This lady is zip zero nothing... No offense to any state, but Alaska is zip zero nothing (but oil) and polar bears, which she refuses to recognize is going extinct due to global warming. Thus if you want to hide out from the national scene and stay involved in politics where do you go ?? Alaska !! I'm actually happy about this pick you guys just handed Obama-Biden the election..... thanx ;]
Furthermore the lady has a Bachelors in Journalism HAHA
Hmmmm... a Bachelors not even in Political Science... IN JOURNALISM, (lets see a Harvard law review editor, Syracuse law graduate vs. a Naval Academy grad 5th from the bottom of his class, B.A. Journalism Univ. Idaho two of those guys are smart and two of them has about 38 years combined of experience on the national scene)
Who would pick a former mayor of a 9,000 citizen town 20 months ago... and if John McCain was the "maverick" he calls himself and had any control over his campaign, and actually "put his country first" he would've picked LIEberman like he wanted to, but noooo his campaign wouldn't allow him to, Obama picked Biden because he KNEW he needed Foreign Policy credentials and couldn't stand the fact of working with Hillary.... what does Palin bring? maybe a few million votes, but none that isn't lost in the process..haha this guy McCain has no judgment and no control over his campaign, she's not HIllary she's too far right, and Hillary voters aren't stupid they are educated they aren't just gonna vote for some cheap immitation rip-off beauty queen runner up.....
Cindy McCain.... "She has foreign policy credentials because Alaska is right next to Russia" hahahaha c'mon give me somethin better than that.......
Obama.... YOUR NEXT PRESIDENT !!
See you guys on November 5th, with the landslide victory

Obama is only a junior Senator, in his first-term as a Illinois state senator running against John McCain who has many more years of experience. McCain was a military brat of a high ranking officer, married into wealth, and never had to experience any type of "American struggle." With the economy, stock market struggling, and McCain admitting he lacks the knowledge into fixing this situation, he doesn't provide much of a positive change that America desperately desires. How would you expect to fix something if you've never actually experienced it ? He's been wealthy his whole life.
His immigration reform, will only rise unemployment rates. Immigrants must be legalized, and brought out of the shadows, or else deported, after all every single one of us are immigrants.....and they should have a right to work...Legally...
His policy to offshore drilling is a short-term fix, that will not fix the long-term problem ! We need to become dependent on an alternative. Oil will not be around forever. If we can build a piece of equipment to take us to the moon, then we darn sure can find an alternative, clean, energy source. Nuclear energy? Where are we gonna put the waste? Oh yeah Republicans dont believe in Global Warming....
Iraq? Why is this guy McCain so fixed on staying in Iraq... Violence is down... YES, but anytime you add 20,000 to 30,000 of the Worlds Finest MEN and WOMEN in any set location it's gonna bring positive changes, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out. It also doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that America can't afford to continue spending $10 billion a month on a war that we've obviously won, and not focus much of our attention to Afghanistan and Pakistan, where Al-Qaeda have now shifted. We left Vietnam, for obvious reason, (we got our butts kicked) we can now leave Iraq with a sense of pride, but John McCain seems to have that Vietnam psychie still intact.... The fact that he's running his campaign as a tortured 5 1/2 year POW, when he was actually only maltreated and tortured for 2 years. In fact September 1969 they increased John McCain's food and rudimentary health care, along with the several hundred that had been captured BEFORE John McCain including Dr. Philip Butler of University of California who was a former POW alongside John McCain. For his POW status John McCain recieved a Purple Heart and a Silver Star. Among all 600 POW's there were, 590 Silver Stars, and 1,249 Purple Hearts given out.... Seems more like a "standard medal" to me. Furthermore if John McCain left as a POW, he would have to speak against his country, lie about his treatment as a POW (say his treatment was lenient and humane), and admit the U.S. were criminals, no soldier/sailor would do that in a time of war... So when the United States lost Vietnam I can understand why McCain has a grudge on war and why he may never give up Iraq... it all makes sense....
