Election '08 : It's "Us" vs. "Them"

~~~ or  ~~~
Racism?  What Racism?
I though that only white people could be guilty of racism!
Bill Richardson, the presumptive Vice Presidential nominee of the Democratic Party, made a stop in Denver last week trying to garner votes for his messiah, the B. Hussein Obama.
Richardson, an Hispanic, made a series of "unfortunate" comments during his visit.
Over plates of tamales at a local illegal alien hangout, Richardson endorsed Obama to his fellow Hispanics by virtue of this philosophy:
"He's a minority.  He's one of us."
Excuse me, "one of US"?  Does he mean "one of US" as opposed to "one of THEM"?
And who, exactly, would "THEM" be,  Bill?  Do you mean Americans in general or whites in particular?  Did you forget that B. Hussein is half white, and therefore one of "them"?
For a man wanting to be President, Obsama sure does have a lot of racist friends, doesn't he?
For a man claiming to want to bridge the racial divide, he sure has a lot of friends building walls instead of bridges, doesn't he?
...and this guy claims to be a uniter?!?
Phil Graham was called out nationally, repeatedly, and very nastily for suggesting that we were "whining" about the economy.  Graham, who has no place in the McCain campaign, was ridiculed ad nauseum for his comment, as was McCain.
Have you even heard about Richardson's racist comments?  Probably not.  If you heard any more about Obama's racist friends, allies, and advisors, he would have no chance of being elected.  NO CHANCE.
That's why the media won't tell you about it.
We are in a dangerous time, folks.  We have a racist individual that wants to be President, a man who has been subjected to "hate America" brainwashing since he was a young boy.  The worst part is, we have a media tool that is in love with him, and will stop at nothing to see him in the White House.
Tell your neighbors, tell your friends.  GET OUT THE VOTE.  The same stupid little twits that put Sanjaya into the American Idol Finals will be out voting for this Obama hater and his racist buddies, you need to make sure that your American friends and neighbors are out voting to counteract them.   Talk to your friends, talk to your neighbors, talk to anyone that is one of "us".  Drive them to the polls, if necessary.
We need to win this election, for the future of Americans (and white people).
After all, it's US versus THEM.
...and someone tell Bill that whites are a minority in Denver, Hispanics are the majority...so can us whites be "us" now, Bill?  Or are we still "them"?
Some of this post is "satire", some is not.
If you have a problem with people making an issue of race, please register your complaints here:
the real racist seem to hover on the libtard side of things. There seems to be no uniter, just dividers on the left.
Imagine if Mitt Romney said to a group of white people:
"We need to vote for McCain, because he's one of US".
How do you think that would go over with the racist media? Two words: NOT WELL.
Obsama is a divider. He is causing untold racial division just by his campaign. Having his minions point out the racial divide, over and over, is not helping things.
Seems to me the reasonable people are going to vote mccain, though he is weak on the border.
It is the unthinking that seems to be supporting obama via the feeling of change of democracy to the reality of socialism. The leftist have me concerned that It might just happen. Hope not, Hope america wakes up.
There are clearly "dividers" on both sides.
Everyone is racist. Just because it's easier for some people to get away with it doesn't mean you should mimic them. Yeah, it's fscked up, but this evidently isn't solving anything.
That's some really good advise gj....I think I'll rent a bus and pick everyone up just to make sure they get there, seriously! Even if McCain IS weak on the border, like toadie pointed out, no problem.....I'm also volunteering to drive along with gj and pick 'em all up (possibly in the same rental bus) to be deported. Obama is just not an option.
Richardson is funnier than the lopez comedian guy. This guy makes absolutely no sense, so I prefer to just laugh.
They will vote McCain, Toadie. America gave Bush a second term mostly because we were "uncomfortable" with the thought of a dove like Kerry in charge during unsettled times. Times are still unsettled, and no, we aren't going to put a Muslim in charge.
Good to see, you, slgps. When you go to vote, make sure you have a carful. More than one political strategist sees Colorado as a key state. Obama loses Colorado, and Obama loses the election.
