Tonight in  Fort  collins no less, at Martinez Park is a  live band and   a few enthusiastic listeners to the  rally for  county commissioners:  Bob Bacon who I met in person...and the band was playing on when  we  left....

Hearing the  speech, at least parts of it, is also a thrill to hear Senator Obama remain cool, calm, and collected with his  part....and  the  speaker for the debate  trying, in vain, to get them to  'talk'  to each other, they preferred to address issues to the t.v. audience....which I thought  appropriate.

Is Colorado indeed,  for  Obama, all signs that I see are!

One  unruly remark, heard bits and pieces of the  speech  debate, after the real debate, and these radio talk show hosts, I declare have  no heart,  joking  re:  the   oldsters, or [handicapped individuals]  in  mobility scooters with a golf ball...Now  get real folks:   the  golf ball is nothing to be joked about, so it is:   when the use of ones grip is gone and I am talking about  hand  grip  and use of your fingers, or palms, this is not  a  joking matter. Personal insult to injury already had  the need for a golf ball on ones scooter is for the mobility and  personal  ability to get around without assistance, as in assisted living....Please  whoever, hosts these shows needs a  wake-up call on  the  golf balls, you should be counting your blessings not to use the  scooter with a joy stick and  be very thankful you can walk without  such  aids  a distance that most using the scooters  canNOT.    Indeed.

this should be a number one election getter for the college students; i know CSU is goin all out and I mean all out to get people registered, standing on every corner, at the library - ARE   U   registered???     Believing the  young, esp. college students don't see  color in the  factor, being in a university and all, and being educated above all  gives them the integrity to get Mr. OBAMA  elected.

I for one think  Mrs. Obama will make a great, great first lady....and the girls are just precious. 

I don't agree at all with the remark, made by some idiot of the nature: " He may get into the whitehouse the first day, but there won't be a second day.."..I ,   for  ONE ,  believe in the security of  the most prestigious office held  in our  U. S. of A.    and  it   won't  happen, believe me,   all the small talk in the world will   make the uneducated pay attention.

I hope  he  takes the election by a landslide and all Hill's    followeres     vote DEMOCRATIC.

WHATTA  TURN  OFF  it is to see the commercial that our  Rep. candidate for PRES  has   aired on the fox  station:   blaming Obama for the high price of oil.....whatta   jerk  head  to even  declare such a  statement....if any of the public has an education on the  subject of    rotten,  tomato  throwing  commercials,  this gets the prize.

..ONE  MAN  doesn't make decisions  about  taxes.

  Obama is busy rallying overseas views, support, along with  raising campaign monies   for his upcoming democratic  'campaign'....et. along with getting political views from the 'opponents' /  free countries overrun with terrorist legions...or countries wishing to be FREE. He is  being pro-active!

What it says about  the  'John '  campaign  is  truely   disgusting - Free  elections   with   support   goin and/or wishing to vote for a third party candidate just   so a name-thrower won't get elected....  MY  opinion!!!!  My  vote   is already for Obama  and  that view is not goin to be influenced by  dirty-laundry throwing  commercials for the uneducated. 

I was approached on this  beautiful sunny day by volunteers for the  Environmental protection  of  Colorados  wildlife areas.....re:   ESP   the  new  oil  drilling...that is occurring...

Guess I  am just  a  real   tee-tollldder.

Name changed  a  bit  to protect the innocent,  We have had a man who makes himself at home in our secured building in the front entry way after all is quiet out of  doors. I first met him over a month ago after goin to the grocery store myself...  Sitting in the  entry way on our 'heater' from the freezing snowstorm and bitter sub-normal temperatures .

This man reeked of urine, was obvious that he hadn't bathed nor shaved for days and had recently urinated upon his on clothing...he had told me he was From COlorado..what his name was...that he had no I.D....and gave me orders to 'leave him alone.'

Now mind you he is sitting in the entryway reeking of urine, found late into the wee hours asleep on the tile floor...the police tell him to move and he waits a bit then comes back.

This a.m. he was sound asleep/ {/} exhausted at the late hour of 9 a.m....surely his health has deteriorated along with his kidney control. Doesn't anyone have any medical education to see that one?

