is off kilter, they know darn well that Casey killed Caylee, whether intentionally or accidentally, and they need to quit treating her as a victim and start treating her like the murderer she is. If that were my daughter, she'd of cracked by now, believe me!! I think Casey was, and still is, a spoiled brat who probably took off in a huff because her father said or did something that angered her and now her child is dead. I also think that Leonard Padilla is an idiot, who is also involved in this case strictly for the publicity. Of course he has to make statements about revoking her bail and then change his mind, he has to keep himself in the news. This whole thing gets more bizarre by the hour.

Oh Lennie lennie pack your RV up and go home! Revoke her bond you moron and let her go back to jail and sweat like the murdering piece of CRAP she is,that baby isn't free to live her life thanks to her so called mother ,why should this thing be able to shower eat sleep and have people protect her! When their was no one there to protect poor Caylee.
Grandma & Grandpa how do you sleep?,knowing you have had a hand in this childs murder!
I say a needle for them all. I also heard that the grandmother I use that term loosley, has a book deal in the works, OMG I want to spit in her face!
I'm a grandmother of 2 and if a day goes by without me speaking to my child or my little Angels I worry. My grandson lived with me for the 1st 2 years of his life, and my daughter would always tell me when she was leaving the house, and would call be to tell me what she had planned for the day, maybe I was an over bearing mother and still am ,but I cant imagine my life without my kids...I was just as close with my mother, but things were so different when I was a kid..

The limited immunity means nothing.

They cannot use her statement but they can use any evidence discovered from the recovery of the body. Unless her attorney is a complete and total fool, she would never agree to any deal anyway.

Lock the EDIT in her trunk for 30 days and then let her go.
