Obama Should Immediately Withdraw his Candidacy for President

For Immediate Release: - 10/21/08 - Complete contact details and pdfs of this press release and motions filed by plaintiff Berg today are at the end of this article

(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 10/21/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States, announced today that Obama and tbe DNC “ADMITTED”, by way of failure to timely respond to Requests for Admissions, all of the numerous specific requests in the Federal lawsuit. Obama is “NOT QUALIFIED” to be President and therefore Obama must immediately withdraw his candidacy for President and the DNC shall substitute a qualified candidate. The case is Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083.

Berg stated that he filed Requests for Admissions on September 15, 2008 with a response by way of answer or objection had to be served within thirty [30] days. No response to the Requests for Admissions was served by way of response or objection. Thus, all of the Admissions directed to Obama and the DNC are deemed “ADMITTED.” Therefore, Obama must immediately withdraw his candidacy for President.

Don't have time to read article now . . . will later. What Qualifications is this referring to FuzzFace?:

"...Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President..."

Maybe add some commentary to this effect so people can get the gist. And I hope you're not teasing us! ==:D

We all were wondering about McCain, who was born in Panama.

We all agree that Hawaii is a state, but not that Obama was born there. His grannie says he was he was born in Kenya. She says she was in the room at the time.

He was also adopted by his step-father. This was at a time when there was no dual citizenship in Indonesia. Even recently he has traveled on his Indonesian passport.

Why do you think he all of a sudden has this "family emergency" in Hawaii? I will tell you why for those of you to ignorant to see it for yourself. He is going there to try and buy a more beleivable copy of a birth certificate. This time he will only go to one hospital instead of the original two. This is supposed to make us beleive he has morals and is a loving caring family man? Not a chance! $605 milliion will go a long way toward buying that "certified" copy.

I knew it!!! I just knew it!!! While doing some reading up and investigating on this issue myself I found allot of holes within the Bio's! I still haven't found documents of odoption from his step father yet. And your right...there was no dual citizenship in Indonesia at that time! One thing I did find though is that Obama couldn't attend school in Indonesia without proof of citizenship and a legal citizen parent! In which could also mean that his mother could have also given up her citizenship as a US citizen! ummmm....makes you wonder huh!

In his original complaint, Mr. Berg alleged that Defendant Barack Hussein Obama is not eligible for the Office of the President because Obama lost his U.S. citizenship when his mother married an Indonesian citizen and naturalized in Indonesia. Plaintiff further alleged that Obama followed her naturalization and failed to take an oath of allegiance when he turned 18 years old to regain his U.S. citizenship status.

“When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.

Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.”

The issue of Obama's citizenship have been the topic of internet sites for months. Documents and photographs, claiming that Obama was registered in schools in Kenya under the name of Barry Soetoro, have been circulated through a variety of blogs and web sites which has fueled the debate. The Berg lawsuit raises not only the Kenyan citizenship issue but also questions whether Obama was a citizen of Indonesia. According to the allegations of the Plaintiff, Obama lost his U.S. citizenship when his mother married an Indonesian citizen, Lolo Soetoro, who legally “acknowledged” Obama as his son in Indonesia and/or “adopted” Obama, which caused Obama to become a “natural

“natural” Indonesian citizen.

The parties are waiting on the court to rule on a motion to dismiss filed by Barack Hussein Obama. Lawyers for Obama and the Democratic National Commitee have also filed a motion for a protective order staying discovery in the case until the court rules on the motion to dismiss.

However...It apears that the State of Florida, as well as every other state, is required to verify that every candidate running for offic, as well as for the office of President, is legally qualified to be place on the State's ballot. (Remember, third party candidates work very hard to qualify in every state.)

Berg may have made a very costly tactical error by not filing in several states as well in the Federal District Court.

The Federal judges are famous for dismissing valid complaints for procedual reasons; that is, any excuse to protect a corrupt politician. In this case, something very definitly smells in Kenya and Indonesia, something that the court must address if citizens are to continue to have confidence in our voting process.

However...the way that the justice system is currupt...this may be granted for dismissal or bought out for dismissal!

Ayers is guilty and free. OJ got away with murder. The Clintons got away with White Water. Ted Kennedy got away with murder. Barney Franks is still a Senator and Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee. I don't put much stock in the courts, but kudoos to Berg for trying.

I'm with snkypete on the part about letting Arnold Run if we're going to let Obama Cheat (although I'd add that for THIS election, McCain has all the VARIED experience needed and LOTS of it). Unfortunately we probably will look the Other way rather than interrupt the process now - just like we never actually investigate voter fraud unless someone makes it tauntingly obvious [ MICKEY MOUSE ]). SO:

ARNOLD FOR PRESIDENT!!! - 2012