       The tenants {including myself}  goin in and out tell him to 'move.'  He does not.

       For a time he was gone. Now he was returned this a.m. sound asleep with the place smelling of urine...told by other tenants  and the man who has a business adjacent to the entry.. he had been asleep on more than three occassions.in a row in the exact spot where I found him this a.m.  Exactly what do the police need to do to see that he needs Adult Protective Services or we will find him there dead one a.m. ? I called 911  AND GOT  the same lady at dispatch, sayin they would send someone over...I saw three cars on my way to the bus and no one seemed in a hurry to 'cheak' on him.

   The cleaning lady cleans around him. The tenants tell him to leave and he retorts.

Today I said: 'Arrest him for tresspassing please."  this was not done in anger, but meant to assist the man to get 'hooked' up to the proper adult protection personnel, the jail, so he can get needed medical assistance for his failing kidneys and bodily functions. What has happened to the laws that such people get overlooked somehow?

Now the question is this time WILL he get the help he needst? 

 With the many illnesses around in our 2000's, it is very improper to urinate upon oneself and have NO one DO  somethin  bout it???  Hope our cleaning lady is using the 10-1 water/clorox solution for HIV clean-ups   and   gloves,...let alone the smell has imbedded the entire entry way.....Bad for us and Bad for businesses..

How many of you turn your cheeks when you see an unkempt person such as this self-proclaimed Mervin...WHO  has to complain to get him psychiatric/medical care???   What will APS say:  He has the right to refuse?

Where is the law to get fingerprints, DNA and see just  WHO this character really is?Would yo like to have someone to sleepin' on your front porch [which is what our entryway is to us] 

                      Who has kicked him out and where is his family???

It makes me ill to think of  what   money and power will  do to your sanity and clear thinking??? What is Pres. Pervez Musharref thinking?   How wicked, surrounding  a womans' home with as many military personnel  as bees on hive or ants on an anthill - only in a country ran by a military President could this happen?

I have heard her pleas in a correct, sane, well-intended manner, quite intelligent she is, in fact, to have the well-being of her country in mind, and able and willing to negotiate peacefully to demonstrate the needs/wants of her people.

We all know military personnel take orders.

We know they take them from the top   - or else.

$$$335 million dollars is sent annually to Pakistan from the U.S. for

The U.S. also reimburses $80 million per month to Pakistan.  And we are crying in our soup here for money's  hard to get  for  OUR  poor...such is the  sins  of  power    and   greed!  How simple it is to surround the new  WOMAN  officer to her presidency when I have heard her speak on interviews with BBC and she seems to have the people/well-being  in mind  for her country...Instead she is surrounded by a dictator type person who has abolished the constitution by his own word.

I tell you what I heard that our troops are trying to accomodate every ethnic group..The Kurds  are dominant in this area. Annihilation of one ethnic group is the cause of the uprisings...  When will we have peace and let each group take care of themselves..

Further $$$ disclosures of the billions goin to Iraq with the contingency of  a DEADline for removal of our troops.   Possible cutbacks of  American Bases???  WHAT craziness.....cannot you just believe it....send billions to overseas and take down our bases.

......Protect the homeland. This juggling of finances must STOP.  An the worst thing of all is this is aired on public airwaves...so guess who is sitting back   w a i t i n g for us to stop and withdraw...Kinda like teenagers...At some point you must draw the lin. We have  given them the power/ability to stand up for themselves... and quit blowing other people to Hell.  All teens go outta the house and learn to make their way..We need to BOW  OUT  and quit advertising how broke we are with the WAR..and take care of our OWN  HOMELAND...

Bush has entered more executive orders than any other President..This is not a win-win situation, but time to BOW OUT gracefully  for the holidays and PROTECT our homeland, not close down OUR  bases at the x pense of   sending  efforts overseas..It makes me furious...to think of the homeless and poor here with the rising cost of groceries   o i l     -indirectly a result of the war. Yes it is.

Volunteers went to Baghdad  so the military didn't have to issue MaNdAtOrY orders...the news broadcast  stated:    Praise to those guys..

