Sorry folks, I don't see the common ground here. I just read the article on the Columbus Day Parade in Denver. In my eyes, Mr. Morris needs to find a life. It scares me to think this is the calibre of individual, (small bore), teaching our future generation. My dear God, where are we going as a society? Where are we going as a Nation?
I find it hard to believe that someone just does not have anymore on their mind than to organize something as inane as this protest. I wish that's all I had to think about in my life!!! My how sweet life would be. I am sure any one of us would trade.
I'll not rant on this, I don't care to expel the energy today. I need to organize a lawn mowing protest. May be next year someone will organize against the ST.PADDIES Day parade. Yes it is Paddy. If he hadn't chased all the bloody snakes from Ireland we most likely wouldn't have any here. Damn Him!!!!

I also wear a uniform on a regular basis and have yet to find it tighten around my neck. Maybe it's just me?

As the new year approachs and this seems to be a year for change(?) I figured I'd change my BIO. Much more exciting than sorting my socks. Again. So let's see.... Chief Petty Officer in the Seabees(RES).Proud Iraqi Freedom Vet.(3 tours, voluntary), and have spent more time in a hooch in Iraq than in my own home since 2004. I'm a cranky, miserable, politically incorrect Father of 4 wonderful kids, 5 pit bulls, a ferret and a chihuahua. My creatures are my kids too! Married to the best woman in the world who has been my driving force for the past 25 years and I will go to the grave for what is mine. Believe in the war and believe GWB made the right decision and stuck by it, can't hate a guy for that. Firmly believe that on a whole the Iraqi people are good people having had the pleasure to interact with quite a few. Am I happy with the election? Not at lberty to say. Will we survive as the best and greatest nation in the world? Absolutely. The zombies will be kept at bay Future plans for the coming year is to get back home and catch up on the year and a half I have been gone,maybe ride my bicycle around the world,(not really), and stay alive one more year! That's it, that's all there is. God bless our Troops and bring them home alive and Victorious. SEMPER GUMBY, DAWG
