I completely agree with the Veterans who protested at the Daytona Speedway on Saturday. They’re wondering why Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, the Democratic Congressional Caucus, and the Republican Congressional Caucus, haven’t initiated the Articles of Impeachment against George W. Bush for high crimes and misdemeanors. The evidence is overwhelming and legitimately appropriate.

While the Democratic Party frowns on the congressional debacle that labored the political process during the Clinton administration, they are willing to spit in the face of the founding fathers by sitting on their hands, and taping up their mouths. The perpetration of a false war that has claimed the lives of so many good soldiers needn’t be whispered in the back corridors of congress. The way the Bush administration has committed high treason by outing Valerie Plame an active CIA agent, spied on Americans, violated the constitution, committed torture, and maliciously orchestrated a war out of lies, is enough to get started, but not the totality of wrongs committed.

Politically speaking, I can understand the position of Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and the rest of congress not wanting to get tied up in this mess, but there’s greater harm of allowing a maniac to dictate the downfall of American status and prosperity without challenge.

There is little doubt that we need to get rid of most of our elected officials in Washington and that a large number of them belong in jail. So let's get rid of ALL of them....LOL

khazzi - lying about a BJ was enough to spend taxpayer money & to put other evidently less inportant things (like al Qaeda) on the back burner.

Now we have the bush administration & evidently a bunch of Democrat wussies without the guts to do what they should.

Oh well, thank goodness January '09 is getting close.

Unfortunatley, there are those who can't see the forest because there are too many trees in the way. These are the people that are being led around by the ring in their nose. They do not have a mind of their own and are followers of anyone causing controversy. These also are the ones who blame Bush for Katrina, 9-1-1, and anything else that went bad for this country during the last 7 years.

Why the heck would you try to impeach someone that will be out of office in a few months anyhow?
These idiots are just grandstanding that's all.

Clinton was one of the (if not the) biggest blunders of our time and he got away with everything he did.

Its pretty sad when you are calling for the impeachment of someone who has more than DOUBLE the approval rating of those who you want to impeach him!

The War? Again? That Congress voted on after 2 seperate debates? The WMD you are suggesting didn't exist is popping up EVERYWHERE! Even today we are hearing about all the Yellow Cake Iraq had!

Besides, if we went to war for the wrong reasons, then Bush has to stand in a very long line of Democrats to wait his turn for impeachment on such grounds!

This kind of propaganda from a man that works at the VA? LOL! I think you might be the basket case on this one!

I didn't see Clinton's name in the blog......must have missed something. LOL

Abunai has a great point about those low approval ratings of Congress. Another thing to consider is that if Bush is so bad, it was the American people who placed him in office, not once, but twice.

Expecting one person to change the world by always making the correct decisions is a flawed concept of the presidency. The president and all of his people are human beings just like the rest of us with their character flaws, psychological baggage, etc.

No doubt that Iraq didn't have the goods. But as the president's own people have acknowledged, Bush was never big on checking facts.

The fact IS that Congress was willing to Impeach Clinton for Lying to a Grand Jury..

What's REALLY Funny is how THAT'S so MINOR an offense when it comes to Clinton YET the SAME people Wailed and Gnashed their Teeth and called it a THREAT to Democracy when Scooter did the EXACT SAME thing..

You can BET that IF there were ANY grounds for Impeachment Proceedings against THIS President THIS Congress would have PROCEEDED by Now..

The FACT is,, there will NEVER be an Impeachment.. THEY don’t WANT an Impeachment…

Impeachment will expose the TRUTH and the simple fact of the matter is,,,Democrats,, and SOME on THIS site,, ALWAYS get MORE Mileage from a LIE then they can POSSIBLY get with the truth..

Or at least,,they THINK they do…….

WRONG SHADOWS!!! Iraq DOES! REPEAT DOES HAVE THE "GOODS!" Just because the liberal media wont report it means nothing! They also are not reporting all the good news and even Murtha can't get it right, nor will the media call him on it!

Abunai, you poor guy. You still want to believe that Iraq possessed in the president's own words ".....the world's most destructive weapons."

I thought that the world's most destructive weapons were nuclear. Isn't that the reason that the President also used the phrase to warn Iran and North Korea during his 2002 State of the Union address, complete with reference to the "axis of evil?"

Once again you brought another person, "Murtha" into your comment in order to have something to say. You don't have to try so hard to convince me. Simply addressing the issue should be enough.

And to think that I just finished complimenting your last post......that's gratitude for you I guess. LOL

I bring up other facts as you have shadows like state of the union addresses.. Remember the one where Clinton was telling us all exactly how many tons of Chemicals there were, and just how much it takes to kill? Did ya forget how he read off an inventory list of what and how much of everything Sadaam had?

And yet we gave Iraq more than a years advance notice we were comming, and (to add another name) Senior Democrat on the Intel committee Rockefeller took a middle east trip like Paul Reveer ridding through the night, "BUSH IS COMMING! BUSH IS COMMING! Russians and Syrians helped move and hide as much as they could. Former Iraqi Generals even told of how many sorties it took to move it all! But if you don't like that, you can always google the examples I have given in the past and see it with your own eyes! Even today the news was talking about all the yellowcake that Iraq had yet again! Thats a nuke thing shadows, not something for candles ontop and cute hats and ice cream....
