The game's afoot, Watson!

On December 5, 2008, only ten days before the electoral college votes, the nine Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court will meet in private to review Obama's citizenship status.

Leo Donofrio's case, "Leo C. Donofrio, v. Nina Mitchell Wells, Secretary of State of the State of New Jersey, United States Supreme Court Docket No. 08A407," regarding Obama's citizenship has reached a new level.  The case has been "distributed for conference."

This docketing today by the court should send ripples of fear through the Obama camp.  Obama has been proceeding at lightening speed to put together a cabinet and take possession of the White House with the hope that he won't have to answer the question of whether or not he was "at birth" a "natural born citizen."

Every major news network, print and cable news like FOX, CNN and MSNBC, have ignored all the court cases challenging Obama's eligibility as sore losers or conspiracy theories.  It might be in their best interest at this point to report this critically important meeting to take place on December 5, 2008, or lose what little credibility they have left.

If four of the nine Justices vote to hear the case in full review, oral argument may be ordered. The conference is scheduled for December 5, 2008, ten days before the meeting of the Electoral College…

The case originally sought, pre-election, to have the names of Barack Obama, John McCain, and Roger Calero removed from New Jersey ballots, and for a stay of the "national election" pending Supreme Court review of whether those candidates were eligible under the Constitution as natural born Citizens, as is required by Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution of the United States.

Leo Donofrio brought his case from a lower New Jersey court to the NJ Supreme Court -- was denied -- and then he filed an emergency stay application in the United States Supreme Court on Nov. 3, 2008, before the Honorable Associate Justice David Souter.  Justice Souter denied the emergency stay application on Nov. 6.

Leo Donofrio renewed the application, as per Supreme Court Rule 22.4, to the Honorable Associate Justice Clarence Thomas by way of Express mail on Nov. 14.  The application arrived at the Supreme Court on Nov. 17 and was submitted directly to Justice Thomas.

On Nov. 19, the case was docketed for full conference of all nine Justices and scheduled for December 5, 2008.  It is not known at this time the exact details of how the case came to be "DISTRIBUTED for Conference".

Background on "The Justices Conference" is discussed as follows by the Supreme Court Historical Society:

"No outsider enters the room during conference.  The junior Associate Justice acts as "doorkeeper," sending for reference material, for instance, and receiving it at the door...

Five minutes before conference time, 9:30 or 10 a.m., the Justices are summoned.  They exchange ritual handshakes and settle down at the long table.  The Chief sits at the east end; the other Justices sit at places they have chosen in order of their seniority…

The Chief Justice opens the discussion, summarizing each case.  The senior Associate Justice speaks next, and comment passes down the line.  To be accepted for review, a case needs only four votes, fewer than the majority required for a decision on the case itself.  Counsel for the litigants are directed to submit their printed briefs so that each Justice has a set several weeks before argument.

Divided Loyalties, Obama’s Eligibility Problem

Judah Benjamin, an historian and former journalist, has written a two-part series challenging the Constitutionality of Barack Obama’s eligibility to be President.  It is exhaustively researched, and lengthy compared to most blog entries.  However, I have left his story in tact with only minor edits because of its importance.

Although Judah Benjamin addresses the possibility that Obama was born in foreign territory, the article’s central thesis rests on the assumption that Obama was born in the United States.

Here is my 2-sentence bottom-line summation:

Barack Obama has been a citizen of multiple nations.  And even if his citizenship outside the US was renounced, Article II of the U.S. Constitution prohibits him from being President, for the same reason that naturalized citizens are prohibited: divided loyalties.

The article must be read in its entirety to be fully understood and appreciated.  It will be presented in two parts.  PART ONE is the author’s legal reasoning.  PART TWO is the factual basis for the author’s conclusion that Obama has held dual citizenship and is therefore ineligible to be POTUS.

November 13, 2008 EXCLUSIVE: Did Next Commander-in-Chief Falsify Selective Service Registration? Never Actually Register? Obama's Draft Registration Raises Serious Questions

Did President-elect Barack Hussein Obama commit a federal crime in September of this year? Or did he never actually register and, instead, did friends of his in the Chicago federal records center, which maintains the official copy of his alleged Selective Service registration commit the crime for him?

