I think that the absent parent of a child that is abused and has died in result of abuse or participated in a criminal act ,that absent parent should be held liable as much as the custodial parent.The biological mother was blasay about the criminal out come saying, that she was not surprised, you stupid bitch why would you leave your child with her father if you knew he was unfit ,and if the courts decided for her  to go to her dad then mother should have took it to  a higher court at least it would be on docket ,and you could sue the court who decided that and maybe they wont be so quick just to place kids anywhere. I am just desgusted about the absent mothers reaction to all of this, she should be right next to him in jail. and I still think she had something to do with it.

We should bring the troops home. And No, we should not start drafting .We should send Rangel to Iraq and make him eat out of a bag for a year.With the economy the way it is there will always be people inlisting.when I was looking for a job no one really was hiring but the military.And even when they did do drafting in the 70's the rich still evaded going to Veitnam war. We need to start taking care of our troops,troops family,and the vets better finacially,and offer better health insurance and benifits.God bless America.

Yes, I believe that not all resources were used in finding her before the family was under suspecion.I'm sure there are over 10 registered sex offenders within 1 mile radius and why didnt they give this criminal who is in jail that stated that the mother barried the little girl a lie detector test? and the ramsey's are very similar but one is rich and one is poor and you know the rest.
