An interesting, if unexpected, side effect of the economic downturn:
"According to
Mexican consulate officials in Dallas, some 400 immigrant families have
told them so far this year that they're going back to Mexico and asked
for transfer documents to enroll their children in Mexican schools.
Enrique Hubbard Urrea, Mexican consul general in Dallas, said it is
impossible to track every Mexican who leaves the area. But he said the
number asking for transfer documents at the consulate is on the rise.
In 2005, the consulate issued 162 such documents; in 2006 it was 199;
and last year it was 270. At the current rate, more than twice as many
people will leave this year as last, he said.
"There is no doubt the trend indicates that the number is growing," Mr. Hubbard said.
And it isn't happening only in Dallas. At the Mexican consulates in
Chicago and Phoenix, too, the number of Mexican families applying for
transfer documents for their children has increased."
I am a Native and Lifelong Resident of the Great State of Florida, Blessed to be a Citizen of the Great Nation of the United States of America, and Veteran of Service in Vietnam (Long Binh, RVN, 1970-71). My birthday is September eleventh. My wife died in April, 2007, and I celebrated Independence Day alone, this year.
I am writing about some very serious concerns I have . . . those being our steady march away from the Social, Moral, and Political Traditions which made this Country such a Great Nation. Sometimes, when I focus on the state of our Country, today, I wish my name was on “The Wall,” so I wouldn't have to witness it.
I have no doubt that the Founding Fathers would be incensed if they could speak from their present places. Not even Benedict Arnold would approve of what we have become over the past thirty years! John F. Kennedy would surely feel betrayed, as would Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., as well. You saw your Dad's face fall in the treacherous climate of politics, and you, yourself, have been the target of many unreasoned and unpatriotic barbs and arrows.
I believe the Holy Bible (as originally written) is the inerrant Word of God. As much as it depends upon me, I will be at peace with all. I know that many who say they are Christian do not care for or obey the teachings of Jesus.
I believe the Constitution of the United States, including the first ten amendments (as originally written) and subsequent amendments passed by prescribed process, are the only legitimate law of this Nation UNDER GOD; that the tenets of our Constitution can be plainly understood by The Common Folk, as well as the erudite; and that those who would change those plain meanings by any craft or crook are Traitors to us all.
You, Sir; I believe you are as honest as any politician can be in a system where there is so much “Spiritual Wickedness in High Places.” And, I have a lot of respect and admiration for you.
My Civics Classes, in 1969, taught me that “Checks and Balances” are built into the structure of our Government, through the balance between the Executive Branch, the Legislative Branch, and the Judicial Branch. But now, all but a tiny minority of our “representatives” in Congress are embenched and entrenched in the Legal Profession. This means that the Legislative Branch has been summarily co-opted by the Judicial Branch. The Executive Branch is at a two-thirds disadvantage in almost all matters of Policy and Law.
Through the relativistic viewpoints of Liberal and Judicial Activism, Concrete Values have been ruled obsolete. God is “Ruled Out” by the Courts, Prayer and reference to the Bible is “Ruled out” by the Courts, and Free speech is “Ruled Out” by the “Politically Correct” lobby, if it “offends” even one antagonist against Traditions. “Hate Crimes” Legislation is applicable only to Traditionalists and Reactionaries, while the antagonists against Traditions are immune.
Laws against Business Monopolies, Financial Usury, Fiduciary Responsibility, Vice, etc., have fallen by the wayside as the Economy has been Financialized, Manufacturers have moved production facilities offshore, and States have instituted Lotteries (the most deceitful tax method ever devised).
Prosecutors once had the Duty [sic: 95 So2d 525] to Discover evidence that was Favorable to an Accused, as well as that which would tend toward Conviction. Now, Prosecutors actually hide any known Exculpatory and/or Mitigating Evidence, and the practice is approved of and protected by “Prosecutorial Immunity” provisions. Any Public Defender [provided as a result of Gideon v. Wainwright (Florida Department of Corrections), 372 U.S. 335 (1963)], becomes very unpopular if they protest or press that issue in any but murder cases.
Ex Post Facto Law is twice prohibited in Article I, of the Constitution, as is Double Jeopardy prohibited by the Fifth Amendment. However, in spite of such Constitutional Guarantees, a person acquitted in a Criminal proceeding can be sued and found liable in a Civil Court; a person sentenced in 1985 can be held Feloniously Liable under a Law enacted in 1997; and, Judges can set aside the Majority Vote of a Public Referendum in almost any State.