I'll admit Obama hasn't been on the scene long enough, but the guy is smart. He took down the most respected popular name in the Democratic party in the last 18 years. Two of his right hand men (D-RI) Senator Jack Reed and (D-DE- Joe Biden both sit on the National Foreign Relations Committee and have done so the past 10+ years. It doesn't take ACTUAL experience to access a situation. And if the people had any doubt, he should've clearly emptied it last week, with the warm welcome of General Petreas and Prime Minister Nouri Maliki, and the Iraqi people. The World Loves America, The World Is Desperate For A Change In American Attitude In Direction (200,000+ audience at Berlin speech)
McCain might have 25+ years in the Senate, whats experience... if its not the experience America so desperately needs.... because the "trickle down" effect obviously isn't working with our economy.... Obama's plan for a second stimulus sounds appropriate, but is a looooooooooooooooooooong way to get back to the way Democrats (Clinton) left the budget when he left office...... BALANCED !!! not at a record defceit that Bush has it now !

HAHA You guys are so pitiful.... Now whats your excuse ? For the past 5 years what has it been all about ?? "when the violence has gone down, when we are winning the war, when the Iraqis feel they can police themselves; we can leave" "if we are asked to leave, we will leave" "we will not be here permanently" Republicans are pitiful... HAHAHAHA its so funny ITS PURE JEALOUSY !!! OBAMA will be president... ITS CLEARLY JEALOUSY !!! You guys can't help to see that you guys started a war, that you thought Bush would end, just be grateful... You guys got beat at your own game... The otherside won !!! HAHAHA Obama is smarter !! You have a Harvard Lawyer here even your guy (Chuck Hagel (R) Nebraska) jumped on board... the guy is too smart... What has the past few elections taught you about war heros ???
I've served in Iraq (Camp Liberty/Camp Liberty) with the 3rd Infantry Division, so I know how it is. Many of my friends re-enlisted over there for the "tax-free" money. It was their decision, but I was too smart. They are tired of the rapid deployments. We are over stretched, but i guess it does take a ex-Harvard lawyer and a ex-first lady or a Delaware Senator whos the chairman on the Foreign Relations Committe ;] (hehe) to realize that .
Violence is down !! Get over it !! Focus on Afghanistan !! John McCain is in the rear, no one is paying him any attention, he needs to get over it...... America is past the war in Iraq... its time he does too. Truth is I think most people probably would respect him more if he would come out and say it, but I think he's just too far deep come out and admit it. "the success in Iraq has told us how to succeed in Afghanistan" EXACTLY !!! Pull the TROOPS OUT and SURGE AFGHANISTAN!!! Doesn't take a rocket scientist to read in between the lines.... can you?
hahaha... THIS IS TOO FUNNY !!! WHOOO HOOO !!
now you guys are soo desperate for attention your running blaming gas prices on Obama ? Come on GOP give the U.S. a break i think thats gonna cost you guys more votes than win you!

Many Americans Are Ignorant To The Fact Of The Truth About The United States. The Fact That John McCain Was A POW And Was Tortured For 5 1/2 Years, Doesn't Necessarily Qualify Him As A War Hero. I'm An American Citizen With Independent Views. It Seems Americans Are So Ready To Hand The Nomination To McCain On Military Service, Which I Admit Was Good, But Not Extraordinary. He Volunteered To Stay; So The Decision Was Clearly His. He Promised He Wouldn't Bring It Up During His Campaign, But He's Clearly Desperate For Attention & Coverage, So Now He's Running Ads To Gain Some. The Real Hero's Are The Educators, Pediatrians, PTSD Physchiatrist (which he knew well), etc. I Agree McCain Followed The Sailors Creed "I Proudly Serve My Country's Navy Combat Team With Honor, Courage, And Committment." Nowhere In The Soldier's, Rifleman's, or Sailor's Creed Does It State You Must Remain With Your Comrades After You Are Released. (Yes It Does Say Alot About Your Character, But It Doesn't Qualify You For Office, It Actually Brings Up Many PTSD questions.) However It Does State, "I Will Never Leave A Fallen Comrade" In the Soldiers Creed. None Of Senator McCain's fellow POW's He Elected To Stay With Had "fallen."
Now To My Point Of The Blog, What Gave The United States The Right To Invade Vietnam In The First Place? Who Are The United States To Attempt To Stop The Spread Of Communism Or Anyway A Foreign Country Does Business. We Aren't The Super Nation, Plus We Never Actually Went Into Russia (Cold War) or China To Stop Their Spread, Because The Outcome Would've Been Defeat.Vietcong Treated John McCain, And His Fellow Comrades As Terrorist Thus They Became POW's.
