HAVING A STRONG SENSE OF THE  'WHAT WILL BE-' OUTCOME IN THE SHAUNA NELSON TRIAL HELD CLOSE-BY. I THOUGHT IT WOULD ONLY TAKE A FEW MOMENTS TO DROP IN AS THE PUBLIC IS /HAS A DUTY TO SEE HOW SUCH MOMENTS IN TIME PROGRESS, ALONG WITH THE POLITICAL PROCESS INVOLVED. As Guerra seeks  'justice'  for Heather,' unquote.

AS I GOT INSIDE, THE MOMENT OF THE TRUTH HIT ME: THIS IS NOT A KANGAROO COURT AND THE DEFENSE ATTORNEY HAS A WAY OF TALKING IN CIRCLES   THAT I FOUND INTERESTING ! AT FIRST, HOW SHE FOUND A WAY TO REPEAT WHAT WAS SAID, THEN GO AFTER THE REPETITION IN A REPETTITIVE MANNER, ALMOST TO ONES' LISTENING AGGRAVATION. WITH  TIME BEING  IMPORTANT TO SOME OF US, NOT TO BE INVOLVED IN A BUNCH OF GYRATIONS;  GHASTLY TALES OF WHAT WAS WITNESSED, WITH VAGUE DETAILS  BARELY INSISTING ON THE PROPER TIME, PLACES, ETC.  NOTHING MUCH LEFT TO THE IMAGINATION...SORDID TESTIMONY BROUGHT IN, SO THAT I THOUGHT I MAY HAVE TO LEAVE AT ANY MOMENT, BUT  FEARING MY LEGS WOULD  GIVE WAY TO THE SILENCE, T.V. CAMERAS IN CONSTANT MOTION!

    JURERS WITH SUCH A WIDOWS LOOK AS POKER-FACE AS ONE COULD MUSTER, WHILE THE ACCUSED SAT SMILING, GRACIOUSLY COMPLEMENTING ONE ANOTHER WITH QUIET WHISPERS, ALMOST PHYSICAL SHOULDER -PATTING, GIVING AN AIRE' OF :  'ALL IS WELL, DON'T FRET, DEAR' !   THIS IS DAY ONE OF MY OBSERVANCES.

EXASPERATED, BUT SILENT AS ONE WHO HAS WITNESSED SOMETHING AWFUL, BUT IS TOO MUCH IN SHOCK TO COME FORWARD, I COMMEND THE HUSBAND WHO LOST HIS WIFE IN SUCH A TRAGEDY ...BEING FORCED TO SIT AND ANSWER QUESTIONS IN FULL VIEW  OF THE 'POSSIBLE'  MURDERER TAKES  THE  U.S. OF A.  COURT SYSTEM TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAWS, DON'T IT?--  THAT HE WILL LIKELY- my opinion- REACH THE POINT OF SURVIVOR GUILT  TO THE MAX. . . SUPPRESSING HIS ANGER IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL FORM, ANSWERING BADGERING QUESTION UPON QUESTION, UPON QUESTION TO BE REPEATED BACK BY THE DEFENSE UNDER HER  'CROSS'  ? LOOSING ONES THOUGHT PATTERNS BY SUCH  REPETITIONS TO THE POINT OF DAYDREAMING..I  AM  ..TO DISPLACE MY MIND OF THE SORDIDS.....DON'T SHE KNOW THESE PEOPLE ARE GETTIN PAID BY THE HOUR?  THIS  MATTER NEEDS _____ _PRECISE,  CLEAR POINTS TO BE MADE, WITH SIMPLE HONESTY, NOT A DRILL OVER THE HOT-CAKES....NOT A LOTTA TALKIN IN CIRCLES.....AT THIS POINT I COULD SEE THAT ANYONE PRESENT WOULD  EASILY HAVE A FULL PICTURE, NOT CLEAR, UNLESS ONE WAS PAYING  VERY CLOSE ATTENTION AT 'ALL' THE SPOKEN WORDS,  MINUTE' DETAILS,  LISTENING TO  ALL OF THEM VERY CLOSELY....AS TO WHO WAS WHERE ,AND WHEN ,AND WHY? 

---LEAVING NOTHIN TO THE IMAGINATION, SHOCKING, I THOUGHT! DISGUSTING, AT TIMES...NECESSARY???        YES,  WE'LL SEE!

THE DEFENSE  FIRST DAY I OBSERVED; HAVE COVERED THE FACT OF THE SHOOTERS, DESCRIBED AS 'THEM' BY THE DEFENSE...TO MY AGGRAVATION WHEN OBVIOUSLY ONLY ONE PERSON  IS PRESENT????   ..FOR THE TRIAL...WHERE DOES SHE GET THIS THESE   AND  THEM  ARRANGEMENTS SHE IS VERBALIZING...MY GOODNESS, ITS A GOOD THING, I AM JUST AN OBSERVOR.

