i have desires, not your desires: of painting, traveling, soaking up art fairs. Your brothers-they depend on you. Sundays are for them the Indian way. Gather up! Old Mother, she won't always be there, so now, you sit with her obedient son.

I long for your companionship yet you use me as a prostitute to satisfy your dildo...then leave me here as so much used toilet paper to flush away!

It is okaye to visit me leaving me as ***wipe. or a  harlot...... then go off visiting alone to see your divorced wife> When two people cannot live together on a daily basis why do you try  to keep two wifes? My need is for daily companionship.

No more.

"It is over!" or I will sink in the quicksand with you.

Titled YOUR HERITAGE DROWNS YOU AS QUICKSAND

and also did the rolling  stop thing on Walnut street where the outdoor cafes are booming with people, drivers in a hurry pay little attention to someone on a mobility scooter.

FYI:   the scooters only go one speed, often wary when doin my crosswalk thing, I usually wait one entire light change before attempting to cross to judge the traffic and look for people in a hurry....like this lady today.

After stoppin eight feet in front of me as she rolled thru the stop sign, ignoring the blinking yellow lights to alert drivers of a pedestrian crossing...In a white SUV  she rolls down her window, and says:  "I  apologize...." [for NOT  seeing me?} - my endophorins were already  up as I gave her the bird, looking for WY plates, as they are the speedy ones usually....this lady rolls down her window, obviously with the A/C  on...she yells to me:  'get a  life....'

Now, how rude can one get.

Another incident yesterday, someone is waiting for the elevator  in our building to arrive - my friend in a mobility scooter - ...the FedEx guy who just enters the Walnut side of our building, goes to hold the door open for this handicapped individual....AS  IF  it would be possible for him to GO  OUT  that door...small  incidents like this one can be prevented with Mobility Scooter  education. As it is

The building  has    steps - the Fed-Ex guy came UP the steps...{name withheld] : tells me.. ".NOW how did he expect him to GO  OUT  that door?"   Bear with me a moment, and picture a mobility scooter goin up and down steps??????

People are always in a hurry, so if you are able to walk, and run, think twice about the slowness of mobility scooters  and  WHERE  they can actual enter and leave a building...and  when crossing at a crosswalk...be  alert!

Be thankful you are able to walk or run fast, you don't know how lucky you are.

So it is, still low for bein springtime, wonder whose holdin up the water flow from the ice melt...however, The Poudre as it flows on N. College is  a  wee  bit higher, flowin over the first damn sight with  two boys catchin the suns rays too...One white as a ghost, boy oh boy will he be red later...the rangers aren't out on patrol today cause they usually chase them off the dam. The flow is minimal, not dangerous.

A bit further west before the railroad bridge comes a nest of tadpoles springing between the brown, mossy  rocks...in a clear foot and a half of water, I glimpsed a young catfish who musta escaped from somewhere up higher in the mountains. Only about six-seven inches in length, I determined it was a   young  catfish by its  lower tenticles draggin along underneath his white chin...very thin, for so long; I've seen much bigger, fatter ones in the NE  rivers along the Platte.   BUT  IT  WAS  A  FISH, the first I've seen in a good long while..

Park & Rec  personnel who introduced themselves as ..........'..name withheld' since he was testing the sprinkles on either side of the ball diamonds, after fertilizing the area. That didn't bother me cause I like to catch my rays on the top of the table, quilt along, and a  good   book.  Upon leaving the area, thou, this joker, 'accidently' turns on the sprinklers between me and the sidewalk. So it felt good  and cold. "I had my hr. in the sun., and needed to find some shade!" I replied....as  he jokingly  apologized...whatever.

A yellow bus of  personnel were also out on the many winding trails that go along and about the heavilyl forested riverbanks, winding in and out with many footpaths....of course, they had some bright  reflective jackets on. From my distance, I could only guess the bus was from the L.C.D.C.     ---so the  able ones got some fresh air and sun also! Doin a trash detail on the way is a good way to get their community service hours began.