The Bush Administration Was Caught Knowingly Waterboarding, And Torturing (which is illegal), And Threw Military Personnel Basically "Under The Bus" Which Resulted In UCMJ and Confinement at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.. The Torture and Waterboarding Wasn't Much Of A Problem Until The Media Obtained The Story And Began Reporting It. But If A Country Wanted To Be A Communist One, Who Are The United States To Step In, And Try To Stop Them ? Many Americans Pondered At The Dinner Table Days And Even Weeks Following 9/11, Wondering Who Would Committ Such A Horrible Tragedy To Our Country; When We Are Guilty Of The Same Exact Thing In Recent History.
This Is Exactly Why John McCain Participated In Terrorism And Is Not A War Hero In The International World Eyes. If He Is A War Hero, Then The Prisoners We Have In Guantanamo Bay, Cuba Are War Hero's For Afghanistan, Iraq, And Pakistan For Defending Their Country, Because They Have Every Human Right To Defend Their Country And If We Want To Be "American" Let's Be Fair And Neutral And Recite The Marine Corps Riflemans Creed....
"I Must Shoot My Rifle True, I Must Shoot Straighter Than The Enemy Who Is Trying To Kill Me,I Must Shoot Him Before He Shoots Me, I Will, My Rifle And I Know That What Counts In War Is Not The Rounds We Fire, The Noise Of Our Bursts, Or The Smoke We Make. We Know That It's The Hits That Count. Will Will Hit."
If Every Marine Soldier Is As Patriotic As That Creed, I'm Sure Many Middle-Eastern/Vietnamese Soldier Is/Was Also. So Before You Call McCain A Hero, Don't Be Close Minded, Be INDEPENDENT And Look At Both Sides Of The Fence, I've Served Overseas And I Love My Country, I Wouldn't Trade It For Any Other Country, But I Know James Madison, Thomas Jefferson, And Benjamin Franklin (just to name a few) Have Rolled In Their Graves, Did Backflips, and Cart-wheels After Seeing What This Nation Has Done To The Once Great Constitution. In Fact George Mason And Edmund Randolph May Be The Two Smartest Guys In History For Refusing To Sign That Piece Of Paper That Basically Means Nothing Today, Due To Stripping Of Its Morals And All The Amendments. What Has This Nation Become? A Nation Of Terrorism, And McCain Has Participated, and I Hate To Say It, But So Have While Fighting the "war on terrorism" in Iraq I ! (they were innocent)

If John McCain Is Such A War Hero, And So Much For The Veterans Why Was He In California When The New G.I. Bill Was Passed For Veterans of Armed Forces ? I Am A Senior At UCF And Major In Political Science-International Relations and Comparative Politics and A Veteran Of Foreign Wars (Iraq with 3rd Infantry Division Ft. Stewart, We Were The First To Cross The Border Into Iraq). I've used the G.I. Bill The Last Year(2007-2009) While Attending UCF Finishing My Bachelors Which Will Be Done In The Spring '09. I Will Be Attending Boston College In The Fall For Graduate School. This New Bill Is Awesome, And It Ensures I Will Not Have To Take Out Any Student Loans, Unless By Choice! It Will Pay My Tuition, Up To A Cap, And Provide Me With Allowance (Current G.I. Bill= $1,101.00 allowance.... New G.I. Bill= Tuition, Books + Monthly Allowance Depending On Your Location) You Had Bipartisan Views On It, With Two Of The Greatest Bi-Partisan Senators In The Senate; Republican Senator Chuck Hagel Of Nebraska (who's accompanying Democratic Presidential Nominee Senator Obama in his overseas trip to the middle-east) and Democratic Senator Jim Webb of Virginia helping to get it passed. The Bill is one of the few POSITIVE accomplishments Congress Has Been Able To Achieve, With President Bush In Power. Although Bush Signed It, Where Was Senator John McCain, The Supposed Candidate For VETERANS ? IN CALIFORNIA AT A FUNDRAISER ! He Believes Veterans Should Have To Serve More Than 1 Tour, And He Wants To Continue To Use This As An Incentive To Get PeopleTo Join The Service.... hmm.... Sounds Like A FRAUD 2 ME ... This Is Why He's Not A Maverick, This Is Why He's Not A War Hero... This Is Why He's Bush 3.0....This is Why He's A FRAUD !!!