It's either one or the other, as indicated by the release of Barack Obama's official Selective Service registration for the draft. A friend of mine, who is a retired federal agent, spent almost a year trying to obtain this document through a Freedom of Information Act request, and, after much stonewalling, finally received it and released it to me.

But the release of Obama's draft registration and an accompanying document, posted below, raises more questions than it answers. And it shows many signs of fraud, not to mention putting the lie to Obama's claim that he registered for the draft in June 1979, before it was required by law.

The official campaign for President may be over. But Barack Obama's Selective Service registration card and accompanying documents show that questions about him are not only NOT over, but if the signature on the document is in fact his, our next Commander-in-Chief may have committed a federal crime in 2008, well within the statute of limitations on the matter. If it is not his, then it's proof positive that our next Commander-in-Chief never registered with the Selective Service as required by law. By law, he was required to register and was legally able to do so until the age of 26.

But the Selective Service System registration ("SSS Form 1") and accompanying computer print-out ("SSS Print-out), below, released by the Selective Service show the following oddities and irregularities, all of which indicate the document was created in 2008 and backdated:

* Document Location Number Indicates Obama Selective Service Form was Created in 2008

First, there is the Document Location Number (DLN) on the form. In the upper right hand corner of the Selective Service form SSS Form 1, there is the standard Bates-stamped DLN, in this case "0897080632," which I've labeled as "A" on both the SSS Form and the computer printout document. On the form, it reflects a 2008 creation, but on the printout, an extra eight was added in front of the number to make it look like it is from 1980, when it was actually created in 2008.

As the retired federal agent notes:

Having worked for the Federal Government for several decades, I know that the standardization of DLNs have the first two digits of the DLN representing the year of issue. That would mean that this DLN was issued in 2008. The DLN on the computer screen printout is the exact same number, except an 8 has been added to make it look like it is from 1980 and give it a 1980 DLN number. And 1980 is the year Senator/President Elect Obama is said to have timely registered. So, why does the machine-stamped DLN reflect this year (2008) and the DLN in the database (which was manually input) reflect a "corrected" DLN year of 1980? Were all the DLNs issued in 1980 erroneously marked with a 2008 DLN year or does the Selective Service use a different DLN system then the rest of the Federal Government? Or was the SSS Form 1 actually processed in 2008 and not 1980?

It's quite a "coincidence" . . . that is, if you believe in coincidences, especially in this case.

Far more likely is that someone made up a fake Selective Service registration to cover Obama's lack of having done so, and that the person stamping the form forgot (or was unable to) change the year to "80" instead of the current "08". They either forgot to fake the DLN number or couldn't do so.

And guess where the Selective Service registrations are marked and recorded? Lucky for Obama, it's his native Chicago. From an article entitled, "Post Office Registration Process", on the Selective Service website:

When a young man reaches 18 he can go to any of the 35,000 post offices nationwide to register with Selective Service. There he completes a simple registration card and mails it to the Selective Service System. This begins a multi-step process which results in the man's registration.

Each week approximately 6,000 completed registration cards are sent to the Selective Service System's Data Management System (DMC) near Chicago, Ill. At the DMC these cards are grouped into manageable quantities. Each card is then microfilmed and stamped with a sequential document locator number. The processed microfilm is reviewed to account for all documents and to ensure that the film quality is within strict standards. After microfilming, the cards are keyed and then verified by a different data transcriber.

 The Document Locator Number (DLN) is an automatic function (Selective Service record-keeping, specifically the DLN is described on pages 7-8 of this Federal Register document), with the first two digits comprising the year, and it was not changed to "08" in error. So if the form was filed and processed in 1980, how did it get a 2008 DLN?!

* Obama's Selective Service Registration Form is Apparently 1990 Form Altered to Appear Like 1980 Form

On the SSS Form 1, in the lower left hand corner is the form number (SSS Form 1) and the month and year version of the form, labeled as "B". On this particular Form 1, it clearly shows the month as "FEB" (February), and the year is either "80" or "90". The retired federal agent investigated further:

Magnification of the form both physically (with a 10x glass) or with different image software does not reflect a clear cut result of either a "80" or a "90".

But, checking the history of SSS Form 1 (see http://www.reginfo.gov/public/do/PRAViewICR?ref_nbr=1
98002-3240-001#), it's apparent that in February 1980, the Selective Service agency withdrew a "Request for a new OMB control number" for SSS Form 1 (see also, here)--meaning the agency canceled its previous request for a new form, and one was never issued in "FEB 1980".