A white dog with two brown spots among her tangled hair was accompanying a woman who introduced herself as bein '99'   looking  grumpily at my  motorized w/c as my mobility to speed on the trails.  She is an occasional dog walker, without a lease, seemingly harmless animal who leads her on her way...she recovering from hip fracture seems quite agile for her age....not taking time to visit any further she wound her way around the East ball diamond.....dog  ahead. I think she must have led a good life to be so able at that ripe age, huh?

New trees have popped up, adding in the future shade, for the decorative trails by the railroad bridge, a crew stopping to discuss the cost, as this has been done rather quickly, and looks quite good...Hoping they fare better than the trees on the North side of that trail behind  Catholic Mission...they were put in and left  alone, thinkin some of this dryness they seem to have, they were dead, or have suffered from low water flow...

I spotted a lavender lilac bush, along side the  light maroon blossoms of a  '?'  tree today, too that were not blooming a week ago. A smaller tree with white blossoms is also looking like Spring has finally arrived.  Such a beautiful place in which we live. Enjoy!

We do have freedom of speech in our good ole' U.S. of A.  so as it is the front page of your news depicted  the pastor posting a sign outside his church!

The sign said:  Osama  and  Obama.     Are they brothers?

This shows the intellect of  some peoples minds.

I have but one thing to say:  'they are brothers in Christ...'

Only Obama has  the welfare of the American people in mind and Obamas mind set is   tooo    wrong.... and one sided.

Peace.

There is nothin worse than lettin a job go to your head; or a profession that you have been trained in outsmart you whether you be upheld as a minister or a patrol officer. WE just don't expect people in those professions to go astray!

Being a patrol officer, having knowledge of what goes into a crime scene was at the center of the testimony of Michelle Moore today. Nothin is easier to joke about with friends re: how one could get away with murder if you knew all the in and outs what the police would look for. However, actually having your best friend ACT upon that conversation would be devastating! Perhaps unbelievable! Truly shocking!

Surrealism is the word described in the  WEBSTER College Dictionary as the modern movement in art and literature with the aim of expressing subconscious mental activities through fantastic or incongrous imagery or unatural juxtapositions and combinations. pp. 923 -2003 edition. We are not discussing art and literature here but real events.

So have a beer or two and discuss that one. Gets outta control? Would someone really act on that if you consider that    --- most of us would not even go there.

To have it happen would put the most solid, healthy person into shock;  -shocked into silence for a time! Even perhaps catonic for a time to know IF you were to verbalize those conversations that YOU then would become a co-conspirator.  It don't take too many smarts to figure that one out. Guilty by Association. . .  In the bible, you are known by your associates. ' Be Careful, the devil, your adversary is waiting like a roaring lion to devour you.' Another quote for any of you King Jimmy readers.

To come forward once this has taken place takes a lotta courage, bravery, and guts to 'snitch' on your best friend. What a mental anguish this must be for Michelle. Knowing that when someone has died and can never return is a worse agoney for anyone; let alone if you  are feeling any responsibility for that action! Survivors guilt also for Iggy.

Testimony by more than one witness subpeoned by our courts in Larimer County by the prosecution of Shauna Miller  is being heard. It is easy to sit back when something happens in another neighborhood, or to someone elses' family, but a fair amount of attention was being held at bay for an affair that no-one thought would go this wrong. [If they did worry, no-one did anything, except go on with their normal, daily routine.]

Wrong being not according to the accepted moral standard; sinful or immoral....not proper...incorrect..'.A thousand rights won't make up for one wrong'

Sin, Shame, and Murder is what has happened.!

Personally, I give Michelle credit for speaking out.. tearfully, and barely able to control her shaking voice.....finally ..what she hasn't been able to verbalize  UNTIL  today. All the while, knowing full well the consequences of her being able to verbalize, in detail, for the prosecution and for the defense cross-examiner, in retro-spect - the act of recalling the past - a review of past events.

The toughest, strongest, and most spiritual person would gasp perhaps at some of the testimony.  i  DID.  It is a lesson in what strong drink does for oneself and THOSE judgements. For now the jury is goin to be given the retro-spect of all this testimony, by all parties, and all the many exhibits accepted into evidence at this trial.

