THIS COULDA BEEN PREVENTED   if  she  had  come  forward... 

THATS  RIGHT, Judge, it could have.

"THIS COULDA BEEN PREVENTED if she had come forward..." This by someone who is sworn to "Serve and Protect"??? One of "Weld Counties Finest"??? And to top that she was arrested for a SECOND D.U.I.!!!!! THE DAY BEFORE HER SENTENCING!!!! What the H@#* kinda Sheriff's Department are they running over there.....

I think they gotta 2 tight operation, the saddest part is that the shoe was made to fit in the trial, while S.N. was 'sticking with her story of innocence ' beyond a reasonable doubt, but the trial was lengthy and did make the shoe fit. As it is the drunk driving only injured herself, looking at nine years, if i was an alcoholic, it be the bet to get drunk, but be responsible not to drive, however, she has been proven not to be very responsible...and the sherif cannot be everywhere.... but bein a 'past' officer, she must know the hot spots, huh? well, here's to her vacation! A long sobering one.