The Police, by the way, are also victims in all this, to the point they are quick to quip, “We don't make the Law, we just enforce it.” Believe me, they are well aware, and sensitive in the extreme, of the fact that such a statement equates them with the police force of a totalitarian regime of Europe, following 1930. But, if they don't obey, they lose their jobs.
Well Sir, I just felt the need to vent, and I am of the belief that these issues would matter to you, as well; but I think your eyes will be shielded from this by some well meaning(?) staffer who believes that even a "lame duck" should not address such issues, and you are usually hassled by the Tyranny of the Urgent (managed by similar staffers) to the point that these escape your notice.
God Bless You, Mister President. I will be sorry to see you leave the Office.
Undocumented Workers Currently in the United States:
They could come forward immediately and receive probationary legal status.
The Bill creates a four-year, renewable Z visa for those present within the U.S. unlawfully before January 1, 2007.
Undocumented immigrants may adjust status to lawful permanent residence once they pay $5,000 in fees and fines and their head of household returns to their home country.
People under age 30 who were brought to the U.S. as minors could receive their green cards after three years, rather than eight.
Undocumented farm workers who can demonstrate they have worked 150 hours or three years in agriculture can apply for green cards.
No green cards for Z visa holders can be processed until “triggers” for border security and workplace enforcement have been met, which is estimated to take 18 months.
Processing of green cards for holders of Z visas would begin after clearing an existing backlog, which is expected to take 8 to 13 years.
Border Security:
Hire 18,000 new border patrol agents.
Erect 200 miles of vehicle barriers and 370 miles of fencing along the U.S.-Mexico border.
Erect 70 ground-based radar and camera towers along the southern border.
Deploy four unmanned aerial vehicles and supporting systems.
End the program in which illegal immigrants are released upon apprehension (commonly know as catch and release).
Provide for detaining up to 27,500 aliens per day on an annual basis.
Use secure and effective identification tools to prevent unauthorized work.
Employment Verification:
Require employers to electronically verify new employees to prove identity and work eligibility.
Increase penalties for unlawful hiring, employment and record keeping violations.
Guest Worker Program (requires border security measures to be in place first):
Create a new temporary guest worker program with two-year “Y visas,” initially capped at 400,000 per year with annual adjustments based on market fluctuations.
Workers could renew the Y visa up to three times, but would be required to return home for a year in between each time. Those bringing dependents could obtain only one, nonrenewable two-year visa.
Families could accompany guest workers only if they could show proof of medical insurance and demonstrate that their wages were 150 percent above the poverty level.
Permanent Residence (Green Card) through the Point System:
380,000 visas a year would be awarded based on a point system, with about 50 percent based on employment criteria, 25 percent based on education, 15 percent on English proficiency and 10 percent on family connections.
Other Changes to the Immigration System:
Spouses and minor children of U.S. citizens and permanent residents would be eligible for green cards based purely on their family connections, but other relatives such as adult children and siblings would not.
Apply new limits to U.S. citizens seeking to bring foreign-born parents into the country.
Visas for parents of U.S. citizens would be capped annually at 40,000 and those for spouses and children at 87,000.

On June 29th the United States Senate killed the proposed comprehensive immigration legislation, ending chances for President George W. Bush to pass his immigration reform plan--a centerpiece of the president's domestic agenda. Immigration reform supporters garnered just 46 of the 60 votes needed to conclude debate and proceed to final passage. Sixty senators, including 37 of Bush's fellow Republicans, voted against it. Most senators said they had no plans to try to overhaul immigration law before the 2008 presidential election, so it is unlikely that any major immigration bill will become law until 2009. The biggest obstacle was to convince conservatives that the path to citizenship for illegal aliens is not Amnesty. The bill's bitter end has a deeper meaning, as it demonstrated that conservative Americans’ vision for US immigration reform should not include any type of amnesty or legalization for undocumented workers.
"This vote effectively kills comprehensive immigration legislation in the 110th Congress" - said Democratic Representative Zoe Lofgren, head of a House Judiciary subcommittee on immigration.
