Who's a NASCAR fan here?

I have noticed in the paper of the possibility and the hopes of Nascar coming to Denver !  That would be so awesome !  But my feeling in their two possible sites will not work out. Many people will complain of the noise from the race track. I think Nascar should find a spot farther away from DIA and the residential areas. Anyone agree with me?

Lets cross our fingers here and say our prayers that Nascar will become a reality here in Colorado!  Everyone speak up in favor ! If you a true Nascar Fan here !

I have this brother who has never come to visit me here in Colorado yet, but he will sure travel to Talladega or some other place who has a Nascar race happening. But never does he come here. Once he heard about the News of this he went berserk and said hey now,I can finally visit my sister !  

Now can you believe that?    I am praying for Nascar badly !!!!

We have been through this before. The hope of a track. People whined and moaned and groaned and it never even got close to being built.
After football, I make an immediate transition to nascar. I love the thrill of speed. I wish we had a track but I doubt we'll get one.

Right On ! R8R_H8R that was superb ! Hey did you see the paper the other day? Some lady holding a sign saying No to Nascar, Damn,I wish,I was there to rip it from her hands and say are you dumb or what?!
We need Nascar brought here ! It will be great revenue for our state! But,i feel it needs to be built a bit farther from Residencial areas. For example the Race Track in Tennessee is in the Country and away from homes and they still pack in the crowds all the time.

Colorado National speedway and many other local tracks were built FAR AWAY from Residential areas. Now they have built houses near the track and most of the tracks around here are closing. All due to idiots buying houses near a track, then complaining about the noise. I would love to have 5 minutes ALone in a room with these people.

Me to ! The damned jerks ! What are these Builders and Developers thinking about anyways? Knowing full well that there is a racetrack nearby!
You gather up these people for your 5 minute meeting then let me know because,I'd like to put my 2 cents in worth as well !!

I have been in this Wonderful state now since June of 2001 after moving from Nashville,Tn. Due to my Husbands Job transfer. (Originally we are from the Great State of Oklahoma). My Husband is a Drafter for a company in the DTC area. Hey ! Are there any former Okies here in Colorado? Get in touch with me and lets see if we were from the same town or not? We also attend Abiding Hope Lutheran at Coal Mine and Simms so please come visit there it is a great place to worship.
