Senate Bill 200

Welcome to the Colorado, the Queer* State

*** OR ***

Just You Try Following MY Wife/Daughter/Sister/Mother

Into the Ladies' Room, Douchebag

Have you heard about Colorado Senate Bill 200?

It would not surprise me in the least if you haven't, it is the most dangerous piece of legislation to pass in America this year,

...and the libtards in charge don't want  you to know about it.

You see, SB 200 makes it illegal to discriminate against any person based on their sexual nature.  It sounds innocent and "lovey-dovey-liberal" enough, but it will have some very dangerous side-effects.

You see, SB 200 expands “anti-discrimination” laws to cover sexual orientation, meaning not only homosexuality or bisexuality, but also “transgender status or another person’s perception thereof.”

"Another person's perception."  Pretty broad description, don't you think?

So do the sexual predators.

Since transgender status is purely a matter of self-identification, we normal folks in polite society really have no way of knowing who amongst us feels that they are transgender.

So the big problem with this bill is that it allows these self-described "transgenders" to visit whatever women’s bathrooms, health club showers, bathhouses, and any other “public accommodation" they feel comfortable in.

Effective immediately: If a sexual predator likes hanging out in women's bathrooms, all they have to do is claim "transgender" status, and they're in...

...and it's against the law for you to keep them out.

It's too late to do something about this travesty of American Justice, Bill Ritter happily (and very, very quietly) signed it into law this week.

All you can do at this point is to vote out the liberal morons that want you to share your bathroom with perverts.  Or maybe you're "into" that sort of thing, in which case you will vote Democrat regardless.

As for me, here is my personal message to the tens of thousands of sexual predators that are at this very moment flocking to the only State in America that enables this sort of deviant nature:

Just you try following my Daughter/Wife/Sister/Mother into the Ladies' Room, douchebag.

JUST YOU TRY.

*-queer – adjective - 1. strange or odd from a conventional viewpoint.

The next time I see Mrs. Ritter go into a women's restroom, I'll just follow her in.

I'll sing "Man, I feel like a woman" in my best Shania Twain as I drop trou for her.

When Herr Ritter's Gestapo tackle my naked arse, I'll just claim to be transgender.

Case dismissed.

you have stumped me mr gj flash or at least gov ritter has ...smile!

this is an odd thing to try to find a decent way to comment upon.

so let me ask? what do those private businesses who make available public restrooms have to say about this? do they fear involvement in law suits related to scuffles on their premises perhaps?

trans·gen·der - noun: a person appearing or attempting to be a member of the opposite sex, as a transsexual or habitual cross-dresser.

If the definition is to appear as a member of the opposite sex, how would a man be able to walk into a women's bathroom and "drop trou"?

I really think you're making way too much of this gjflash.

Businesses have absolutley no say, Marilyn37. If they refuse to let men into the ladies room, they will be sued. The Colorado ACLU has already formed a seperate office to handle the expected flood of complaints by these misfits.

"Drop trou" is a figure of speech, id88. I have seen women wear pants, haven't you? Are you trying to tell me that you've worn nothing but dresses your entire life?

The crux isn't "transgender status" (and THANKS for the helpful definition), the problem is men who CLAIM transgender status, but really aren't.

Perhaps you might want to do a little research of your own and get back to me on this.

Okay, I'm just thinking that you might be jumping the gun on it. Although there is a possibility that some idiot might try to get away with some sort of deviant behavior, I guess I'm just the forever optimist gj.... Do you really think this is going to become a major issue? BTW, I know "drop trou" is a figure of speech, and yes, I ALWAYS wear pants... Don't be so mean! You know that 99.9% of the time we're on the same side!! :)

How can such a bill make it to this point. This not only gives men the right to hit the womens cammode but women to hit the mens. All this thing do is give perverts another place to be a pervert, What the hell is wrong with Ritter? Is he a closet transsexual? How about the rest of the leftist? I'm with you gj. Keep up the good fight.

I'm so sorry, Id88, I didn't mean that to sound as snide as it did.

We can agree to disagree, but I see a law giving homosexuals, pedophiles, and other sexual deviants the right to use women's public restrooms as a real problem for modern society.

Have you folks heard of Tim Gill? You need to.

Tim is a gay sexual deviant who also happens to be one of the wealthiest people in Colorado. Tim donated millions to put a democratic legislature in the State house in 2004, and donated a cool 5 million (tracable) dollars to Bill Ritter's campaign.

It's fair to say that little Timmy doesn't care for Republicans very much (we think ladies rooms should be for the ladies...we also think that accepting gays should be a choice, a freedom, not the LAW).

When Tim gave Ritter his bribe, he asked for (and received) a promise that that Ritter would punish Republicans for voting down referendum I, the "Punish Straight People Amendment".

The result? SB200.

Mission accomplished, homosexuals.

Fortunately for the rest of us, you gays are still in the minority, regardless of the amount of money you have.

Republicans don't need attack ads this year, we just need to roll out the facts.

How true gj, if being gay in not a choice but an inheritaance thru a gene or dna malfuncion would someone please show me a homo elk or a transvestite deer. This is nothing but allowing a sexual deviant another place. The ladies room is for the ladies and the mens is for the mens. Andw who has the gall to claim one group caters to the special interest.

You might have heard about the Colorado "Restroom Chaos" law signed by Governor Bill Ritter a couple of weeks ago. It allows men who "think" they're women or "feel" like women to use the ladies restrooms and locker rooms. But apparently the law had some more bad stuff in the fine print: politically incorrect Biblical truth has been outlawed in Colorado outside the walls of the church.