The measure, the biggest rewrite of U.S. immigration law since 1986, would offer 12 to 20 million illegal immigrants a path to citizenship while tightening the border with Mexico and creating a guest-worker program to help employers fill low-paying jobs.
President Bush, who had lobbied Republican senators to support the legislation, acknowledged defeat, saying that - "Congress's failure to act on it is a disappointment." The Bush administration is still interested in finding the solution to the problem of illegal immigration, said Michael Chertoff, Bush's homeland security secretary who helped draft the legislation.

The definition of amnesty
By Michelle Malkin • April 6, 2006 03:38 PM
Remind me again which party has the majority in the U.S. Senate? Via Reuters:
Senate leaders on Thursday announced a bipartisan compromise on an overhaul of U.S. immigration laws, giving some illegal immigrants a path to citizenship and creating a temporary worker program.
“I think we’re looking like we may be able to dance this afternoon,” Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid of Nevada told reporters.
Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, a Tennessee Republican, appeared with Reid and said “We have a great opportunity to deliver to the American people what they expect, what they deserve,” a comprehensive border security and immigration reform bill.
Can you spell c-a-v-e-i-n?
President Bush, the GOP elite, and the open borders lobby can deny it until they’re all blue in the face, but the Senate “compromise” on immigration and border security is the dictionary definition of “amnesty.”
Amnesty is a general pardon from the government for law-breaking. It’s against the law to cross our borders or overstay visas without permission. It’s against the law to avoid deportation once you’ve been ordered to leave. It’s against the law to re-enter if you’ve ever been deported. And it’s against the law to recruit, hire, harbor or encourage those lawbreakers.
What else do you call a bill that grants any illegal immigrant who has been in the U.S. for five or more years an immediate path to American citizenship?
This is amnesty and it does not depend on what the meaning of “is” is.
Illegal immigrants here between two and five years get to “leave the country” by visiting a U.S. international airport, walking through the immigration line (”How many days have you been out of the country?” “Er, fifteen minutues.”), and then embarking on their own path to citizenship. Illegal immigrants here for two year or less have to go home and come back really–something many of them do now for vacations.
But we are assured that these things are not amnesties since getting to full citizenship will require some effort–learning English etc. I am reminded of Malcolm Bradbury’s remark about a poor state university: “You have to pass an intelligence test to go there–you have to be able to find out where it is.”
The apparent principle underlying these proposals are that the longer and more comprehensively you have broken the law, the better deal you will get from the federal government. But everyone illegal has won and all shall have prizes.
* Those who have lived in the country at least five years would be put on a path toward guaranteed citizenship, provided that they remained employed, paid fines and back taxes, and learned English. According to Senator Frist, 60 percent of the illegal aliens fall into this category.
* Those who have lived here for two to five years would have to leave the country before reporting to an American port of entry, where they would be classified as temporary workers. There are roughly three million in this category. They are allowed to apply for citizenship but if they are denied, they must leave after six years.
* The remaining one million (roughly), those who have lived in the country less than two years, would be required to leave although they are eligible to apply for a temporary work Visa.
I have a question: Where are the ones who will be leaving and where are the bill provisions they state how and when they will be deported?
The dictionary also informs us of the origin of the term “amnesty.” It comes from the Greek word “amnestia,” which means “to forget.”
And that is exactly what Washington seems to be suffering from these days: amnesty amnesia.
Border security brain freeze.
The open borders lobby says the “immigration reform” compromise sellout won’t encourage law-breaking. But the OBL conveniently forgets that the historical record provides absolutely no evidence in support of this claim. There have been seven illegal alien amnesties passed into law since 1986:
·The 1986 Immigration and Reform Control Act blanket amnesty for an estimated 2.7 million illegal aliens
·1994: The “Section 245(i)” temporary rolling amnesty for 578,000 illegal aliens
·1997: Extension of the Section 245(i) amnesty
·1997: The Nicaraguan Adjustment and Central American Relief Act for nearly one million illegal aliens from Central America
·1998: The Haitian Refugee Immigration Fairness Act amnesty for 125,000 illegal aliens from Haiti
·2000: Extension of amnesty for some 400,000 illegal aliens who claimed eligibility under the 1986 act
·2000: The Legal Immigration Family Equity Act, which included a restoration of the rolling Section 245(i) amnesty for 900,000 illegal aliens]
Guess what? None –not one—of those amnesties was associated with a decline in illegal immigration. On the contrary, the number of illegal aliens in the U.S. has tripled since President Reagan signed the first amnesty in 1986. The total effect of the amnesties was even larger because relatives later joined amnesty recipients, and this number was multiplied by an unknown number of children born to amnesty recipients who then acquired automatic US citizenship.
