Every been taken advantage of by a sub-contractor?  I started my first dirt start custom home in March - tried to use 3 sub-contractors that were referred to me by my Aunt's husband and his son.... that told me "they'll do right by you"  -- Yea, right!  They all over-billed -- one would not complete a W9 - none would complete an Agreement to perform services -- hello!  RED flags, but because they were referred to me -- I thought that it would all work out.

They totally took advantage of me!