Since under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, Pub. L. No. 96-511, 94 Stat. 2812 (Dec. 11, 1980), codified in part at Subchapter I of Chapter 35 of Title 44 a federal agency can not use a form not approved by OMB (Office of Management and Budget), it's nearly impossible for Senator/President-Elect Obama's SSS Form 1 to be dated "Feb 1980." And since that makes it almost certainly dated "Feb 1990," then how could Barack Obama sign it and the postal clerk stamp it almost ten (10) years before its issue?! Simply not possible.

The lower right hand corner reflects that the Obama SSS form 1 was approved by OMB with an approval number of 19??0002, labeled as "C". The double question marks (??) reflect digits that are not completely clear.

* Barack Obama's Signature is Dated After Postal Stamp Certifying His Signature

Barack H. Obama signed the SSS Form 1's "Today's date" as July 30, 1980, labeled "D". But the Postal Stamp reflects the PREVIOUS day's date of July 29, 1980, labeled "E". Yes, Obama could have mistakenly written the wrong date, but it is rare and much more unlikely for someone to put a future date than a past date. (Also note how Barry made such a "cute" peace sign with the "b" inside the "O" of his signature. Touching.)

* Postal Stamp is Incorrect, Discontinued in 1970

Then, there is the question as to whether the Postal Stamp is real. The "postmark" stamp--labeled "E"--is hard to read, but it is clear that at the bottom is "USPO" which stands typically for United States Post Office. However, current "postmark" validator, registry, or round dater stamps (item 570 per the Postal Operations Manual) shows "USPS" for United States Postal Service. The change from Post Office to Postal Service occurred on August 12, 1970, when President Nixon signed into law the most comprehensive postal legislation since the founding of the Republic--Public Law 91-375. The new Postal Service officially began operations on July 1, 1971.

Why was an old, obsolete postmark round dater stamp used almost ten (10) years after the fact to validate a legal document . . . that just happened to be Barack Obama's suspicious Selective Service registration form?

* Form Shows Barack Obama didn't have ID

The SSS Form 1 states "NO ID", labeled "F". Since that's the case, then how did the Hawaiian postal clerk know that the submitter was really Barack H. Obama, who may have been on summer break from attending Occidental College in California. How would they determine whether the registrant was truly registering and not a relative, friend, or other imposter?

The retired federal agent who FOIA'd Barack Obama's Selective Service Registration Form notes:

Early this year, when I first started questioning whether Obama registered I was told: Sir: There may be an error in his file or many other reasons why his registration cannot be confirmed on-line. However, I did confirm with our Data Management Center that he is, indeed, registered with the Selective Service System, in compliance with Federal law.

 Then, they suddenly found the record on September 9, 2008 (prior to my October 13, 2008 request), and stated that his record was filed on September 4, 1980. Did they temporarily change the date on the computer database?

On the previous FOIA response, they stated that it was filed on September 4, 1980. In my second request I mentioned that Obama could not have filed it in Hawaii on September 4, 1980 as he was attending Occidental College in California, the classes of which commenced August 24, 1980.

Where is Obama's Selective Service number (61-1125539-1) on the card?

And the retired federal agent notes that the Selective Service Data Management Center prepared its response to his FOIA request prior to the request having been made:

The last transaction date is 09/04/80 [DS: labeled "G"], but the date of the printout is 09/09/08 [DS: labeled "H"]. My FOIA was dated October 13 so why did they prepare the printout BEFORE I submitted my FOIA? I gave them no "heads up" that I was sending it. In fact it was not mailed until late October--around the 25th.

Also, notice the printout was page 1 of 2 [DS: labeled "I"].

 Hmmm . . . where is the other page, and what's on it?

A lot of questions here. And a lot of huge hints that this government-released, official Barack Obama Selective Service registration was faked. Either he signed the fake backdated document, or someone else faked his signature and he never registered for the draft (and lied about it).

Which is it?

It's incredible that our impending Commander-in-Chief either didn't register for the draft or did so belatedly and fraudulently.

The documents indicate it's one or the other.

