parents:
is it just me, or are csap tests a waste of resources? in my experience with FOUR kids in aps and then dps, it seems that the only time school administration is really interested, is during csap time. i grow tired of these tests being so hyped, just to send notice home later that the same % of kids who couldn't read or write last year, still can't this year. as a parent, i personally view csap as a distraction to what could be as quality as an education as my kids can get. through public schooling.
also i do not support private school vouchers because even if i could get all of my kids in, some of their peers would still have to be educated publically. and if the education is substandard, all of our children have to be loosed on the world eventually.