Shauna has been cheerful, smiling for the most part, but she is being captured in a snare by the prosecution with video, expert witness testimony from all sides. Her own husband fearing for the safety of their children when the news was aired of the shooting! Her ex-lover, by his own admission, claiming to be "held hostage" by  Shauna makes one question how this could have gotten so outta control. With Heather now deceased, more than one family and friend is in mourning. All the signs were there and more than Michelle was kept on the edge. Simply, no-one thought it would have such an unhappy ending.

Whenever a professional person, or a person in trust is accused of a crime of this proportion, there has got to be denial. I am grateful for Michelles' testimony, no matter how damning to herself, even regarding for her mischief.

I respect her for at least she pled guilty for her part. All of us know someone  who could bring out the worst in you.... With Michells' testimony, I think justice may be served, very important testimony...even..while she DOES know the full consequence of letting her knowledge of law enforcement become the center of the courts attention! I commend her speaking out. She has cried a lotta tears for Shaunas' welfare also. That was heard in the testimony of a lead supervisory officer.

Soon judgement will be in the hands of the jury as our good ole' U.S. of A.  has made  due process of the law. Then may God help them  both. With prison ministrys as well, and for prisoners who have too much time on their hands, remember the  teaching of 'you are known by your associates.'..and we all know what prisons do to 'snitches'   Lets hope that changes. And changes with more ministry!

Reading the Jan 3-9 2008  Westward CALHOUN  REMINDERS  i MUST QUOTE:

"FOR "ALMOST THIRTY YEARS, HER LIFE WOULD REVOLVE AROUND THE WORLD THEY CREATED TOGETHER, THE TOUGH COOKIE WOULD CRUMBLE..."  P. Calhoun  speaks of a long time college friend:

"It's not the end of everything, but whatever happens next does not take the form of these goofy little bodies and personalities we're stuck with now. I don't thnk we'll come back to Earth; there are too many other interesting places to be. Why would you think that the best thing would be to come back here and be on Earth again? It's kind of like saying: I'm afraid to go up the block, afraid to leave the neighborhood."  speaking of Sandy who left Westword  {paper} to join Rocky Mountain Magazine then the Denver Post...John moved to NYC to head the National Civic League: Sandy worked for newsday ...then John moved the NCL to Denver. ...she started writing textbooks to stay home with her two daughters Chase and Katy.

The article explains in more detail how three were taken from Earth in an icey skid goin thru WY for the holidays...tragedy struck... but she writes on:

"The Universe is a perfect system from the smallest plants and animals to the structure of the Earth and the Solar System . . . Sandy said of death Everything that happens is part of that perfection. Like Einstein said, "God would not play dice with the world."     -

Death is enormous, but it's possible to be comfortable with it."    her friend Jonathan imortalized in her writing of him that reminds us that life is fragile...so we should PAY ATTENTION to it.

"The  day after the crash, as the news of the tragedy was streaking across the country. East High School students organized a candlelight vigil for Katy, a remembrance for Chase and her parents...There  was a full moon over Cheesman that night, and right by it, a bright star I'd never seen before!"

       It sparkled.

when all thru the Northern a quiet settles in; as the Broncos take a serious loss against San Diego...wouldn't you know it they just can't get their teamwork together it seems.

Our 83 yr. old Grandmother is in San Diego where the weather is warmer! a couple cheaking on her apt. now and then with a black traveling suitcase..Dar is gone to her daughters for two days...a niece from Loveland visits Carolyn, Mel watches the family channel....I am worried re: our 83 yr. old who may be in Chicagos airport mess, may be not if he waits til after the New Year to see  his slim family there. Most of the residents are gone visiting...