*** UPDATE: Here's another irregularity that points to fraud, as spotted by reader Joyce:

My husband printed the information provided on your web site regarding Barack Obama's Selective Service registration discrepancies. I noticed that the DLN number in upper right corner (labeled "A") has only ten (10) digits with the first two being 08 , but the DLN number shown on the computer screen printout has eleven (11) digits with the first two being 80. It clearly indicates that the "8" was added at the beginning of the DLN number, in order to appear that it was issued in 1980 and wasn't simply a reversal of the first two digits as the retired federal agent noted. This in itself appears questionable. I would think there is a standard number of digits in all DLN numbers.

**** UPDATE #2, 11/14/08: Retired Federal Agent Source Reveals Himself:

The recently retired federal agent has requested that I disclose his identity so that there is no question as to the source of the information.

His name is Stephen Coffman. He retired last year from the position of the Resident Agent in Charge of Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Galveston, Texas office. He has over 32 years of government service and has held a Secret or higher security clearance for the majority of those years.

He filed the FOIA with Selective Service and has the original letter and the attachments. He first notified the Selective Service of his findings and they ignored the questions.

Obama transition guidelines would prevent Obama from working in the White House.

Obama's transition team is looking for about 8,000 employees and candidates are submitting their applications via his website.

To be considered for a position with the Obama Administration, applicant's finances will be closely examined and they may also be subject to a background check by the FBI.

It's ironic. Obama, who has been in the close company of communists since the age of 11, a self-admitted cocaine and marijuana abuser who once ran his credit cards up so high that the credit card company denied him access to further use of his card, would not be able to meet the requirements to work on the Obama White House staff.

Rules don't apply to the Obamamessiah.

Obama's Arrogance Just Became A Nightmare  (05:25)

Ya gotta wake up people!!!!

When a hard left tax-and-spend Democrat from Chicago promises you a middle-class tax cut, you have to be awfully gullible to believe him.

When that candidate and his own team keep dropping the border-line -- from $250k to $200k to $150k, and now as low as $120k -- between the "rich" who won't get a tax cut and the "middle class" who supposedly will, then you have to ask yourself, what can I believe?

Obama’s original position was that he would raise taxes on families making more than $250,000 a year and individuals making more than $200,000.

But in his new ad, "Defining Moment," he seems to lower it to $200,000 for families.  "Here’s what I’ll do as president," Obama says in the ad.  "To deal with our current emergency I’ll launch a rescue plan for the middle class that begins with a tax cut for 95 percent of working Americans.  If you have a job, pay taxes and make less than $200,000 a year, you’ll get a tax cut."  That seems kind of ambiguous, but the graphic on the screen says clearly: "Families making less than $200,000 get tax cut."

Joe Biden then said that the threshold for middle class is $150,000 a year.

Friday morning on KOA-AM, New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson pegged the middle class as those making $120,000 and under, saying, ""What Obama wants to do is he is basically looking at $120,000 and under among those that are in the middle class, and there is a tax cut for those."

You have to ask yourself, what can I believe from a guy who will say and do anything to get elected?

Gateway Pundit believes Barack Obama lied about his relationship with Bill Ayers, when he said during his ABC primary debate with Hillary Clinton that Bill Ayers was "just some guy in his neighborhood."

However, this weekend, it was discovered that Barack Obama, terrorist Bill Ayers and Maoist hardliner Mike Klonsky worked together in the same office building on the same floor for several years.

And, it wasn't that big of a building:

Not only did Obama lie about his relationship with Bill Ayers, he also was not honest about what he knew about Bill Ayers.

In this amazing new video, Bill Ayers says in 2002 that everyone he worked with knew he was a radical Marxist -- that he didn't hide anything:
 

Also, from the video, in which Obama makes an appearance, you can tell that the former underground terrorist is still a raging anti-Semitic radical and completely nuts.  Ayers and Obama views match almost word for word.

The phony Obama "Fight the Smears" website says that they "have encountered each other occasionally in public life or in the neighborhood."

Wrong.  The two men shared an office and Obama knew very well who he was associating with:

• he knew who was paying him to serve on two boards,
• he knew who he was directing thousands of dollars of donations to,
• he knew whose living room he was in when he kicked off his political career,
• he knew who was sitting with him on panels,
• he knew who was on his floor at the University of Chicago,
• he knew whose book he was writing a blurb on, etc.
 