SO DAY TWO SHOWED MORE AUTHORITY, IN MY OPINION, FROM THE PROSECUTION THAT THIS WAS NOT INDEED, A KANGAROO  COURT! OUTRAGEOUSLY,  A VERY  SERIOUS MATTER WHERE MANY TEXT MESSAGES, E-MAILS, WERE ENTERED AS EXHIBITS  TODAY...  TAKING ONES BREATH AWAY AT THE _____ OF SOME OF THEM  SHOWN WITHOUT SO MUCH AS A WINCH FROM OUR  AUDIENCE AS TO  THE HEADY CONTENT?  COULD IT BE  FRUSTRATIONS OF A JILTED FEMALE WHO DIDN'T WISH TO BOW OUT SO EASILY :     THIS  IS  'MY' OPINION- MIND YOU- NOT THE JURERS, CAUSE THEY WILL INEVITABLEY HAVE THE FINAL SAY-SO.

THE ATTORNEY WERE WITHOUT HEART ON THE EXACT TIME THE FEMALE IN QUESTION ACTUALLY   ABSORBED THE FACTS THAT THE WIDOW HAD MADE A VERY FIRM DECISION TO RECONCILE, TELLIN THE  'SANCHO' IN BRIEF:

         "we're  DONE!"     

         Having said so much myself in those        two,     tiny  words      of a relationship that is not goin  ANY where good.....that he was to reconcile with his wife, be open , forward any further contacts to each other in the matter of being ope:,  not  LIEING  re:   the physical aggressions that had occured  in the countryside, or openly in a bar....where surely some persons who are co-workers often meet  'after the workday'  and nothing of major consequences is thought of it.  TODAY - These people were raked over the coals as to where and when and what occurred in a  very personal matter, with no regard to whether or not a person   would be committing what is the usual moral dilema when was has an affair outside of a long-term marriage.  A CLEAR PICTURE ?  WAS BEING  DESCRIBED AS TO A JILTED  WOMAN...

       Having been a single lady/widow at a young  age, I got used to the advances of married men who wished to have no more than a fling in the hay, goin home to 'mama' for the most part, and considering  their finances too strappped  to possibly  'consider'  'leaving  the 'mama'  at home  OR HELPING   'me'  financially !!!!

           Thats the first sign, ladies!!!.

    .....foregoing sex underthese circumstances  of one partner being married, while some women like taking advantage of these adulteress moments as a power-trip  to whom?    Having a conscience in the matter, and after a given time one feels   -like  really  used...not just satisfied for the moment, with no compromise of adventure...really   let   down... I am unsure, but   the trial is surely leaning toward some inuendos  of that nature. while the spouse states:  'He was held hostage!"

       now being an officer of -the- law,  a male on top of the matter, let me tell you NONE of the men I ever knew   allowed for me to have had the upper hand  !- so they would   yield to the wishes of  ME....or feel obliged to be the under-dog but came and weennnt  freely  with no regard to  MY  feelings. . .  ever. ...such is the unchristian world  we live in  today.

A single Mom, yes, may like a fling but then a 'child was born' and the happening of 'Now What?  ' occurs...

.This  becoming  more a reality, esp. when the child should reach school age..   People all around  whispering,  gossiping, if you will,  perhaps due to bored  womens nature to pass along such fairy tales...or such juicy matters of a hot romance.....Well, with  no advance planning.... The trial cannot get into predictions, but must consider  actual  physical  evidence  of which the defense says there  is none.

    While I am thinking, 'What of the Body? ' Isn't that physcial evidence.?

     Yikes!!!  

     Now,  leading  to tragic outcomes and there is certainly a tragic outcome goin to be happening in this courtroom...a  tragic outcome  with  the female in question in total denial as more facts, witnesses, and processes take place within the next week....painting a very ugly picture....All news media are holding their breaths....The jury is goin to have a tough job to unravel all this talkin in circles and narrow down their yes and no's to just that.....   yes   or  no  ....guilty  or not guilty.

If anyone out there believes she is innocent, we best be turning in a person who isn't?

How many persons were turned down from loans that   fateful day? Any females -heavy set, with a waggle, as she was seen leaving the crime scene...so the testimony went...

By the way, please tell your 911 people that CPR is not likely to save a person with a gunshot to the head....but to   PLEASE  APPLY PRESSURE,  YES, apply pressure,. iF YOU HAD FIRST AID TRAINING, IT MAKES  more sense!   --- as the 911 tape was heard for the jurers benefit of fair and honest trial. ...and not sposed to tamper with the 'body'    

    - Anyone watching Court t.v. shows knows that one . This 't.v. viewing' =Real  Court Trial    may not  have a happy ending as some reality shows and is  VERY   SOBERING  to listen as all the witnesses enter, one not knowing what the other may be testifying to is a method generated by our forefathers!    I, FOR ONE,  did NOT know that witnesses are barred from watching  the  TRIAL IN  entirety, only that it is OPEN to the public, [with strong stomaches.]   AND LOTTSA PRAYERS GONNA BE NEEDED. FOR TRUTH IN THE MATTER.