Now that the world knows Congress really is asking for a withdrawal   DATE   and goin on Thanksgiving Break with a lotta 'business' left on the table... my hearts go out to those who don't have a  Thanksgiving break...seems to me like we've forgotten to be looking for Saddam  Hoosain hid away in the sheeps clothing...

HOW MUCH  MONEY  is goin to be spend in repairs for our returning vets who are disabled...these are in the 10,000's....Now what President Bush?   Or will we KEEP  sending  billions  overseas???  I will not wish to read the history books ten years from now.....

Walking up the alley by a new construction dumpster, I see 'new' stuff has been dumped!      So,  what?  

A green suitcase on top caught my eye....and peeking in four and five boxes of 'new' books just dumped into a construction dumpster..balls of yarn and an unfinished knitted covering of some sort with a bent needle..well, that is trash, but for some people who go to the Goodwill and for persons in third world countries such  as

TOBASSCO MX which  has just been hit by a   catrastrophic  flood !!  those items may be donated to many churches, second hand stores, and certainly do'nt belong in a construction dumpster  was my thinking....sad.

 Just not far away persons spend the night on their flooded homes rooftops in the cold, rain.  awaiting rescue for their weren't enough helicopters to take out those affected...Many likely loosing their possessions, so think about WHAT you are putting into our construction dumpsters with  our local  landfills filling up fast...

---the books weren't moldy, or even well-used. --- libraries also take donations of books to be sold to the public for donations of 10  cents  or more. For those in low income, bargain hunting becomes a passion.....Salvation Armies and RedCross also take donations for those who have been in a catatrophy such as Katrina.

 I also was thinking of the poor countries in Africa whose adoption agencies would love to have a variety of well-used books, meaning they were popular for someone who paid full price.. And with my heart felt thoughts on other countries:

Many refugees also 'lost'  their belongings with the fleeing immigrants from war-torn Iraq, please flood President Bush,  with  'ITS TIME TO LEAVE...we caught SADDAM...'   And you know whose threat>>>>>>> The threat:  we'll come from the North and the south and the east and the west, shouldn't be taken lightly...<<<<<<

The time involved for death in the chamber was being challenged as taking  TOOO long    Can you believe that?   After a person has murdered, perhaps stabbed, raped, strangled, mingled and mutilated someone...the lethal injection objection became a topic for discussion...

I say, the person giving the doses in proper milligrams and such should be totally to blame...cause if giving the correct sequence, in the correct vein, it would be correct to assume death would occur promptly, as opposssssed to the suffering their victim may likely have suffered!!!

A heart attack, if observed, say from a clot gives the person time to 'recover' inbetween the time the clot passes back thru the heart which causes the back to arch, all kinds of  "contorsiones'  - such as " shortness of breath, cause the O  2   isn't gettin to where it supposed to in the pulmonary  vehicles [lungs]...and without   O  2    you are dead. . .You may be given the muscle relaxant so you cannot verbalize what is happening...but the person can still hear, even a patient in the hospital who cannot speak can still  hear...always keep that in mind. 

I blogged another sight:  something like, if a person has strangled, let him be strangled, if a person has shot, then let him be shot, if a person has knifed someone, let him die by a knife, of course, in these United States, thats' not likely to happen is it? But what of the suffering the victim incurred, and only in the United States do they concern themselves  with  the pain a lethal injection may incurrrrrrr.

WALKING A BLOCK FROM HERE I OFTEN MUST WAIT FOR THE TRAINS THAT PASS THRU  OUR TOWN; SO what did I see?  To my amazement and horror, a larger than usual procession of  train cars  carrying, of all things, three blue airplanes,ACTUALLY THESE WERE LOOKING LIKE BLUE  COCOONS... covered windows with cardboard of sorts and masking tape. Now this isn't the ordinary airplane, if you think about it, the wings were missing; however, the entire 'body'  of yes, three  pretty blue 'airplanes'   PARTS were goin passt  with

extrar  long  flatbed type  cars carrying them... the lead three were twice as high , piggybacked giants  totally enclosed???   What, I thought  are     'they'    doing with three  AIRPLANES  coccooons  on a train???  A special train, cause that ws all the cargo...Destination???  Now a couple days later...still wondering where they were going....and WHY??   And whose gonna put them together and WHERE are goin to end up ?