This is just more evidence that Marxisant radical Barack Obama is not telling the truth about his mysterious and extremist past

Barak Obama told George Stephanopoulos during the ABC democratic primary debate in April that "Bill Ayers" was just "a guy who lives in my neighborhood."

"George this is of what I'm talking about.  This is a guy who lives in my neighborhood who's a professor of English in Chicago who I know and who I have not received some official endorsement from...  The notion that somehow that by me knowing someone who engaged in detestable acts 40 years ago when I was 8 years old somehow reflects on my values doesn't make much sense George." Zombielog reports:  On December 21, 1997, Barack Obama wrote a short review of William Ayers' book, "A Kind and Just Parent: The Children of Juvenile Court," which had recently been published by Beacon Press. This photo appeared in the Chicago Tribune.

Just a few weeks before this review was published in the Chicago Tribune, Obama and Ayers appeared together on a panel about juvenile justice organized by Michelle Obama on November 20, 1997.

Verum Serum has documentation that proves Obama and Bill Ayers shared an office for at least three years, 1995-1998, and maybe longer.  The office was at Ayers' Small Schools Workshop, the one Obama directed $2 million to.  It was located at 115 S. Sangamon Street, Chicago, Illinois 60607.  This is the same address as the Chicago Annenberg Challenge (CAC) according to a 1998 tax form.

The Chicago Annenberg Challenge, Bill Ayers, and Small Schools Workshops at UIC share (or shared) a common phone number at least until it was disconnected.

Obama and Ayers were board members of the CAC and the Chicago Woods Fund.

Now remember, the NY Times described Obama and Ayers as having "crossed paths.”

Ben LaBolt, Obama's spokesman, said the men first met in 1995 through the education project, the CAC, and have encountered each other occasionally in public life or in the neighborhood.

Mike Klonsky is listed as Co-Director with Bill Ayers at the same address.  Now, not only do we have Obama linked to terrorist Ayers, but to another radical, Mike Klonsky.

Klonsky was the leader of the Marxist-Leninist Communist Party, which was effectively recognized by China as the all-but-official U.S. Maoist party.  While Obama chaired the board of the CAC, it provided more than $600,000 in grants to an organization founded by Bill Ayers and run by Mike Klonsky, a former top communist activist.

Michelle Obama decided enough is enough and accused African Press International (API) of colluding with American internet bloggers in an effort to bring down her husband. Mrs. Obama said she decided to call API because of what she termed, API’s help to spread rumors created by American bloggers and other racist media outlets in their efforts to damage a black man’s name, saying she hopes African Media was mature enough to be in the front to give unwavering support to her husband, a man Africans should identify themselves with.

When API told her that our online news media was only relaying what the American Bloggers and other media outlets had discovered through their investigations, Mrs. Obama was angered and she came out loud with the following: "African press International is supposed to support Africans and African-American view," and she went to state that, "it is strange that API has chosen to support the racists against my husband.  There is no shame in being adopted by a step father.  All dirt has been thrown onto my husband’s face and yet he loves this country.  My husband and I know that there is no law that will stop him from becoming the president, just because some American white racists are bringing up the issue of my husband’s adoption by his step father.  The important thing here is where my husband’s heart is at the moment.  I can tell the American people that my husband loves this country and his adoption never changed his love for this country.  He was born in Hawaii, yes, and that gives him all the right to be an American citizen even though he was adopted by a foreigner;" said Michelle Obama on the telephone to API.

API asked Mrs. Obama to comment on why Dr. Jerome Corsi was arrested by the Kenyan government recently and whether she thought Kenya’s Prime Minister Mr. Raila Odinga (Obama's cousin) was involved in Dr. Corsi’s arrest, she got irritated and and simply told API not to dig that which will support evil people who are out to stop her husband from getting the presidency.

When asked who she was referring to as the evil people, she stated that she was not going to elaborate much on that but that many conservative white people and even some African Americans were against her husband, but that this group of blacks were simply doing so because of envy.

Mrs. Obama asked API to write a good story about her husband and that it will earn API an invitation to the inauguration ceremony when, as she put it , her husband will be installed as the next President of the United States of America next year.

If Obama was adopted by his step-father, Lolo Seotoro, then he became an Indonesian citizen, putting the status of his U.S. citizenship in question.  Also, unless he formally renounced his Indonesian citizenship by the age of 21, he would STILL BE Indonesian.