Be my guest, bro. It's great to see you. I hope things are going well with your erections.
Pointing out hypocrisy solves a great deal, sinister. It helps intelligent people understand that there is a double standard.
If your intent is to lurk around these pages and sneer at the people blogging here, expect to be deleted a lot. I don't believe that you are who/what you say you are, anyway. I still think you're some 40-year old virgin loser living in his Momma's basement.
That's a great idea, Dizzee. We'll need LOTS of busses, because either way we aren't going to have anyone in office interested in enforcing our laws.
The part that's not so funny, dre, is the fact that Racist Richardson wants to be the number two man in the Country (although I already think of him as a "#2" man).
Sinister - It's easy to dismiss everyone as a racist, but it's not accurate. If you're really looking for solutions, start by being truthful. Looks to me like you're just trying to antagonize though.
But the media IS racist. It has never been as obvious as it is now, with their adoration for the donut twins (Oprah & Obama). Then there's Fox with their LatiNation cr@p.
It scares me that the same idiots who consider American Idol to be newsworthy are going to help decide who our next President will be. We intelligent Americans HAVE to stand up to them!
I'm really not trying to antagonize (in this post, at least). This is the least outwardly offensive thing I've written on this website. Do you really believe you can find someone in America without the standard racial baises/prejudices? True, it's not the same thing as racism, but it's come to be recognized as such. Maybe that's part of the problem.
I spend a lot of time being racist, but not enough time reflecting upon it.
I agree that the media is racist, and I don't really see how anyone couldn't. But we intelligent Americans really don't have a lot of power. We can blog on our friendly little news site, but this will all eventually be forgotten and deleted. LatiNation will continue to fsck up my Sunday night TV-watching schedule, and everyone will continue to misconstrue every influential comment ever made.
And @Drerunner: EVERYONE is funnier than that Lopez guy.
Oh yeah, and @GJ: For someone who so intently proclaims his "sense of humor," you sure have a lot of trouble accepting the things people you look down upon say. Like I said, I'm not trying to antagonize this time, and I apologize if what I said sounded EDIT because I was trying really, really hard to sound like less of a EDIT than usual. Guess it didn't work.
I may be a virgin and living in my mom's basement, but I am everything I say I am. Maybe if I were forty people would take what I say more seriously. Whatever.
Lying about your age on the interbutt is for pedophiles and that chick on To Catch a Predator, and I'm fairly certain that I am neither of those things.
Here here, DiMur. Why doesn't Fox air "Anglo Nation?" Why doesn't Comcast carry the White Entertainment Network? Why isn't there a United Anglo College Fund?
Why don't we have an organization called THE RACE? Because if we referred to ourselves as THE race, we would be compared to Nazis. So are LaRaza the new "Brown Nazis"? Since they promote their "race" to the exclusion of all others, I would call them the most racist organization in existence, a category that includes the KKK.
Apology accepted, Sinister, although I have no sense of humor that I'm aware of.
Please understand the situation: Every couple of months some a-hole with an axe to grind comes by with a new screen name, starts hurling insults, and gets bloggers banned from the site. We have no way of knowing if you're this a-hole, or a different a-hole entirely.
You made a good point about racism vs. racial bias. I don't think that there is a human being alive without some sort of racial bias in their heart. It's human nature.
My point is the double standard that exists in this Nation. We are supposed to be "tolerant" of those who hate us. Why? Our tolerance hasn't done us any good in the past.
Perhaps it is high time for us to start standing up for ourselves.
hi gj. in a way it is a thoughtful and thought provoking blog. thank you.
when one becomes president one becomes the symbol which represents you and i and all americans to the world just as our flag is symbolic.
secondly ones duty is to do what is best for all americans leaving party difference behind.
in watching president bush closely i deem he has had the care of all americans squarely in his sites. he is a man of balance as was lincoln, t roosevelt, eisenhower, reagan, and others.
who among us think obama is capable of doing so? like gov ritter i believe obama will remain closed minded and not be action driven
for the good of all. i have never seen such a selfish state as ritter's colorado before which refuses to help her sister states and balance the needs all of her state citizens.