My first thought was  wreaked aircraft being  taken to assemble, dissassemble; however the disguise of the first three  extra largeflatbed  cars with the height and length being twice the usual size of a traincar  usually  passing   by us....several times a day?    24-7  Northe  &  South ... So,  some have lumber, a lot of sulpher type -  black cars, as many as 30-50, not so much anymore...[I often wonder what that will do to our air in the ozone of things...what goes up must come back around!   

 Some unusual cars that have a middle barrier and nothin else...Before Pres. Bush went to his Australia conference; and after the Mexican, Canadians PRIVATE meeting that WE  weren't invited too, by the way!!.... a hugely large amount of cars passed before me  containing  concrete barriers.  Many concrete barriers. I got a shiver as I thought of the war  overseas and have read about the way they  'bar' a green zone of our U.S. troops with concrete barriers...BBBRRRR.

So WHO knows what three blue bodies of planes were doing traveling North to Wyoming  OR FURTHER???..... the closest place I can think of here...and WHAT   did the  kinda cars where the  extra, extra, large, ones - twice as high as usual, and twice as long - carrying???  People, Parts OF WINGS AND ENGINES??

WELL,  with this NAFTA  business   Mexico to Canada, I been wondering if the  train cars are included in this  'delivery' of commerce????  Perhaps they were purchased in pieces to do fire prevention/ etc.

Voice 'your  opinion' on the s-chip program for the poorest children [it shoulda said: parents, cause children don't pay the bills]  ... well.

WE  need to keep this program, by the way, since healthcare available now makes a healthy young adult, older teen s   in our  U.S. of A. who are also the     future   voters of the United States.  set the goals high..not sickly.

somethin mentioned re: families above $80,000 could be included in the program [that Mr. B. vetoes...? .having  NO ideas how low income people function=pay bills.]

This could be settled so simply if the law were passed allowing borderline income eligible families to CHOOSE  WHETHER OR NOT THEY WISH TO PARTICIPATE IN  THE OVER  borderline annual income limits.  I have a personal interest in this due to one of my daus' being 49$  over...so NO HELP   THEY  need this bill to be passed  to assist and aid  healthier children: asthmatic, anemic, or purging/cutting kids. 

  Please settle this simply by a 'volunteer' application to use these funds. I do not believe our 'system' would be GOVERNMENT RAN health care! Your concept of this idea is presented to the public wrong. It is bad enuff when medicaid kids get silver dental fillings and others, well, the white ones.

****####!!!%%   we should be wiser than that one..and simply extending the NEED based program on an ...  APPLY  if you need this...not ... 'DO this cause its the law? '  

     Our basic rights get too complicated with legislative complaints....We all know what kinda  m o n e y    is   goin overseas, so WHY NOT take care of OUR CHILDRENS needs is beyond me!  Bush  should blush at this one vetoe.

 Who can deny our children, the future  voting   citizens???? Have ya priced steak lately, it is in the $20 bracket, far above my budget. I started to drink powdered milk months ago.

Not all families will  apply, nor need THIS PROGRAM JUST because it could/would be passed into law. Make it so the government does NOT have control. duh!  Set   more flexible guidelines ...

...bottom line is the final decision is TO expand the income limit to $80,000.00    annual  - not every  'working' family, even has this income, believe me....[I know a lotta people livng on $648 per month]..$80,000.00  is about an average cost of  ONE  major/surgery/hospitalization to all hospitals, radiology, lab testing, rehab aftercare, etc. and to the doctors attending these unfortunate patients involved in a tragedy, accidental, or inherited disease....or a simple life-threatening asthma attack.

I know of one  of  our residents who is 89,   on  social security...in excellant health, and doesn't wish to have the medicare premium!  Make it an option, not a must... for others having diabetes, chronic or debilitating  illness,  would  'overuse' the costs available as opposed to the one like this gentleman of 89 who doesn't wish to ...use...it.

If the law is passed, not ALL  will 'jump' on the bandwagon, watch n see!