The Democrats have once again used parliamentary tactics to obstruct the Senate from pursuing its priorities. The only difference this time is that Senator Frist let them. By surrendering to the amnesty demands of Democrats and squishy Republicans, Frist squandered a great opportunity to secure our borders and gain control of our broken immigration system.
“The Senate amnesty deal is miserable public policy that will be rejected by the House of Representatives and has already been rejected by the American people. It continues the running joke that is our immigration system by treating the same crimes differently. In a perverse rendition of hide-and-seek, it grants a reward to those who evaded law enforcement for the longest time. And, as we did in 1986, it will encourage more illegal aliens to come into this country in the hope of yet another amnesty.
“The Senate’s amnesty authors don’t dispute that their deal will offer blanket amnesty to at least 10 million illegal aliens — everyone who entered the country illegally through 2004. But they wouldn’t be dealing honestly with the American people if they failed to state what will happen with the additional two million or more illegal aliens who came here more recently. No illegal alien with half a brain would admit that they came here after 2004. And how could law enforcement tell? The Senate deal asks people who have broken the law for years — often using fraudulent documents — to provide proof that they’ve lived here. I can guarantee that many of those fraudulent documents – which law enforcement hasn’t been able to detect yet — will be used to obtain legal status.
“Handing out legal identification to millions of illegal aliens will expose our nation’s Achilles’ heal more quickly than almost any single action this Congress could take. Just this morning, the International Relations Committee heard from a whistleblower at USCIS — the agency that would be charged with screening the 10 million illegal aliens — who documented the massive fraud and mismanagement in that agency. USCIS has a security backlog in the millions and, in order to reduce the backlog, is encouraging adjudicators to approve visas in fewer than four minutes. It is no secret that two-thirds of foreign-born terrorists operating in the U.S. committed immigration fraud prior to or in conjunction with their terrorist activities. Piling 10 million more applications on USCIS is suicidal in terms of national security.”

Stories of the homosexual lobby intimidating companies and
individuals who stand up for man-woman marriage are becoming more and more
common:
In Massachusetts, during a
petition drive to get a state marriage amendment on the ballot, homosexual
activists called people who signed the petition and threatened them with
lawsuits or worse.
Boston public school teachers
were threatened with termination if they failed to portray so-called
homosexual "marriage" in a positive light.
Michigan's largest homosexual
activist group says once marriage is legally redefined to include
homosexual couples, business owners and even news media outlets that
refuse to recognize such marriages should be jailed, or sued and
"publicly slapped."
In California we are hearing similar stories, but now the
intimidation tactics are being endorsed by one of the nation's largest unions
-- the AFL-CIO. Homosexual advocates, with the powerful backing of national
union leaders, are calling for a boycott of Bolthouse Farms, a California
company that provides organic juices, lemonades, and smoothies to places like
Whole Foods and other organic markets, simply because one of the minority
owners donated money to the petition drive to put a marriage amendment on the
ballot.
This is another harbinger of how homosexual activists want
Christians who oppose homosexual "marriage" to be treated -- shut out
of the public square with no recourse.
Please contact the national AFL-CIO to let it know such
tactics are intolerable. As people of religious faith and moral conviction who
believe that marriage is between one man and one woman -- we will not be
silenced.
This is one of those stories that's just sad. And you have to ask yourself... what is up with people???
A Lakewood woman was visiting her neighbors last night, when one of them allegedly just up and shot her two year old terrier, Patches, in the head.
Police have arrested 50 year old Ryan Hayes and accuse him of cruelty to animals, prohibited use of a weapon and reckless endangerment.
Marlys Duggan says she and Patches visited Hayes and his mother all the time.
Last night, Patches was following Hayes around the house, hoping for a treat, when they heard a loud explosion coming from Hayes' bedroom. She says she ran in, to find her little dog laying in a pool of blood, shot in the head.
Now Hayes tried to tell her the dog had been chewing on the gun and must have accidentally set it off. But the Vet told her, no way. The Vet says x rays show the bullet trajectory and the fatal shot was fired by someone standing over the dog.
