I, for one, do not blog. I am kind of unclear what blogging ctually is BUT someone has got to realize the state of the streets. I got in my share of trouble when young. I had consequences for my actions. Now I see that there is outrage and concern when a young adult pulls a firearm on a policeman and ends up dead. What do you expect? It is not a crime of race, creed, or color but a matter of survival. The streets are a bad place today. And when guns are involved people die. I am not an advocate for or against firearms but if you draw down today as was the old west, you may end up dead. People die for alot less. This story has appeared on the cover of local news and as headlines on TV. Give it a rest! Condolances to the family but the police were so far within thier rights that I am shocked by the outpouring of surprise. Cowboy up people!

Physics 101 - for every action, there is an opposite and equal reaction. Should this officer have waited until he had been fatally shot before returning fatal fire?

This merely thins the gene pool of the dumbest people in the world, those who resist arrest in the street with a weapon, rather than resisting in court with an attorney. The Cop involved probably saved his own life. Well done!

The officer had every justification in the world.

The "Kid" might have just killed someone or would have killed an officer.

When someone is running down the street with a gun and pointing it at Police, He died for pure stupidity!

Or was he going to attempt to shot the officer?

The Cop only knows one thing at that moment Stop the threat!

And he did!

Too bad it was all over a stupid game the "Kid" had stole.

Not to mention stole at Gun Point!!

What would this "Kid" have done later in life if he would have gotten off with a slap on the wrist???
