I'm sure you have all hear about the DUI Task force. The Task Force has been in-effect sense Thanksgiving and has pulled over 23,486 people, They have arrested 1,966 drunk drivers, The average Blood Alcohol level was .145 which is almost twice the legal limit.

(AKS).....The most recent moron to get pulled over for drunk driving is a person that makes way more than 150k per year. I'm talking about Charles Barkley!! What makes these people think it's OK to drink and drive?

If you Drink and Drive, I  want you to think about all the innocent victims you are putting at risk every time you get behind the wheel!!

The next person to be killed at the hand of a drunk driver may be a member of your family!!   Please think before you drink!!

How many of you think it's a good idea to sell or own a Portable Breathalyzer?

I guess they are being sold by a Lawyer in the Valley so you can tell when you have had too much to drink before you take to the road.

In my poinion, If you don't want a DWI or a DUI "Don't Drink and Drive" It's as simple as that!! Why count on a portable breathalyzer to tell when youv'e had too much to drink. 

I can't wait till for the first person to Sue the maker for a faulty reading when he gets pulled over for suspected drunk driving!!  "but, officer my pocket breathalyzer said it was ok to drive!!"  "what do you mean I just killed two innocent people!!"

[DHS] PHOENIX, AZ - ICE operation results in 30 illegal immigrant arrests

"More than 30 criminal aliens, immigration fugitives and immigration violators have been removed from the United States or are facing deportation today resulting from a special enforcement action carried out by an interagency task force led by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Fugitive Operations Team in Phoenix.

During the operation, which concluded Saturday, ICE officers worked with partners from the U.S. Marshals Service and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office to locate, identify and arrest 31 illegal aliens. Of those taken into custody, a total of 19 were immigration fugitives, aliens who have ignored final orders of deportation or who returned to the United States illegally after being removed. Six of those arrested had criminal histories in addition to being in the country illegally.

Among those taken into custody by ICE during this special enforcement operation was Carlos Solis-Morales, 38, a citizen of El Salvador previously convicted for possession of cocaine for sale.

The majority of those arrested during the operation were from Mexico, but the group also included foreign nationals from Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Jordan. Since many of these individuals have already been through immigration proceedings, they are subject to immediate removal from the country."

When is enough a enough?!!

This is taking far to long!!!

I have called the Chandler police dept. so many times they are finally doing something about my Stolen SS#!!        

After speeking to another officer today, I am now getting somewhere!!           

They are re-opening the case here and making a formal request to the Yuma police dept. and the Pima co. sheriffs office, to make contact with the person that is using my SS#.  They feel that we now have enough information and proof that she is not ME!!!   The officer I spoke to today actually ran the CA drivers licence through the computer!! (In the 30 plus times I've called Chandler and Yuma not one other officer ran the DRL#) anyway, the number comes back to the this person!! That I'm claiming is using my SS#!!!  Yet more proof!!   All of which was gathered by ME!!!

Now it's a wait and see game again!!

Spouse's in the White House? Which two would you rather have in the White House?

We are only as strong as our support base. 

Lets look at the partners of the 4 candidates for the office

Michell Obama = A lawyer that graduated cum laude from Princeton University and earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Harvard University = Met spouse at a law firm they both worked in.

Jill Biden = A Professor graduated from the University of Delaware and currently a professor at Delaware Technical Community College.  A Doctorate in Education and President of the Biden Breast Health Initiative. = Met husband through his brother years after his first wife and infant child was killed in a car accident.

Cindy McCain = Known to work with special needs children.  Received a BA and a MA of Arts in Education from the University of Southern California serves on the board for her father's  beer company. = Met her 42 year old husband at the age of 24 while he was still married to his first wife.

Todd Palin = No degree. Worked for BP in the North Slope oil fields of Alaska.  A salmon fisherman and a snow mobile racer. Works with his wifes on all of her campaign trails. =Met wife in high school and eloped to marry.

It's clear to me that we need the more educated couples representing us in the White House.