Poor Duggan is pretty much in shock today, griveing for her pet. And trying to understand how something so senseless could happen.
We knocked on Hayes' door and he told us it was an accident and that he would never harm "a fuzzy little creature." He said he felt awful, and he did seem very upset.
Duggan says she thinks he was drunk last night. A check of Hayes' criminal history shows some arrests back in the 80s and 90s... some involving guns and alcohol.
The May 12 enforcement action at the Postville, Iowa meatpacking plant yielded 389 rank-and-file arrests, but no managerial arrests until yesterday when the first supervisors were taken in custody. The New York Times reports two supervisors were charged with securing false documents for illegal aliens and a warrant was issued for the arrest of a third person, who is described as a plant manager. 270 of the illegal aliens arrested were sent to federal prison on fraudulent document charges.
This is exactly what needs to happen when there is an illegal alien bust, bust the managers, It ahould go farther, all the way to the top - Owners and ceo's
Minuteman Express News - 2007 Cal Trans approves "Adopt-A-Highway" territory for Jim Gilchrist's Minuteman Project The Minuteman Project received state approval for an "Adopt A Highway" sign last week. The California Department of Transportation (Cal-Trans) granted Gilchrist, founder and president of the Minuteman Project, unanimous approval for the adoption of an important two-mile stretch of highway. The sign is located at Barranca Parkway exit on northbound Route 133 in Irvine, Ca., about four miles before the Route 241 toll gate. The area is a heavily traveled highway. "I am elated!" Gilchrist said. "I presented the requested information and identified myself as the President of the Minuteman Project. I was treated very well by Cal Trans. The person handling the application is a legal immigrant from Vietnam." "Millions of travelers will see our Minuteman Project sign proudly displayed. The message is going out," he said. Community participation in the maintenance of something as public as a highway is a milestone. The Minuteman Project, founded by Jim Gilchrist just over three years ago, continues to make a profound positive impact in many communities. Jim Gilchrist and his Minuteman Project have made significant strides forward. He has recently created an open forum message board called the "Command Center" on the Minuteman Project website (www.minutemanproject.com), giving a voice to those who had no voice. Gilchrist spoke to millions of viewers on the Fox and Friends television program and New York City's radio station, WOR, two weeks ago while on a sponsor-paid speaking tour in the "Big Apple". As president of the Minuteman Project. Gilchrist has encouraged the Minuteman Project team to develop a strong national voice. "That is exactly what our Founding Fathers expect of us," he said. Those interested in having a Minuteman Adopt A Highway sign placed on their highway please contact the Minuteman Project for details. Minuteman Express News - 2007
Hey Jimbo! Congressman Chris Cannon (R-Utah) is a huckster and a deadbeat. He is an open border guy all the way! He will not fund any project that secures America! The only way to get funding to defeat illegal immigration is to prey it from his wallet with a crowbar or a court order, and even then, good luck.
Well, what goes around comes around. Yesterday the Provo Prevaricator finally got his comeuppance, getting stomped in his Republican primary against a relatively unknown and under-funded candidate by 60-40 percent. In politics, especially in a race featuring an incumbent that is known as a veritable landslide! It was an old-fashioned butt-kicking, and it couldn't have happened to a more deserving knave.
Adios, Chris. Don't let the door hit you in the derriere on the way out.
HAUGHTY INCUMBENT BITES THE DUST "Should Mr. Cannon finally lose his seat, it may well be because a sometimes haughty incumbent finally wore out his welcome. But you can bet foes of legal immigration will trumpet it as a sign that the illegal immigration issue is finally having some bite in Republican primaries.
Mexican Army Members Raid Phoenix Home & Shoot Man Dead
According to a police report, 25-year-old Manual Garcia-Trejo, Daniel Garcia-Saenz, 24, and Rodolfo Madrigal Lopez, 19 each face a charge of 1st degree murder in Williams' death. (ABC 15) Police reports show that the 3 men are (were?)Mexican army members. Here is one of the police documents via KFYI on the murder in Phoenix Monday: The police memo reads:
"Information from one of the suspects on McDowell indicated all the suspects are Mexican military coming into the United States with full tactical gear and police raid shirts to conduct home invasions. According to the same suspect, they were planning on ambushing the officers following them but didn't only because they didn't have any ammunition left. Homicide responded and took dispo. BE CAREFUL!" There were rumors about this incident earlier in the week. Now, it is being reported that Mexican army members broke into a home in Phoenix, Arizona and shot a man dead. KFYI and Drudge reported:
The suspects may have been hired by drug cartels to perform home invasions and assassinations in the U.S.
