Well the GODS of communication were good to me and I didn't have to work all night so I was able to not only access this sight but had a few minutes to do it.
Really just stopped by to say hello to my conservative friends to say not much has changed in Iraq. Still hot and dusty. I hope we pick a little nicer spot for the next war, perhaps somewhere near the ocean and a bit more temperate and not as much dust. Damn Republicans!
I can see not much has changed, so I won't bother pontificating and bore anyone. I believe just the geographic area I'm in will speak for political standing. The only comment I have is for Frosty McBikerider....... You should really stick to what you know. Bicycling.
MHP as usual you're on point, not to mention here during the fall. Perhaps Frosty was biking by while you sleeping in the dirt or perhaps running a swab over you best friend. Who knows? For some reason hippie keeps coming to my mind. Maybe it's just tthe heat.
Anyhow since I don't have much of anything of importance to say I'll go. I mostly just wanted to use this medium to say hello to the conspicuous few out there I usually say hi to before the firewall boots my connection. Keep up the fight and I'll be back in all ya'lls end of the world before snowfall! DAWG

Good to hear from ya alfadawg2! Same ol thing back here. We're still trying to outlaw individual thinking and sobriety, kids are sniffin' sharpies, poodles are turning pink in boulder, premature coming over toyotas seems to be an issue, booggymann's been missing lately, an illegal alien parked a hybrd in my parking spot (fire's out now), fishermike's p!ssed off, heavysurf's ....well....heavy, obama hussein says we're bitter, hillary's been attacked and shot at (I really feel bad for the poor girl), soccer's apparently a sport, there was a rumor the Pope was gonna get circumsized during his visit but didn't (I almost fell for that one), and I think marriage & relationships are supposed to be depressing...(nobody's told how to feel yet on that one), and in honor of Earth Day I'm purchasing carbon offsets for the racecar (and I thought offsets were wheel offsets).

Hey there Sarge. I'm just waiting for summer to roll along. I'm tired of this winter sh i t. Although, I feel you... I could be there with you. Thanks for serving! My unit actually goes by that 1 weekend/2 weeks a year thing... haha.

Keep your head low, but high if you know what I mean.

good to hear from you too...sorry things are sameo --listening to BBC and world news on 91.5 heard news of another IUD incident, my prayers go to you, even heard of some firing into the green zone??? spose that is a no-no too huh? Stay Safe...for your family here.

Hello, alfadawg. I chime in with the patriots here, and I wanted to send my thanks for your service to our country.

I don't even read Frosty anymore- that guy just loves to listen to himself!

Both patriots keep me smiling with their in your face defense of their beliefs, and specter and spcasm help keep us all informed of what's going on around the world that aids and abetts our enemies.

As the new year approachs and this seems to be a year for change(?) I figured I'd change my BIO. Much more exciting than sorting my socks. Again. So let's see.... Chief Petty Officer in the Seabees(RES).Proud Iraqi Freedom Vet.(3 tours, voluntary), and have spent more time in a hooch in Iraq than in my own home since 2004. I'm a cranky, miserable, politically incorrect Father of 4 wonderful kids, 5 pit bulls, a ferret and a chihuahua. My creatures are my kids too! Married to the best woman in the world who has been my driving force for the past 25 years and I will go to the grave for what is mine. Believe in the war and believe GWB made the right decision and stuck by it, can't hate a guy for that. Firmly believe that on a whole the Iraqi people are good people having had the pleasure to interact with quite a few. Am I happy with the election? Not at lberty to say. Will we survive as the best and greatest nation in the world? Absolutely. The zombies will be kept at bay Future plans for the coming year is to get back home and catch up on the year and a half I have been gone,maybe ride my bicycle around the world,(not really), and stay alive one more year! That's it, that's all there is. God bless our Troops and bring them home alive and Victorious. SEMPER GUMBY, DAWG