I cheak my mail and what to my wondering eyes should appear but a letter with APO! My heart skips a beat. How many year have  I waited ....I won't tell. My grandson is discovering  'Beach.'  In an isolated part of the world where Christmas trees don't grow I am told they have their first artificial tree..well, so do we, a beautiful white long needle, in fact, that is quite scrumpcious decorated with homemade items from my kids childhood. A relflective mirror dangles on the opposite side of a beaded pic of my 2 yr. old son who is now the father of my two year old grandson. I can't believe it. A brown construction teddy cut out and laminated dated 1994: Melissa  a red/white candy cane twisted from a pipe cleaner, now you don't see many of those anymore from my precious Sarah with her name signed on a tag.  These homemade decorations mean a lot to me and I save them for every new Christmas...and heres'  to creative genius that flows in the family for homemade things.. .  a Santa sleigh made of candy canes.

Wishing Santa would bring a digital camera for these 2007 computor gadgets that create instant rewards.

Hope   fully,  my grandson  has respect for the power of the ocean tides that almost swirled me down with my cane as the sand washed in-out on our sunny Florida beaches by Melbourne. The first time for me to see the ocean at my age, last year, I really had to think of our Father creator whose  infinite power belies our imaginations.

The nine news tells tales of some couple being found out for searching mailboxes for those nice Christmas cards packed with cash...what lazies..and glad they got caught for penalties of those sort run under the $5000.00 in fines..Holiday Blahs...guilty by association : poor girl. ..and peer pressure.

And as we settle in our warm, cozy beds for the night, we must thank all our soldiers who are perhaps not settling in so early, putting in long, long hours. And perhaps not so safe and cozy as we have it here. Angels over you all, I pray. The military shifts run much like Kodak crews on a 24-7   shift change  12  hr.days   12 hr nights  Craziness. I could never do it. Doesn't seem human to have to.

And esp. my son, my only son who serves with pride! And prayers for all the other only sons, brothers, uncles, fathers, nephews, and   only  daughters who serve. We wish you A Merry Christmas from the bottom of our hearts. And yes, we miss you but know the MISSION comes first.  We just pray good over evil all the time.

Watching actual footage of the WWII DVD with five cassettes...the second one has footage of people in 'U' boats so close to Miami they could see car headlights at night and the skyscrapers seemed really close...whatta thought  huh?

Is a 'U' boat from overseas actually a submarine?

The  series is actual wa r footage with the then  and  now  of  war. One person said the opposing military officer in charge who he had surrender to him was now his friend, so if only two serious opposing enemies were put in the same room, couldn't peace be found, instead of battle?

When fear knocked at the door, Faith answered.

I heard the bells on Christmas Day, Christmas Carols to warm your heart, cheer you up on a sunny, snowey, afternoon. The Ice Rink is open, filled to capacity with beginning skaters pushing those waste baskets around to keep from stumbling...

The familiar sight of four Caroler 's dressed in their warm wool suits, long velvet dresses, complete with Top Hat! Fall on your Knees, I hear an angel  singing,  brought near tears to my eyes...its that time of year, I smiled.  These carolers comes around every year, think they are part of the original Fort Collins pioneers group...and do bring cheer!

Glad for our new snow and looking more like a White Christmas....yes, it is!

Skates are available pretty cheap, so what better to do on a sunny afternoon, with our new snow??

what is the  'real' scoop  on the  Ramsey murder, personally, I don't believe it was  anyone of the parents, what a ridiculous idea?

I do know someone who was 'close' within six blocks of the house, just finding the bit of info out last Fall....

in such a perfect town as you know Boulder is, 'they' wish for the matter to be swept under the rug???!!!  My thoughts, exactly.

Initially, I think anyone close suspected woulda 'hung' for this disasterous  sick crime, WHO  was Santa Claus that  woulda visited the home and obviously, with the child wishing for presents coulda been pursuaded  to  the basement quite easily, I believe.

And this guy who ADMITS  to the act, well,  wut ws the hold-up. . . the city itself???  He's got a conscious that was eating him alive??? What else would bring up such a God-awful lotta   negative publicity?

With Patty gone now, perhaps you can call on Sylvia Brown  type people!!

Well, everyone doesn't believe in psychic phenomena, so do you?????

Or do you believe PRAYER  will bring up a  closure to this horrid act of an innocent child???  Was  a screwdriver  part of the penetrating  information??? I am only writing on bits and pieces of hearsay from persons I have encountered while in COLO....needless to say it was a national, in fact, global item.