Police reports show that three men arrested in a Phoenix home invasion and homicide Monday may have been active members of the Mexican Army.
While on the J.D. Hayworth show, Phoenix Law Enforcement Association President Mark Spencer said that the men involved were hired by drug cartels to perform home invasions and assassinations.
The Monday morning incident at 8329 W. Cypress St. resulted in the death of the homeowner. Between 50 and 100 rounds were fired at the house.
Spencer said a police officer told him that one of the men captured said they were completely prepared to ambush Phoenix police, but ran out of ammunition.
He added that all were all dressed in military tactical gear and were armed with AR-15 assault rifles. Three other men involved in the invasion escaped. Police say there was evidence that marijuana was being sold from the home.
Do you suppose the Left will raise holy hell over these army trained mercenaries? ...Me neither.
UPDATE: There was another incident in Phoenx on Thursday. Men wearing police uniforms broke into another home and pistol whipped two "coyotes."
If this is not an act of war , then what? the sovernity of the usa apperantly doen not mean a thing anymore
A gas used in the making of flat screen televisions, nitrogen trifluoride (NF3), is being blamed for damaging the atmosphere and accelerating global warming.
Almost half of the televisions sold around the globe so far this year have been plasma or LCD TVs.
But this boom could be coming at a huge environmental cost.
The gas, widely used in the manufacture of flat screen TVs, is estimated to be 17,000 times as powerful as carbon dioxide.
Ironically, NF3 is not covered by the Kyoto protocol as it was only produced in tiny amounts when the treaty was signed in 1997.
Levels of this gas in the atmosphere have not been measured, but scientists say it is a concern and are calling for it to be included in any future emissions cutting agreement.
Professor Michael Prather from the University of California has highlighted the issue in an article for the magazine New Scientist.
He has told ABC's The World Today program that output of the gas needs to be measured.
"One of my titles for this paper was Going Below Kyoto's Radar. It's the kind of gas that's made in huge amounts," he said.
"Not only is it not in the Kyoto Treaty but you don't even have to report it. That's the part that worries me."
He estimates 4,000 tons of NF3 will be produced in 2008 and that number is likely to double next year.
"We don't know what's emitted, but what they're producing every year dwarfs these giant coal-fired power plants that are like the biggest in the world," he said.
"And it dwarfs two of the Kyoto gases. So the real question we don't know is how much is escaping and getting out."
Dr Paul Fraser is the chief research scientist at the CSIRO's marine and atmospheric research centre, and an IPCC author.
He says without measuring the quantity of NF3 in the atmosphere it is unclear what impact it will have on the climate.
"We haven't observed it in the atmosphere. It's probably there in very low concentrations," he said.
"The key to whether it's a problem or not is how much is released to the atmosphere."
DENVER (AP) - Barack Obama's campaign is considering having him accept the Democratic presidential nomination at Invesco Field at Mile High instead of the Pepsi Center, the chosen site for the Democratic National Convention, two people with knowledge of convention planning said Thursday.
The two spoke on condition of anonymity because nothing has been confirmed.
Obama campaign spokeswoman Shannon Gilson said no decisions have been made.
Representatives for the convention host committee and Mayor John Hickenlooper declined to comment or said they did not know about the proposal. Colorado Democratic Party Chairwoman Pat Waak did not return a telephone message seeking comment.
Democratic National Convention Committee spokeswoman Natalie Wyeth said, "There's nothing to announce."
The convention will be held Aug. 25-28 at the Pepsi Center, with Obama scheduled to accept the Democratic presidential nomination on the final night, which also is the 45th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington in 1963.
Obama would be the first black nominee of a major political party.
The Pepsi Center's Web site says it can hold 21,000 people for special events. Invesco Field at Mile High, where the Denver Broncos play, seats more than 76,000.
___
Associated Press writers P. Solomon Banda and Catherine Tsai contributed to this report.
If obama accepts at Invesco I wonder how much that will cost the tax payer as pepsi is privatly owned and invesco is municipality owned.
